I can't believe I found myself in another AutoZone; especially after my last experience. Had I not been almost out of oil, I promise I would have kept driving. Rude employees...if you can get their attention.

They're great! I've been using them for as long as I can remember. The only other place I'll ever try is Napa, but for a more diverse variety and a good amount of in stock parts, you can't beat AutoZone and they're warranties

I never have experiences like this. My check engine light came on a few days ago. I went by the E. Berry location because I was in the area. I used the OBD and the young man was going to print it out but the computer said no results found. The thing that impressed me was the fact that he didn't just say"I don't know" or just turn me away, he spent time, goggled,etc to try and help me with my issue all the while he was getting nothing from his internet searching. On top of that he never tried to make up anything to try to make a sale. I only regret now I didn't get his name but its okay because I will definitely be going back to that location to purchase supplies and parts should I need them.Might sound crazy, but that interaction made me have a very pleasant day.

Yes I would like to say I was in Autozone at this location 929 E Berry and the associate there her name is Miriam she had the greatest attitude and was very helpful, if your in there ask for her she is doing a good job . She a keeper you may want to promote her, she make a good Manger.

They were friendly and knowledgeable, but the radiator hose I needed was $92.00 there, $42.00 at Advance Auto, and $16.00 from Rock Auto.

They were nice and helpful one lady remember me. Part there can late but it was there. Thanks to Most high it nice to come again to Auto Zone. ALL THINGS come thru KING. Dont lose my friend on East Berry it nice to be remember. No wait time part was ready. Service with a smile. Give bonus to the employers.

I guess it depends on your gender and the time of day how the staff treats you. I liked going when one Hispanic female worked there because she was nice and professional. The other people here are very rude. Several times I've been 15-20 mins before closing and they are already closed. Very unprofessional.

Waited 30 minutes for the 1 guy in the store to finish in the restroom so he could change my battery out because none of the women wanted to. I asked for a tool set to do it myself and they all watched me out the window doing it myself looking like I was going to steal the 75 cents worth of tools in this 4 piece tool set. Thanks!

Employees are cool and somewhat helpful. The constant change up of employees makes it hard to feel like home considering it's my home store. Parts are somewhat affordable but I still shop around for the better price.

If your in a hurry, DO NOT go here. Someone here doesn't know how to schedule staff and when the store is busy they have 2 worker. And apparently I can't get the timing right. One time I went snd 4 staff were there and the line was so long people would walk and walk right back out and the two not helping people were pretending to be busy. Phone ringing off the hook and 2 staff doing everything well the other two looking....SMH!

I usually don't deal with AutoZone because of a past experience but I had to tonight... I have to say this store has the best employees I've dealt with at any auto parts store. They worked after hours to help me put my serpentine belt on my truck..and even though it was almost almost an hour after closing time they still had a good attitude and didn't get in their cars until after I drove off....thanks guys..ill be back

Its not the stores fault that I paid $33 for freon and there was an escape route somewhere in the works cause we could hear it when we stopped the car, not unlike the hiss of a snake. Needless to say I still don't have air.

Called and asked if they had battery for my car remote and was told they did. Went to the store and just so happens the person who helped me was the same person I spoke to on the phone and he remembered that I called. He found the battery and put it in for me!!!!! GREAT customer service!!!!

I recommend AutoZone to get all car and truck parts 17 years I've been going to AutoZone and it's in the number one store anytime I need parts

So today I must say REX made my day. Both of my brake lights were out and I was in the process of trying to put them in but he stepped in, offer to help and I truly appreciated his kindness. I didnt know what I was doing but had every intention on figuring it out. Not only did he help me, he also educated me as well so hopefully I will be able to do on my own since I know it requires 7mm and 10 mm sockets to get the process started. I offered to buy him a soda or a bite to eat because I was soo grateful for his help but he declined the offer. If AutoZone continue to hire people like him, Advance Autos, O'reillys and whoever else wont be in business for long. Thanks again Rex for your help

I love coming to this autozone I choose this one over the one by my house anytime I need a part for my truck. Maria is the best. She is so amazing and sweet and helps you as much as she can and I love that and appreciate it very much

I will always go to AutoZone. But I will not go to O'Reilly's anymore. I got the alternator I needed for half the price that they tried to charge me in O'Reilly's. I got it for $150 and O'Reilly's tried to charge me $380 crazy

These guys aren't mechanics but a mechanic usually knows what he needs unless you go to AutoZone instead of getting the part you came in for they want to argue that your wrong never go to AutoZone best find a parts warehouse that supply mechanic shop in your area better parts an better prices whole lot less hassle

This location is great very helpful kind people.. Compared to other locations that are rude and not helpful at all like (Renaissance Square) they suck.
