Thank you so much Ricky. For doing a great customer service.This morning we had our check at Conroe dealership and it was failure how come they said its all ok and after few hours of travel we had thos notification about oil. So means to say they have not done their job well.Kodus to this deleqrship branch AUTOBAHN branch!Now our mind at peace on our way back to Denver.Keep it up and Customer Service Rep like you should deserve a Recognition.

Dropped off my car for an oil change at 10:00am. It was my fist time to this service department so Jesus said they were going to do a full inspection of the vehicle. Fast forward Jesus called me at 3pm saying my car was done and gave me a checklist of recommended repairs. Last on the recommended repairs was a battery.I did buy this car used but haven t even made my first payment yet but wanted to get an early oil changed because it s a TDI and I can t just get an oil change anywhere. When I get to Autobahn VW Jesus ask someone to pull up my car but to take the jump starter. I then pay and they bring my car up with a check engine light on and I turned the car off and it would not start back up. I m not a professional mechanic but I do deal with equipment that starts off batteries. In my opinion it seemed like the battery was drained while being up there all day. I questioned Jesus about it and he tried to make me believe my battery was old and had nothing to do with his service department.I bought a new battery and left. Next day I called Richard the service department manager and told him about the situation. He proceeded to tell me in his younger days he use to point fingers about problems at other people but that s just not the way to go about problems. He did offer me a free oil change next time I don t stop bye. Maybe it was my batteries time to go but it jumped right on contact with the starter and I was not leaving with a check engine light on. I f the battery had an issue when they received the car it should ve been first on the check list of recommendations not the very last. I ll never go back you can keep the oil change.Service: Auto maintenance

I took my car into the Autobahn VW Fort Worth shop to have the ignition tumbler housing replaced. My key was getting stuck in the ignition. This was the subject of an extended warranty from April 2018. The work was promptly scheduled and done. It is a relief to be driving with a new housing. Mr. Erasmus was the associate for my car service. He was courteous and helpful. Andrew gave me a shuttle ride and was also friendly and efficient.

Made an appointment for brake service and windshield washer pump replacement. Great professional service. Jesus is my service writer and keeps me informed of maintenance schedules and makes recommendations to help keep my VW in its best shape. Elizabeth at the service check out desk is friendly and efficient.

I honestly don t see how this company has such good reviews. Maybe I just got the bad apple of service. It was very difficult getting Kenneth to call me back or respond. He would often commit to call me back but never would. Maybe I m old school and still believe people should do what they say.I had my Tiguan repaired as it was leaking radiator fluid. I paid for the repair, along with a hefty diagnostic fee.The repair didn t hold. I took it back as it was leaking in the same exact place. I was told it was a new problem. I was charged another $170 re-diagnostic fee.I asked Kenneth for a discount because I just paid them to diagnose and it (new problem) was missed. I was denied. I asked for his supervisor 4 x s before being ignored once again.I feel a little scammed and my service was really poor. I would never recommend Autobaun Service Department to anyone I care about.Service: Auto water leak repair

I bought my Passat with something like 5 or 7 miles. It's now on the edge of 100k miles.To date, I have never once had to take it in for a repair - only maintenance. And I never take it anywhere other than Autobahn. In all this time, my car drives like it's brand new every time it leaves the shop.My father explained to me one day that the extra money to go to the dealer is worth it. He was right!!Jesus de la Rosa and the maintenance team are wonderful! Highly recommended!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

I had a very hard time getting good information during my recent service visit. First Stephanie is very hard to understand when scheduling an appointment. It's not an accent, but she is not clear about what she's trying to say.Jesus was my service advisor. He and I had lots of miscommunication. For example, I had a repair that I believed I'd fixed before with another dealership. He offered to look at my paperwork and see if it was the same repair, which was a very nice offer. Instead what he did was talk to his manager who then said the repair is outside of a warranty. That's not at all what I asked him. I never expected it to be under warranty....I just wanted to verify it was the same repair.In addition, both Jesus and Stephanie told me I could not access the shuttle for a ride home because it had to be scheduled 10 days out. I also asked Jesus about a loaner car which he said was also not available for 10 days. When I brought my car back to complete the repairs, I was offered a shuttle ride?? I asked the driver who told me there's never that long of a ride for a shuttle. I'd spent lots of time and energy looking for rides and even took an uber at one point because I was told there was no shuttle available.I think Jesus did not listen when I was talking to him. It sounds like they are extremely busy there, but I didn't feel as if I was well taken care of as a customer.Lastly, my car was not washed. I spent $1200 on repairs. I thought a car wash was done for all repairs.

Big thank you to Jesus he is always super helpful and respectful. He is definitely an asset. I never have to worry, he is honest and reliable. I will always bring my car here for service, body work, etc.

I scheduled my 70,000 mile service. I was given a quote and estimated time. The price didn't change and the service time was actually shorter. 30k mile service. Stay far away and make the longer drive to Southwest Volkswagen. I ve been dealing with repairs for over 6 months. The communication has been abysmal and repairs I specifically have requested to be done keep getting overlooked. My car has been in and out of the shop 5 or 6 times because they keep forgetting to do what I ask. I worry for someone who is not mechanically inclined like I am who would not notice the things Autobahn says they will do but don t.
