Nothing but a perfect experience here. I was driving on the highway and a truck pulling a trailer with rocks was leaving rocks all over the highway. And, my windshield was hit. I walked in and immediately was greeted by the tech and the lady in the office. I wasn t there for a whole 20 minutes. Super quick, cheap, dare I say very reasonable prices versus Safelite.This should be your stop for any glass repair needs and will be mine in the future for sure!Thank you very much to Leah in the office, and Bryan, the tech who worked on my windshield.

I have been having issues with a rear back window on my Silverado and took it to Jack at Auto Glass Xperts. The company was up front and understanding addressing my truck issue. I really appreciate everyone going above and beyond to do what was best for my situation. Everyone from the front office Paula and crew were very helpful and the tech who was working on my vehicle.

Awesome service. They ordered a glass, which was delivered in two days, and had it on the same day. Competitors were going to take two weeks to replace my passenger window. Closed on the weekends but will still have your issue fixed before other competitors. It was a easy process with insurance as well.

I highly recommend this place. The lady at the front desk is the most beautiful and intelligent woman I have ever seen. And she listened to my bad English very patiently. Before I could even drink their coffee, their technician fixed my glass. Very pleasant experience.

By far the BEST AUTOGLASS company that I have ever worked with!They were extremely friendly since the moment I called the first time. They even facilitated me sending them a text with pictures of the issue I was having when my brand new Ford F 150.Just when Ford was blaming a non-existent issue for them not to cover the rear glass replacement, Autoglass Xperts came to the rescue and found the real issue to the problem!I couldn't be more appreciative with this business. 10/10I would 100% go to them again and they will be #1 Autoglass place to recommend!

Great company. They fixed windshield and I was only there about 1 hour and a half. The casing for camera came off. They came to me and provided stellar service. I would say make sure you either put stuff down in car or clean up before bringing car back.

My insurance wanted me to go to Safelite. After 2 hours they broke my windshield more and said they couldn t handle the codes. They fixed my windshield in about an hour and made sure I got an OE windshield.

Had a wonderful experience with my own windshield being replaced, and referred to family member who was also very satisfied. They will replace at your residence if it is within mile radius with no extra charge. Most reasonable pricing in area, and great staff who get it done in less than 45 minutes.

I just have to share my experience with this company. I had a big rock chip in my windshield and had originally called another, well advertised, company. They told me the chip could not be repaired and that I would have to replace the windshield. The representative advised me to file a claim with my insurance company, so I did. But, I was not happy with the quote I received. I asked my service advisor at the dealership how much a replacement would cost and he gave me the number for Auto Glass Xperts. Leah answered the phone when I called and was very friendly and helpful! She told me they would come to me for no additional charge. (The other company charges $19.99 for mobile service.) My appointment was scheduled between 1 and 4 the next afternoon. The technician arrived at 12:30 and was done by 1. He was also very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the service I received. And did I mention their price was $200 less than the other company? So glad I called Auto Glass Xperts!!

Once again I can t be happier about this place. I had my windshield replaced awhile back and I ended up getting a chip in it last week. I was in the area and stopped by and asked them if they could fix it. I also told them that my windshield was tinted and they said that wouldn t be a problem. I asked them how much would it be and they said that the first one was free since I bought the windshield through them less than a year ago. I ve said it before and I will say it again I will only come here for glass work.

Unfortunately I got a rock chip in the middle of windshield. This shop was referred to me by my car dealer. Apparently many car dealers in the area all use this one for a good reason.First of all, they patiently explained to me what I needed to know prior to the repair. Secondly, they processed my insurance paperwork with no glitch. Thirdly, their waiting room is clean and comfort with complimentary coffee. Fourthly, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and with a great attitude. Finally, all was done in just about 15 minutes as they promised. They deserve my top ratings!

This place is great! I've had my windshield's crack replaced as well as a windshield replaced. For the crack I was only charged $45 to repair compared to a competitor who charged $75. For the windshield I was only charged $226 total compared to competitors $279+! On top of that they came and did it in front of my house while I was at work which saved a ton of time! I live over 20 minutes away. Just shows the dedication to customer service. Would recommend to ANYONE.

My windshield developed a crack that was probably due to the heat. My insurance company sent me to Safelite. I've hired Auto Glass Xperts to replace other windshields in the past. I called them and they were much less than Safelite, plus a real person picked up the phone after just a few rings! I gave her the details of my vehicle and voila! The quoted price was quite reasonable. They were out the next morning and changed the windshield in less than 45 minutes. I'm another happy customer.It is a hundred degrees outside. At least offer the technician a bottle of chilled water. They're working in the sun and auto glass gets hot.Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation

Outstanding Company!!! Had my back window of my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss shattered in a unfortunate firewood loading incident. Called GM dealerships all over N. Texas and no one could get the window fixed in under 2 weeks. Located the glass out in Ft. Worth and was referred to Auto Glass Experts. Called them at 4:50PM and they stayed on the phone with me past closing hours to get all the insurance info as well as making sure the glass would be there the next morning. I showed up the next morning and they had me in and out in 1.5 hours. They take care of their customers 1000%!!!

So the Ford dealership in town recommended these guys.They installed a windshield in my 2017 f250And next time it rained there was water leaking into the cab of my truckTook it to Ford and they said the cab of the truck had cracked due to the way the glass company pulled out the windshield and it would have to go to the body shop. Even though they claim to warranty their craftsmanship. They denied all liability with no explanation on how it is my fault .. when it is clearly their fault because the truck was 100% perfect prior to letting them install a windshield. Called about side window being relaced.. window ordered. Told maybe in within a week.. took 2 days poor them to recieve. Tech came replaced it yesterday.. EXCELLENT WORK!!!

Brought my car in to get serviced and was told after 3 min they couldn t replace my window because the window regulator was broken. Took it over to safelite and after completion they told me there was never anything wrong with the regulator. Don t come here if you re of color!

I own a 2017 Ridgeline RTL-E with just 11k miles and took a rock hit on the drivers side of the windshield, just about dead center of the drivers line of sight. I had Safelite repair the damaged spot but that left a blemish that was driving me nuts...My expectation were high, I wanted to get a "factory quality" install such that you couldn't tell that the windshield had been replaced. I contacted my Honda dealer and they sent me to Auto Glass Xperts.Auto Glass Xperts were up front with the options available to me and the pricing of each option. Given the condition and mileage I spent extra to have a Honda windshield installed rather than an after market.The result was simply outstanding! The install including re-calibration of the cameras took just over two hours. They were great to deal with, met all of their commitments, and gave me a flawless installation.... Just as I wanted, I bet even the dealership wouldn't able to tell that the windshield has been replaced!Well done, I highly recommend this company based on my experience!
