I had brake problems, they worked on it and charged me $110. Did not fix the brakes. They worked on it again and charged me $125. The car is still not working. I told them to replace all the brakes caliper and master cylinder and hoses . A few days later I picked up the car , they said it was fixed . Charged me $450 , The car is a mess, oil and brake fluid all over the car and on the inside, scratches on the driver side door above the door handle. I made a comment about it and the owner just laughed. 20 days later the brakes messed up again. The same problem. They did not do as I asked. Replaced front caliper and hoses from wrecking yard parts . Now I have to replace all the brake systems myself.

The owner bent over backwards to help me out With the catalytic converter on my honda odyssey . I started to replace it myself He could have took an advantage of me Price wise. But instead He did everything to keep the price low.

Very happy with the service and the mechanical work that had been done here multiple times. Napolean will do whatever he can to fix your vehicle . I trust him 100 percent. He is an honest man!

Had them swap out engine on my 2008 Ford Escape. Honestly they gave me a good price, but engine wasn't ready when they said it would be and had to do a fair amount of the work myself. Now, if the customer is pointing out things that they should have checked and fixed, what sort of assurance does that speak for their work? That said, the engine runs fine for the moment, but I'm not a mechanic. I wouldn't run a business and expect customers to jump in and help me with the work I just paid for.

I come here for any and all car problems. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and never had a problem. Most mechanic shops try to trick you into spending more than you need, but not here. Took my vehicle to them for an engine swap. Paid them upfront- I know, my mistake. Took them 2 MONTHS to get the vehicle done. They called and told me the vehicle was done and I could come get it after I told them I was ready to chargeback the payment. Sent my husband, and the vehicle had been there so long the brakes were rusted I to place and the vehicle wouldnt move. They weren't going to fix it. Made them blast everything clear and had a very serious talk with the owner. Got the car, drove it for less than 48 hours because a belt was ready to snap and had to be taken back to them to fix. Threatened to charge me until it was pointed out that the pulley that was causing the problem was done by them. Was told there would be a warranty on the motor and there is not one- which I paid for mind you. I quickly found another mechanic who also had to make several fixes and adjustments to their work. Do NOT recommend them for any large work whatsoever.

Incredibly nice people to work with! They were able to get my car working within days (I had several issues that other mechanics were willing to fix) and the price was set well. Definitely coming back for future repairs (if anything else comes up).

I had my truck at his shop to replace the motor they cut the wiring harness and now my truck won't start or run I will not recommend nobody to go to the shop I spent $2,300 and he said he has excuses every time I call up there he's not there he needs to be a man about it tell me he can't fix it and I'll take it elsewhere I will not recommend nobody to take your vehicle there bad business

The worst shop you can go to. The owner is mean, dishonest and arrogant. I took my van for them to fix but he put parts in it without showing me the receipts. I had to call the police. He tried to fix my air conditioning but it ended loosing my horn and cruise control. Oh God! They don't deserve even half star and I don't recommend any one to give their business here.

Wonderful place. Doesn't look like much, but they don't over-diagnose issues or upsell add on services or anything like that. Extremely fair pricing. I drive for a living and they've earned my 100% trust.

The owner is very friendly and professional, he kept me very well updated with the progress of the work being done on my car, since it is my only car i was needing the work done as quickly as possible and they made sure to help me with that.Services: Transmission, A/C installation & repairServices: Transmission, A/C installation & repair

Good honest people. I wouldn't take a Beamer or Mercedes to them, but they do a good job on my Dodge Caravan. They are shade tree mechanics but most of them know how to fix a car.

I took my car to the Alpha & Omega Auto Repair shop at 3024 Roberts Cut Off Rd, Fort Worth, to get a new alternator put on my car because it was making a very load sound when I started the car.. The owner and his mechanic told me it was the timing chain making that load noise not the alternator..and it was going to be $530.00 to fix my car..So I drive the car to O Reilly's they tell me it's my alternator and the bearings have gone bad. So I take my car back to Alpha & Omega Auto shop and tell them to just put a new alternator on my car..3 hours later when they finished the owner came up to me and said your rite it was your alternator. But if I would have taken their word and let them work on the timing chain they would have taken my $530.00..So always get a second opinion..because places like this will take your money..

I have known Napoleon at Alpha and Omega a long time and he's always been honest it's whatever you need done without charging you for things you don't always sweet as well
