Not the first time stopping by this store but surely will be the last!! Really like Advance Auto parts in the past even with it being understaffed but as lately thinking of taking my business elsewhere. Stopped by a quick purchase walked in to a none greeting to at least acknowledgment of my presence which is understandable when understaffed. Made eye contact with a woman which seemed like the only person there at the time, that was the most interaction I had received from her. Did try to get her attention on multiple occasions to ask a question but seemed like she was to busy chatting with a young man that was behind the register counter. He instantly informed me did not work there he was there visiting his girlfriend. Not only was she unprofessional but also the offensive smell of heavy marijuana from either the woman or the young man. Another employee stopped by the aisle to ask if I needed help which he did. Thank you much he was great. I asked him as he ringed my items up if the manager was that cool to allow employees to behave so unprofessional. He said that is the manager!! Unbelievable of how this store is still standing with the customer service getting worse.

Eric Murillo is the best. He saved my day ! I was having problems with my vehicle. He tested and determined the problem. Had a new battery in mu car with minutes and I was on my way . Just in time . Thanks to Eric

Nice attendants. Pretty good supply of auto parts. My sister ordered parts online but got to this store only to find out they didn't have them.

Came in for some new windshield wipers and the employee that assisted me was welcoming, efficient, informative friendly and offered to install my new wipers without any hesitation. Definitely satisfied with my visit.

Location doesn't honor it's sale advertising. Sale tag on the shelf read 2-for-$10. Picked up 4. Went to counter and the items rang up as $28. Clerk and I walked over and discovered the tag had expired two months ago. Clerk didn't even remove the tag afterwards. #Baitandswitch #falseadvertising

I got nothing bad to say about these people. They help me out the prices were decent much better than O'Reilly's. If you go to O'Reilly's turn around and walk out and come here. O'Reilly's will charge you twice what this place will charge

This place has horrible customer service. I walked in and asked if they had any hose clamps. The guy just said over there and proceeded to ignore me. A customer went out of his way and told me where the clamps were. Y all had a customer do YALL S job.When I chose what I needed I went to the check out line and paid with one card, it declined. (Which is weird cause I know darn well I have funds) The chip reader was broken on the machine so I asked the girl if that could cause it to decline. She said no with a laughing tone to her voice. I took out my other card and paid.(one that didn t have a chip)I went to the Auto zone next door and had ZERO problems. They even helped to get what I needed. I advice to skip this place and go straight to auto zone.

This store has bad customer service. If you go to pick up an order they just leave you waiting when you already even got a email for order ready. We waited 20+ and customers that got there after were being help before us.

For the shoplifting I did (2-cycle gas/oil 50:1) everyone was helpful, priced lower than average, & in & out in less than 5. Jus kiddn..uh the shoplifting that is. Comical huh?

Maybe it is because she's a woman, but the young-ish Hispanic man was very dismissive of my wife, who was there picking up brakes. Dude, hate to tell ya but she did the brakes. Y'all lost out business. Forever. Haha!
