Since frank has left the management has gone down hill, if your the little guy and not spending 20k plus a build they could careless and will never call you back. I had 2 very well known shops look at the tune on my car after 820 did the small build and the tune on the motor and transmission were so close to stock its not even funny. I would highly recommend looking else where before you waste your money then have to pay someone else to fix the right way.

They did extensive work on my c6. Got a very nice itemized receipt of work at a fair price. It s not the cheapest, but they will do a great job and I ve had zero issues thus far.

They did great work on my vehicle last year. Gave them a fine review with my gratitude for it. This year, I send an email with a question but was coldly ignored. Made them eventually give me an answer that they could have just given after the first message. It's hard for a company to earn a perfect review from a customer. And it's easy for a company to tarnish that with uncaring customer service. This could have been avoided with that simple answer after the first message

Frank and his team are the best in DFW Hands Down! They take their time and do things right the first time. They will never cut corners or sell you something you don't need. I couldn't imagine taking my car to anyone else for performance modifications!

Came in because shifter cable got ripped off from a pair of jeans I ran over on the freeway, owner was very friendly and wanting to help the guys here jumped right to it and got it fixed, cant speak highly enough of 820 performance, wouldn't take my car anywhere else to have it built or just worked on, thank you again to everyone at 820 performance. Call and ask for Frank you wont be disappointed

Was quoted a price to tune my truck and called back when I was ready and was told they only tune vehicles that they build no exceptions. They should have told me that when the owner walked me around and showed me everything when I was there for information and prices originally. And yes I was walked thru the shop by the owner and his wife they were very proud to show off their builds

Got a estimate over the phone on a install on a c8 exhaust & it was $2200 more then his competitors. He said 22 hours to do it...lolOverpriced service!!!

Needed my LS 1, Gen3 Dyno Tuned and my 4L60 transmission programmed to shift a bit quicker so I took my 37 Pontiac to 820 Performance. Frank and his team, did me right ! They Dyno tuned it changing my 5.3 truck engine to a 5.3 Roadster engine, programmed the transmission to shift like a HOTROD should. If there was room under the hood, I would have had them put in a turbo, like they do on all the corvettes I saw on their racks. Definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for PERFORMANCE.Service: Auto engine tuning

I have had a lot of variety of work done in different levels of vehicles. Communication and dedication to work and service are always top of mind here. Guys are super professional and adhere to standards. I always appreciate good work, great service and availability.

Entire staff is knowledgeable and service oriented. Shop is clean and well organized. Took my CTS V in for suspension issues, Max made a diagnosis and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend! Great work!

Dropped my car off to have it tuned. The owners are true car enthusiasts and treat each car as if it is their own. My car made more power and the transmission work so much better. I Literally tried to drop my vette off for a complete build & tune i wrote all my info down with my cell number with a budget in my head to spend 20k, on getting it back to it's glory days! You would think that would warrant a call back, right! Nope not this lemonade stand

I was very impressed with the 1st class set up of this facility. With N Tx being a hot bed for musculars, hotrods & sportcars & i can this being very successful with Max & Alex servicing these cars. Kudos
