Went in to get new brake fluid, was told one price over the phone then another when I got there. Also had to help the mechanic with the service and they kept bouncing car to car while working on mine. Went in with no air in the brakes left with sponge brakes (air in the brakes) even had the owner test drive and he said was fine. Ended up having to go to another shop to have professionals rebleed the brakes.

Douglas is a wonderful mechanic. His prices are reasonable and he gets you back on the road In a timely fashion .

They were kind, they explained the problem to me and despite being a woman, they did not want to go overboard with the prices. Douglas is a professional.Fueron amables me explicaron el problema y a pesar de ser mujer no quisieron pasarse con los precios Douglas es todo un profesional
