Needed a rock chip fixed while traveling. We called Kayla a hour before coming in town. The tech was awesome and was able to get chip fixed within 20 minutes and we were on our way. $49 Highly recommend

I just recently used West Texas Windshields to have a windshield replaced on my Ford Truck. When I initially made my appointment for them to come out to my business and do this work, I had the priviledge of speaking with Kayla and she was very, very helpful. She took the info, gave me pricing and other details that I needed as well as setting a time for their arrival on a particular date.When West Texas Windshields arrived on their scheduled date, they were actually early and they turned to the job immediately. The windshield was replaced without any significant issues and the work was excellent. The whole job took between an hour and an hour and a half. A little extra work was needed in order to get the windshield in and the guys did it with no problem.At the end of the day I am very happy with West Texas Windshields and would most definitely contact them again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Went for a cracked windshield. They saved the windshield. The price was great, no charge....(gave the repairman a cash tip)but we have bought new windshields from them before, ....I think brewster county is the flat tire / broken windshield capital of the USA! West Texas Windshields is always a pleasure to do business with...thanks!

There were some issues during the installation that were addressed by the management as soon as they were pointed out, I commend the Manager Mandi for reaching out to solve them directly with me.I was disappointed by the clean up of the job as there were hand prints on the front struts of the roof, but these were also addressed.That aside, I would return to this business under the current mgt. confident of the best job possible.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I recently had my windshield replaced on my MKZ and the employees who came out were so nice. They did the job fast and even wiped my dash down for me. Not to mention the price could not be beaten.

We are from California, on our road trip through Texas 2 rocks hit our windshield and made 2 nicks, I googled and called this place and asked if they could fix them, they said yes and we stopped by, not only was the gentleman very courteous and thorough but when I went to ask how much it would be they didn t charge me. I asked if she was sure and she said yes, don t worry about it I was in complete shock, and so thankful. I m sorry for not getting your names but THANK YOU so much! You ve made our trip and holidays that much sweeter!!

April 2021Rapid RV windshield repair of two half inch dings.Our insurance company (shout out to Progressive +++++) negotiated with WTW to do the job. They then connected me with Mandy at WTW and she set up a mobile repair appointment immediately.Geronimo and Chris showed up in minutes- not kidding! They performed effective and rapid repair.Total time from initial call to completion of repairs was less than one hour.If I could give more stars, I would.

Very overpriced. $350 to replace the windshield on a 03 Jeep Wrangler. If you re familiar with this vehicle, you know how small the windshield is. If you have the time to pass through a major city, I would just wait. You could probably find a place in a bigger city that would do the same job for ~$150, maybe even less. Also, they have privacy tint on the windows that look into the work area, why don t they want their customers to see what they re doing? I m sure I m not the only person who wants to know what s happening to my vehicle while it s getting worked on.

My fianc� originally had a misunderstanding with this business however they did reach out to me personally to right their wrong. My original recommendation was not to recommend this business but because of their efforts to correct a misunderstanding I will recommend this business. They reached out to me and offered to fix my fianc� s window and at a discounted rate.

Had an issue with my motorhome windshield, called West Texas and they had two guys on site in 30 minutes. They knew what they were doing and had me fixed up in less than an hour. Great service!

Had them put in a windshield, it did not seal correctly because they left glass from the old windshield, they also broke my my windshield washer unit and it leaks badly, I went back in to have them fix it and then they broke my antenna mount cost me over a 1,000 dollars to have it done properly, will never make that mistake again, took 4 hours waiting both times I was at their shop, at least the ladies that work inside were nice that's the only good thing I have to say about this place, if I could I would give a negative star, very unsatisfied!!!!!
