The best emergency repair mechanics around. Praise YAHWEH that He guided us to this shop. Seriously. They worked on our trailer from 8:30am until 1:30am to get us back on the road in time to make our delivery. I cannot say enough about the owners and the mechanics. They didn't hesitate to do everything they could. These are great people. Any time I pass through I'm going to stop and say hello from now on.

Pushy people want to see your license for some profile? Joke Then while your truck is outside yes outside on a slab of concrete at 8am in the morning they insist that you go inside and sit on some sweaty greasy stained couches or they not going to look at your truck?? When you request what the hourly rate is they all look at each other? My response to all this nonsense was see ya went down the street got my dryer situation handled and back on the road.In response to your response that was not a quick service Bay and the truck was not going to be moved anywhere. The tech say he was going to look at it in the spot it was in? Please refrain from trying to make yourselves appear professional. The shop that did fix H and H no problems whatsoever we both crawled under my Rig outside on the concrete appron like yours and discussed the dryer issue they got the part put it in and away I went . Your just a difficult group period. Sorry that you don't like the truth by a honest customer. Hope things get better for you but don't think thats likely

My semi's main air line from the compressor blew out while I was going 70 MPH on I-10, an hour east of Fort Stockton in West Texas' no man's land. Isolated and stranded on the shoulder, I called 13 mobile mechanics who were either going to charge me up to $1000 just to come out or weren't able to come out at all! Then I came upon Total Truck Care (TTC). Jessica, who runs TTC with Johnny the shop's owner and lead mechanic, said she could have a service unit out to me in 90 minutes. AND THEY WERE THERE IN EXACTLY 90 MINUTES. Johnny brought two of the fastest, hard working mechanics I've seen in a while who jumped under the truck and in literally minutes had the problem identified. The next day, I was back on the road. BUT WHAT MAKES TTC SO GOOD is that when they were told by Peterbilt that the two air line parts needed were on a TWO-WEEK BACK ORDER, Johnny found an entirely different resource to provide a higher grade air line, had it hot-shot delivered, and installed the next day. TTC IS A PROBLEM SOLVER!!! In trucking, it's not cost of the repair that breaks you, it's the time off the road unable to make money that's the big loser. Johnny got me back in the road and saved me from losing the two loads worth over $10,000 that I had already booked.He earned 10-stars, but 5 is the highest available.I highly recommend and would urge anyone to make TTC their first call.

I needed an oil change for my f250 6.7 diesel engine. They don t do my truck, but they personally had me follow them to where I could get it done. I was also towing a rv and they were so sweet and kind. Thank you for your help.

Found this shop on google and decided to give them a try because I was in a bad spot and really needed a good shop to get me up and going. My recommendation is to call a tow truck and get as far away from this shop as you can. I had a oil cooler go bad and had a load in two days. It advertises 24hour shop and when I called they said they would get it right in and get started. After several failed attempts to get the parts there on time they took a week to get the oil cooler changed. After they got it changed and were flushing the coolant system the water pump went out. They get there parts from Odessa and the parts guy only checked peterbilt and not anywhere else. So I had to rent a car myself and go to Odessa and get my own parts to try and get out of there after several days of them jerking me around. They finally got me together and either backed my truck into something or ran something into it and wrecked the Mudflap hangers and tail light, which they did fix. I had to prepay pay in full with my credit card before they would even start the work, which I did. When I had to pay for the rest of the bill 5 days later they decided that they only take Cash App, which also felt was fishy. Since I had bought the water pump myself I should have received the core charge. But funny enough when they returned it for me it was cracked and I didn t get my core charge. They did not change the oil when they changed the oil cooler and I fought it all the way home and ended up having to over haul the truck. 0/10 do not recommend.

RUUUNNN!!! FROM TF or TWISTED FEATHER!! Or WHOEVER they're DBA!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!In May of 2023, my tractor was DOWN in Ft. Stockton. So I brought it to TF Total Truck Care for repairs. First they misdiagnosed the issue. Charged me about $600 or $700 to misdiagnose. Paid just under $7k for other parts and repairs and gave a $17k deposit for parts and labor on a $24k in frame rebuild and a new head. I should've gotten out of there but I was stuck. It was gonna be 3-4 weeks. They told me the parts were ordered in the beginning of June, 2023. I had to go home to FL. Then they never ordered my parts. You can bet they disassembled my entire motor though! They kept telling me the parts were on back order or that Freightliner shipped the wrong head. Fought w them all summer and tried at least twice to get my truck back but they had my deposit and wouldn't issue a refund and wanted more $ to release it. They finally ordered and paid for my parts in September, 2023. I stopped in unexpectedly a bunch of times when I was passing through and caught them trying to reuse my old rods. That was a fight. Then near the end of Oct she tells me it's running and ready and to come get it. Then, later that same afternoon, she calls me and tells me I need all new injectors, and crankshaft and it would be another $9k. And that they can't reassemble my tractor unless I authorize the repairs and pay in advance. But Jessica refused to send me any diagnostic proof (computer or video) or allow me to speak to Jason or whatever his name is or any other mechanic. I had reached out to Diamler (Parent Co of Freightliner) and finally heard back from them at the same time. I was able to confirm and obtain proof that my parts weren't ordered until Sept, 2023. Since this whole thing has put me completely out of business, I finally had to just dispute the charges w my CCs. Jessica was always telling me in emails and texts that the best way to communicate w the shop was through the "customer portal" online. Lol... She deactivated my customer portal when she learned of my dispute. But I saw that coming. $14k of the deposit was on my CCs. I've won $12k. Waiting on another $2k to finalize. And, in response to my dispute, they were forced to submit all the actual invoices w dates. So I have them now. They still have my truck and $10k of my $. I'm not sure what condition it's in now but I filed my fist suit w the JOP in November 2023 we have court Feb 1 to try and get a Writ of Retrieval for my tractor.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY......Stay away from those predators if you can. Unfortunately we had an air compressor go bad, and oil leaked. We paid 1487.46 to have it towed 30 miles to TF Total Truck Care. They first lied to us about being open, claiming they were working on the truck, but unbeknownst to them, my driver was outside their locked gate and witnessed that no one was present working on the truck. This went on for a couple of days. They did perform a prpoer diagnostic, locating the probelm, because we assumed it was a busted oil pan. On the day the parts arrived, all hell broke loose when when finally received the invoice. They price gouged us with the price of the oil and fuel filters. Mind you, the truck is a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia, and I buy OEM filters for all 8 of my Cascadias. Please see the breakdown of my receipt..........My experience with TF was disgusting, and I believe there's a warm spot in hell for people who operate in this manner. We worked hard for what we have built, and we operate with integrity. It hurts my soul to have to deal with predatory type people who claim to run a business. The best of luck to any trucker passing through or near Fort Stockton, TX. We paid to get the hell away from there. We'll be blessed down the road..........I wouldn't have given them a single star, but they did determine it was a failed air compressor.

Call place to have an oil leak repaired. They did repair the oil leak but the parts they removed to fix the oil leak. They left hanging done damage to AC left condenser hanging got about 390 miles up the road had four water lakes called Office to try to get it fixed or let them know about it. Lady and Office said it s not their fault And pretty much told me that they would not repair or be held reliable for any of it .. can not find way to up load pics on here .

Ran out of gas, but when I found out about these guys and called them, 40 minutes later 5 gallons of gas came delivered by the nicest guy Totally happy my distance overestimation got covered so well Five stars

Just right off the I-10 Highway. Repair were completed at a reasonable timeframe plus we joined their loyalty program which gave my company a lower shop rate. I highly recommend this shop!

I was broken down on I-10E in Ft. Stockton. Johnny Salinas, came and checked on my and gave me a business card. He his shop was able to do what Love s couldn t or wouldn t do with a level of swiftness, quality and professionalism most hadn t that I ve even experienced. Total Truck Care was very accommodating with even getting myself and my co-driver lodging and making recommendations of good restaurants. They moved with swiftness and no complaining. I d strongly recommend that if you re ANY near Fort Stockton or even on the I-10 corridor in TX and need truck service, please make TF Total Truck Care your one and only stop. Very happy with the service they provided.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Cool people but one thing I hate is bad buisness if you're going to make somebody wait 6 hours to check fuses charge 165 a hour for labor make me pay 3 of those hours and only worked one of those hours at least do what the customer ask I mean took my money 550 and didn't fix nothing and I ended up finding the fuse and fixing the problem later on that night smh cool people bad buisnessService: Electrical
