The staff and service has been excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I bought my gladiator from this store and have already had 3 oil changes. I have not had to wait more than 2 hrs for my vehicle service. I fully recommend Ram Country Ft Stockton if you need a reliable place to buy or service you vehicle.

I took my vehicle in for oil change and multipoint inspection, the team at Ram Country ran a diagnostics and discovered a transmission leak. I was provided with a loaner during this time and they were able to get my vehicle working good as new!Best part was the transmission leak was covered under the lifetime warranty!

I didn t purchase my 1500 from Ram Country but I came in for an oil change. The staff in the service department were friendly and helpful. My truck was in and out in under an hour. I will definitely be back when it s time for my next purchase. I ve waited over 4 hours for service at the dealership that I did purchase from

The entire experience has been horrible. I feel that me, being a woman and traveling alone, has made me a target for this place. I was towed in the evening of Tuesday April 9th. Spoke to the dealership, who looked at my vehicle on the 11th, stating that the problem was my Oil Pressure Sensor Switch and said they can order the part n have me back on the road by Thursday. Quoted me $497, a little steep but OK Cool. I called them to check on it Thursday afternoon cause I hadn't received a call, and was then told that I had a leak that they were trying to locate. They called about an hour later and emailed me a quote for "thermostat housing" in the amount of $1741.71 ...Of course that's outrageous, so I called my son who was highly upset and agreed that they were trying to take advantage of me. He called inquiring about the parts listed on the quote, specifically one that was priced over $800. The Parts Dept quoted him that exact piece for like $292 AND it included two of the parts that had been listed separately. He proceeded to speak to the Service Dept about my vehicle and called them out on it. They apologized profusely, claiming that the associate who typed it up must have gotten "fat fingered". Still giving no explanation why the other parts were added to the quote. By the end of that (Friday afternoon) they had gotten the price down to $850, and were supposed to be sending me a breakdown quote of that, along with the first quote of $497 for the OPS Switch - still to this day haven't received it, they just kept arguing with me saying it was sent. No reason that I'd have received the $1700+ quote and not those, UNLESS THEY WERE NEVER SENT.Anyways, My son ended up bringing the part in to them, and taking me back to Austin for a few days (to save on my Hotel expense). The price in the end was about $528 total.I let my son drive around Fort Stockton a little, he checked the fluids etc, everything seemed OK. He headed back east toward Austin, and I headed west back to California. About 20mins outside of town my car jerked, bings, and all those lights came back on again. I had to call my son to meet me back in Fort Stockton, and proceeded to drive 65mph in an 80mph all the way back, terrified of what would happen.Met him at O'Reillys were they hooked it up to their machine, and now I supposedly need an Oil Temperature Switch replaced... Ordered that and am currently waiting for it to come in so that I can get that fixed Somewhere/Anywhere else... Still stranded in Fort Stockton and it's now the 19th... DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!I even found out that they pulled the same BS on a hotel worker here where I'm staying. She said if she'd have known what I was going through, she'd have warned me and had me take it elsewhere. Smh.

We are traveling in our RAM Pro master 3500 van. We discovered a small leak in our water pump while stopped in Fort Stockton. We stopped by and right away they got us in for a pressure test. Turns out we needed a water pump; luckily available in town. They said they could get to it the next morning. The team gave us a ride to our hotel and back. You could tell they were really busy but they were able to get it done that next day and get us on our way. Thank you!

Recently took my Ram 1500 Rebel to the Service Dept at Ram Country due to arising driving complications. Daren was especially helpful in finding the problem and replacing the part. After a small complication in the delivery process, a complimentary interior/exterior was provided to ensure that I left as a satisfied customer! Customer Service is a huge part of this establishment.Thank you Ram County Service Dept!

Ram Country Fort Stockton is awesome. They sent an employee on a 500 mile trip to pickup parts for our truck to replace the failing turbocharger in my Ram pickup. Not only did they get the part, they replaced it in one day total including the drive! Great service, nice friendly and polite folks, can t say enough good things about this dealership and the people working there.Tom

Called in to set an appt for my truck they couldn't get me in till about 2 weeks later. Took it in they had to reset computer after changing out the battery then I see the receipt & noticed they had all the info in on the wrong truck, that's a bit upsetting when they go get the VIN # when we get there. Mr. S is not very good on the details, but he sure were quick at charging me.

Overall, they got my vehicle working. However, they called the wrong number so I wasn t told until I called to check, I was then charged $300 more than the price I was told 5 days prior, and they did not verify my identity when picking up the truck, which made me wonder what would have happened if it hadn t been me. All I did was agree with the name they told me and they gave me the keys. I would never recommend them to anyone and would rather spend a year doing the repairs myself rather than deal with them again.

Constantly telling you they can sell it for more won t try to help you at all. Just more threats than caring about the customer. Would advise to going else where. Unless you want them to hit your credit and then sell the vehicle you qualified for to someone else.

Wonderful customer service and a knowledgeable service department. Reasonably priced and quality work every time. I wouldn't trust any place else, for Ram Country in Fort Stockton has earned my loyalty.

Absolutely horrible!!! We've had our truck no more than 6 months and already had to take it in twice. This time is for a blown front speaker. They told my husband they had to order the part, to take it on Friday they would call on Thursday. They didn't. My husband called it was in Dallas. I called and made an appointment for Tuesday today. They told my daughter I never called and scheduled the appointment. David basically said I lied. I spoke to HIM. Now they are saying the part is in El Paso. They will call. I am SO Disappointed in Ft. Stockton 's Ram Country.

My wife and I were traveling from Apache Junction AZ to Austin TX we had a over heating issues with our Chrysler 300 when we arrived in Ft. Stockton about 8pm we were at the service center at 0730 when they open they took our car right in they had us fix with in an hour or so and its still running great - All I can say is AWESOME we were very worried it might take a few days of our trip to wait on repairs but No Thanks to your service staff for your Help

Absolutely horrible. Made an appointment to have service done. Made sure upon arrival that my truck would be done TODAY they lied. Said it would be ready at 5 then the closer it got oh it won t be ready till tomorrow. I didn t make arrangements for someone to get me I don t live in fort Stockton. Did they care? Nope. I m a single mother of 3 with one vehicle my kids were waiting on me to get back. They could care less. This is the second time we have had horrible service. I will never use them again. I ll walk before ever using them again.

I was first impressed with their service department, and then the two men in charge left for reasons unknown. Since then, my wife and I have had to drive 50 miles to Ft Stockton from Pecos only to have our Jeep returned, not repaired, and more damage done to our vehicle. We have taken it back 5 times more since our first visit only to be returned with the initial problem not fixed to which we took it there in the first place. We have paid upwards to 7,500 dollars, with brake fluid split on the hood ruining our paint job, stereo no longer works, nor hazards and few other electronic problems. This is sad. We contacted corporate and have only received lip service from them .Beware of Ft Stockton service department very bad business practices being conducted there.Sgt First Class Arreguy RET VFW 23 years service

My family and I are truly appreciative of Jay and the Service team at Ram Country. We were traveling back to Arizona after vacationing in Galveston. When we went to start our Jeep it did not start, even with a jump start attempt. The wipers were going crazy, the dash lights were flickering, and the start button was stuck on Run and would not turn off. We had it towed to Ram Country because we were not sure what was going on and with a 10-hour drive ahead of us, we wanted to make sure the Jeep was good. Jay and his team looked at our Jeep first thing Monday morning and got it taken care of fast! We got back on the road Tuesday morning and made it home safely. Thank you, Jay and team.

Great service!! Was traveling from the East Coast and had my gas tank shredded by road debris. We were initially advised that it would take 9 days to get the replacement tank shipped out. The service advisors Sergio and Mike went the extra mile and were able to track one down and get in installed in only 2 days. We were treated great by all of the employees that we interacted with. Great dealership with great service and good people. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

My new truck (3 months old) less than 4000miles barely made it home from a short trip. The roadside assistance were helpful and came to pick up the Truck the next morning. They delivered it to Fr. stockton Dodge where we bought it from. They've had it all week with No ETA when it will be ready due to them not having the part and notbeing able to get the part. so now I am out of a truck.

Great salesman, customer ordered a Rebel, they were extremely helpful. Stopped in a dozen times before it showed up, they always had time and never rushed me, no pressure sales, extremely fair price. Didn t try to upsale, or add nitrogen to my tires or any of the other stuff I ve seen other dealers pull.No dealer markups, no gimmicks, overall I couldn t be happier.Can you imagine enjoying buying a car? I did. My salesman was Jay, and his sales techniques fit my personality. He didn t sale me a car, he let me shop and answered questions and helped me through the process without rushing.The head sales guy Rob was extremely helpful as well., he really impressed me.Anyway. I recommend Ft Stockton ram county.

Today s visit I was greeted by Daniel. He was able to give me an estimate on my services and said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. While I waited he consulted with me before work was done on my vehicle. He was friendly and professional. A minor error did happen but Daniel caught it promptly and fixed the issue right away. He notified me by phone and all was good afterwards.

Thank you Ram Country for getting my truck in, in a timely manner. You all were fantastic and I very much appreciated your service department in Fort Stockton, TXMy wife and I had a big trip scheduled for our anniversary. We had not gotten the opportunity to go on vacation and this was our time. My truck decided otherwise on our way to our destination. It decided to go into limp mode, I guess that we had put bad DEF fluid in to the system. I got there at 8:18 Tuesday night. I spoke with Mike that night he got me into the shop first thing the next morning. There were alot of repairs that needed to be done and the parts were two days out. They received the parts on Friday around 1:00 to 2:00. Thankfully Sergio and Kris put three techs on my truck and had it out by Friday within about 1 1/2 hours after receiving the parts.Thank you all for everything and thank you techs for staying late to get the truck finished up.

I needed 4 recall work items performed and they took care of them, plus flushed my transmission at my request and the wait time during the process was under 2 hours.Everyone was very friend, accommodating and efficient. Some much so that the wait didn't bother me at all. Thanks for the superior service!

Called in for an appointment to have my oil changed on Thursday afternoon, they scheduled me for Friday morning at 9:00 a.m., got there at 8:45, got my oil and filter changed as well as my tires rotated. I also found out that they can do an alignment, which is good when I buy new tires for my pickup! Great service today!

This was the easiest car purchase ever. Cortney was my sales associate. She was so nice, friendly and professional. The (used) car I went to buy was not available, so she got my info and brought a used Jeep Patriot that was black with black interior. Because of where I live, that was not going to work for me. Cortney suggested that a new car might work better for me and explained there were a lot more options, rebates, etc that would keep me in my general price range. She didn't try to push that car on me at all. I decided to look at new cars, so she brought me a beautiful bright blue Jeep Compas Latitude. I fell in love with it right away. I test drove it and that was it!! My current car was appraised for trade in and came back quite a bit lower than anticipated, but with the rebates available for new cars it made up the difference. I was pre-approved and my payments set up in a price range I could handle. The financing associate Mercedes was quick and efficient. I didn't feel like I was being held hostage for hours like I had experienced in the past with other dealerships. This was truly the best car buying experience ever!!!

If I was able to locate the information for whoever runs this dealership or owns it, I would be directly contacting him/her instead of this review. My entire experience from start to finish was unprofessional and subpar to the standards that at the most basic level should have been better. Leaving my vehicle here ultimately cost me a full days work as well as the time I had to wait to receive my vehicle. The only manager that assisted me was a lady named Mercedes. The other manager Adrian was unprofessional and the service tech assigned to my truck was a direct reflection of Adrian. I would love to talk about my interaction with this dealership and hope to hear from someone in charge soon.

I had a flat tire on my 2023 Dodge Charger wide body which runs 305 tires all the way around I had to have it towed to Fort Stockton had to spend the night because it was after hours for anyone to repair or replace the tire. They had to search for a tire for me they did the best they could and came up with a tire that was somewhat smaller in size but still fit the rim to have me make it to El Paso. They tried their hardest to satisfy me and they did a great job and got me on my way. I got to the dealership in El Paso and they ordered me a new tire size that I needed. Ram country in Fort Stockton help me out a great deal. I am very pleased with their hospitality.
