If you don t have patience in the trucking industry and you think that every repair service/truck shop should be provided within minutes, then you re in the wrong industry! We all have loads to deliver on time and we all have unexpected breakdowns.I witnessed a lot first hand as a customer here, yesterday. Big kudos to the guys working the evening of 6/27/23. They were all pleasant and hardworking.I noticed superb customer service from Edgar, as he maintained the work of what should be two advisors. They re clearly short staffed and can not tend to everyone promptly. He held a positive attitude the entire time as he was being pulled left to right with the phones, repairs, sending out mobile mechanics and walk-in drivers who wanted immediate help.We waited about two hours before we could be seen for HVAC repairs and waited an additional 3 hours for completion. Total satisfaction even though we would have loved it to be faster.Drivers- be realistic! There s a truck stop full of overworked tractors/trailers needing some love all at the same time. I witnessed people coming in every 30-60 minutes needing service. They were BUSY and doing what they could in a timely manner. Be nice to the crew and they ll be good to you!

Just want to say, put tlr. In for air bag issues and Mario Figueroa was who work on it. He is one of the best mechanics I've run into, very polite, very professional and responsible for what he does. If I can give him 20 stars I would...great job..Mario keep it up and don't ever change your ways

Ima truck driver of 2 years and I ran out of gas wasn t even in the Big Rig ,I was driving my jeep with the Uhaul attached on I10 west ,couldn t find my account number for AAA . There was This Loves close by so I gave it a shot and they Came and gassed me up enough to get here ,even made sure I made it to the pump. Becky Has a Good heart and she blessed me today Cuz I know they re strictly diesel but She Helped anyways .Thank Yall at Loves Truck Care Had to give A shout out

Most LOVES TIRE CARE facilities know there jobs. When a driver has to point out problems with the work that needs to be done.... come on!!! This uncalled for 4.5 hours to get 2 tires changed???? I hope y'all get this review & get this problem resolved with how slow y'all are!!! Until you change your rating from me will not be good!!! BTW the coffee is not good. Fuel & coffee is your biggest seller at least make it!!!

We were driving on the I10 towards El Paso when we noticed a loss of pressure in one of our tires. We then stopped at Love's Truck Care. Unfortunately, we had to wait a bit because there were a lot of trucks with tire problems there that day. But we were received competently and friendly. After some time we drove to the workshop, where our tire could be repaired after a short time. That was our rescue, as the tire for our German truck was of course not in stock and would have had to be ordered first. We were then able to continue our journey. All this at a great price! Thanks very much!!

Terrible parking lot for long vehicles and busy days. Would not recommend for anyone towing anything in any sort of traffic.

Coffee was cold, and I had to waitAbout 45 minutes to get coffeeWe were getting tires changedAnd it took us 5 hours to change 2 tires you can tell they get paid by the hour.Maid us late for delivery.Truck drivers are on a time schedule it's a love's truck stopIf they can't get off their ButtsAnd do their jobs get someone that can. Stop paying them by the hour because you're wasting your money...

11 hours to wait to get a drive tire plugged! I get it, it's a holiday wknd, but when u see 3 guys looking like they r working, u got to question their ability. None of them looked like they knew what they were doing. Not asking for a rush job, but gd grief, 1 mechanic asks for help from another, then he goes to another for help. Absolutely ridiculous! Mechanics need to be trained properly, & not have customers waiting around aaallllll day long for a patch job. Would not recommend stopping here!

El peor servicio que jamas halla recivido, I have posted this while I'm still here, I got here at 1:30 , for just to change a single tire ,it's 7 o clock I have been told the waiting time is 2 hours, and this guys are still juts kicking out, it looks to me that I still have no hope to this guys to finish my truck

Called shop have tire leaking air I m 2 hours away guy oh no I m so busy have 6 ppl in line for tires too i need maybe 3 hours i was perfect will be there in 3 hours then he s like oh no I m trying to tell you I can t take you ..I m like you said 3 hours do you need more time or what i can waitLazy ppl don t wanna workDon t want me to come at allCome on man this is bad bad bad shopI may just need to show up and hey do your job i have flat tire fix itShould be someone watching this employeesHe s latino dudeHope someone from management talk to him about this

Done bother coming to this love for a mechanic it isn't available from Monday thru Friday & don't rely on the tire technicians they take about up to 2 days to get a tire swap or changed been here since 6:pm 5/27/22 now it's 9:43 am

Here is very bad serivice I do the checkin and they guys throw my checkin paper and then I am waiting 2 hours I say many times but don t listen all of the bad service no good I give 0 also no have air and have mechanics but they don t do work it s very bad experience
