Excellent! I was traveling to El Paso from Eagle Pass and got a slow leak. Stopped in to H&L auto repair and they immediately took care of me and checked over my truck so I could continue onto El Paso!

Was traveling Tru and needed a trailer tire. The owner told me $85 dollars for a used 15 inch trailer tire. I told him that s insane ( no warranty, dot number shaved off). $200 bucks for a new one. I told him $50 for the used one and he said to head on down the road. I still paid $85 cash no receipt for the used one but talking about taking advantage of a situation. God is watching and I hope you change your ways. God bless

I was coming through town in my motorhome and was having a problem with one of my tires holding pressure, on a Sunday of course! The young man checked all the tires pressure and repaired a bad stem in the troublesome tire. I m so glad I found this place! Friendly, service with a smile and very reasonable!!

$25.00 to fix a flat on a cold Saturday afternoon was 100% worth it. It seems expensive, but this was the only place open. We were so grateful to be able to get the tire fixed and be on our way within minutes. The owner was kind, quick, and helpful.

I take my truck to get the tire fixed. Next thing I know, I'm getting told what else did I do to the tire? I get told the tire valve stem is broken and needs to be repaired. They broke the stem and wanted to charge me an additional 25 for the step. Tires are new and stem was new, why not admit you messed up instead of trying to charge for your mistake.

Two missing lug nuts, few loose ones and They lost my hub cap and rim cover. Mistakes like this are uncalled for, unprofessional..Service: TiresService: Tires

Would give more stars if I could. They took care of us on a Sunday morning as we encountered a flat tire. We needed a run-flat tire. They had one and installed it within 15 minutes. Their service was excellent and we're thankful for all of their help.

I called him and told we had drain plug missing for the oil tank so we need a plug and oil. Do you sell it ? Because our car is 3 min drive from the palce.. He said yes I sell it and I can come and check in 5min!? Sure!! We waited for 20mins! No one came. Walked back to shop and asked him and he said someone is already there ...we again walked and check no one is at our car.2nd time going there cause earlier he said we can buy it from there and I know I can fix it on my own!!But a teenager (may be his son) came out talked rudely, having no sense of how to talk to customers and told us to give no service!! Well you could have informed it on first visit!! Now I am stuck here until another shop opens up tomorrow morning!Not recommended! Not going back! Wasted my day waiting for him!

Headed from Lajitas to San Antonio on a monday night. Pulled in right at closing time needing U-joints. Quoted reasonable price and stayed late to take care of us. Saved me changing them with flashlight side of the road. Thanks for the help. Much appreciated.

The rudest person I have ever touched, I do not recommend coming to be treated so badly and apart from being so expensive that they sell used ones and they want to sell them as new.

Got a flat on I-10 right as I was going through Ft. Stockton. Immediately looked for an open tire shop and RL Auto Service & Tires were the only ones open at the time. From the time I got my flat, I was back on the road within an hour thanks to the priority service I received at this establishment. I thought I was going to have to stay the night in town but the gentlemen working here were able to get me going a lot faster than I thought due to their hard work. Thanks again for the great service!

Another reaso t live Texas. Has a vote out on my trailer 35 mi west of Ft Stockton. On a Sunday. Great service and great prices. 220 all in on 2 trailer tires. Got gouged in Sierra Blanca for 300 for one tire. Highly recommendService: TiresService: Tires

Popped a tire in Big Bend National Park and had to stay the Saturday night in town. Ramon was extremely helpful early in the morning on a SUNDAY as the one of the only places open!! Ramon fixed our tire no problem and cheap!! And we had another tire that was leaking and he fixed that up extremely quickly. As we waited for the tire to be done we had company of some of the friendliest tire shop pups and kittens! 10/10 would recommend when you are in a pinch and need some friendly help fast!

Called ahead to see if they had a tire that fit. Said they did, price was great, they swapped it out for me, quick and painless. Spent a total of 30 minutes start to finish.

Best place in town. Joel is always willing to help no matter what time or the day. He does the service calls for the shop and will go above and beyond for his clients. I called him on a sunday and he did not hesitate to meet me to help me out with my problem. He does tire work and mechanic work. If u ever get stuck and need help, give him a call...

Would not recommend. First they charged me$320 for two hours of work, change a water pump. I got one day down the road only to have my car overheat in traffic. They will take advantage of you and not fix it right.Do not use them.

Very rude and would not help me get home with the UHAL equipment there they had available. My car broke down they had four car pulleys and they had a van and three trucks he told me I could have one or the other how's that going to help me pull the car??? Very rude sign on door says call for U-Haul with no time under it so when we called he let us know he didn't start working until 9 a.m. call back why you can't answer your phone??? Wouldn't recommend them
