                      I pretty much have had good experiences here. Staff have been helpful. Only one kinda of two bad experiences but not really, but the staff was seriously trying to help. Just faulty test equipment years ago. Everything else has been great. Been going to them for maybe 10 years. Almost always had what I needed.                       Tried to pay for $20.00 worth of parts on Sat at 4 pm. Couldn't take my 100 and give me $80.00 change. Told me to go to Brookshires for change. They still have their parts. Done.

                      YOUR MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED YOU. Employees are unkept, unprofessional and don't seem to have a clue. All other oreillys can test parts but not this one. This store has struggled for a long time, but this is just ridiculous. Customer service is unheard of here.To reply to your reply. This is not occasionally missing the mark. This is 8 out of 10 times. Your people are clueless due to lack of training. Your store management is non-existent. Your turn over must be astronomical. Pay a little more. Get someone with a little discipline who won't hire people that look like they belong on a don't do drugs or else poster.

                      This is the best O' reilly's between the three I have been to in this area. ( Princeton, Greenville, Farmersville) There is a new young guy.....I withhold judgement from but he seems friendly enough. The women and men here are outstanding g and do go out of their way to find the right part for you. When they don't  have a part they automatically tell me high store shows to have it in stock and have even called a competitor to ask if they have what I need. As a woman they have never dumbed things down to make me feel inferior. I appreciate that.

                      Walked out to a dead battery less than two hours ago. I called to see if they had a battery in stock and Noe answered my call. He was incredibly helpful and kind. Got a jump and headed over. Noe had the battery waiting for me, got me checked out, and went out in the cold to change it out. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I didn't get the names of the two other gentlemen that helped, but all three of the team members were great! Noe was a bright spot for me today.                       Over all it's good! Could use improvement in customer interface friendliness. Could not say they are the to go guys for all my mechanical concerns but they are there to sale you parts and not fix all your auto issues, although could give customer some suggestions.Most auto parts are that way.

                      Poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Dealt with what I believe to be an assistant manager by the name of Josh and never felt more un welcomed at a store.                       Me and my husband went in yesterday and meeded help . The man josh was a total ass and rude af ... If i knew his supervisors name I would make a corporate complaint.. He is racist as I watched him laugh and talk with the white people up there...                       Poor customer service! This is the third time I have been to this location and felt unwelcomed, as I was leaving I told everyone thank you and not a response back.
