Young man came out to greet me,took my vehicle while I waited inside,very clean and pleasant inside. Changed my oil and didn't charge me a arm or leg either. Gave me military discount and paid less than $50. Very happy.

I called before hand to make sure they closed @2 and when I arrived at 1:35 they told me they couldn t take anymore people when they only had 3 cars there. Very disappointed in the fact I wasted my gas and Time.

I would definitely recommend this place these people go above and beyond for their customers I can t tell you just how much I appreciate what they did for me today and the level of respect that they had for me and my situation not to mention they did a fantastic job I give a shout out to this place and I recommend that everyone go to this place to get their oil change. These are fantastic people and I hope God blesses them.

This has been the worst Shop i have ever experienced. Bad enough i had to double check their work and Show them their lies....1st they will not let you drive in and must step out to let the pull in.2nd the crew never acknowledged customers but more or less reluctantly assisted customers and "changed oil"3rd There was no Communication or any implementation to show myself the customer that a service was performed or that they completed or even try to upsale.This is and will be the only time I ever visit here. If you care about your vehicle and it's longevity this is not the shop for you!I get my Oil Changed every 2 weeks and have been alot of different oil shops. This is certainly a 1 star venue.If you want a half-baked job... they will serve you up just right!

Went to Valvoline Express in Ennis this morning for an inspection Lendon was able to assist me with it. He was extremely helpful and very polite. 10 out of 10 on both definitely made my day better. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be recommending this shop to everyone.

Some dude I assume is the manager or owner decided my horn would not pass state inspection because it is an electronic air horn and not, as he described, "... a normal horn." For his edification, here is the Texas requirement: Texas Transportation Code - TRANSP � 547.501. Audible Warning DevicesCurrent as of April 14, 2021 | Updated by�FindLaw Staff(a) A motor vehicle shall be equipped with a horn in good working condition that emits a sound audible under normal conditions at a distance of at least 200 feet.My horn emitted a sound audible at more than 200 feet, boss man. No worries, though. Your competitor passed me with no issues. In the future, don't get so defensive when the customer asks you to explain your ruling.

Not sure if they had a shortage of staff, but they were closed at 11 am. Or at least turned me away at 11 am. I understand it's the day before the holidays, but still shop hours say open till 5pm either way. I won't be going back again

Valvoline express in ennis texas does not associate itself with original valvoline stores...there for it does not honor any or all vouchers/coupons send by mail from valvoline...this store is a knockoff and only uses the valvoline nature brand/name...be careful

We have 3 vehicles that get regular oil changes here. Last time we took our tahoe in the young man came back in and said "ma'am you've got 2000 more miles before you even need to be here" he had checked my oil and filter already and sent me on my way. I am thankful for their integrity as a business and even though it's not cheap, with 3 high mileage vehicles we will keep going back!!! And, the lady that owns this place rocks!!!

Very disappointed in their service, we have been using them for yrs. And every time the prices go up without explanation. They are racist toward anyone that doesn t speak English. If you run a business you should know you will have customers who speak different languages and do your best to communicate with them.

My wife was on a road trip to Houston alone and got a low oil light, this Valvoline helped her quickly and was very well priced, if we re ever in Ennis and need auto care we will come back here!

Needing a vehicle inspected. This is the place to go...Service is quick, thorough and friendly. Waiting area is clean and well kept...A nice perk while waiting is fresh coffee..

Price on the wall showed $49.99 but the bill was $69.46.I was charged extra for 5w30 oil and oil filter. $14.99. I understand the disposal fee of $2.00 but I was a bit shocked at the total.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They do what they say they ll do but don t be fooled by their coupons they gladly send out each month in the mail to keep you coming back. They still charge you full price. My last oil change with no coupon was $75.20, with a $10 off coupon for the same service was $74.95. How does that work? Won t make that mistake again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Out of all the oil changes I have had over the years this was, without a doubt, the best service I have received. They were very thorough and even did a full walk-around of my vehicle. At first I thought they were just going to try and sell me something I didn't need but as it turned out, they actually saved me from a greater expense by selling me something I did need, a light bulb. I am grateful I didn't end up with a traffic ticket for an inoperative brake light. Thanks Valvoline Express Care!!!

First they almost killed me. Now they are just lazy.UPDATE BelowI've never had a worse experience. They will use any excuse not to do an inspection. If their machine isn't broke the workers just choose not to do it. I've been trying for over a week to get my vehicle inspected. They are absolutely useless.It's not that my vehicle won't pass. They just don't want to do it.The last time I went there they forgot to shut my hood and there I was going down the service road when it slammed up completely blinding me and shattering my windshield. I almost crashed full speed into the back of an 18 wheeler.If you don't want your family to die in a fire ball while going down the road pick some where else.Update: I took it to Lucky's in Waxahachie and it took 15 minutes. In and out no problems. Only had to make one trip.. like a real business.

It is October 24th 2020 4:48pm, I own a 2018 Ram and my oil is leaking after being there for the first time yesterday. Just called to leave a voicemail message but they don t have one set up. I took pictures of it. Doing this as proof before Monday gets here since I m assuming that will be the next time I can bring it in for fixing. Was charged $110.91 for me to worry my weekend until Monday gets here. I d leave no stars but I can t do that if I want to leave a review. Now I have oil all over my driveway. Avoid this place I asked them to check my air in my tires they told me twice they did so I went to dollar tree and my tire monitor was still telling me my rear back tire was low so I called them and a man told me to bring it back only to try to tell me my tire monitor malfunction THIRD. The guy told me that all of my tires had 35 pounds of pressure in them and that my tire monitor was not working well I headed back to corsicana to my mechanic only to find out theres nothing wrong with my tire monitor they just didn't put any air in them at all would NEVER. Go back to this place again and with the 80. Something dollars I paid for just an oil change they where supposed to check fluid and tires out but they DID NOT. LOOKS LIKE THEY CANT BE TRUSTED WITH THE HONOR SYSTEM. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I usually change my own oil but I received a coupon in the mail so I thought I'd give them a try. They charged me $11 extra for an oil filter and lied to me by stating that my car uses a paper cartridge filter, whick I know to be false. Never again.

I went to Valvoline Express Care yesterday for a oil change in my Ford Ranger truck. I gave the attendant my keys and he pulled the truck in the shop. He opened the hood then went down in the pit for about 3 minutes then came out of the pit closed my hood and pulled my truck out of the shop. He then came over and told me my drain plug was to tight and he could not take it out to change my oil. How ridiculous is that, a oil change shop cannot change oil. I left the shop went to Autozone bought oil and filter and went home and changed the oil myself. I will not be returning to this place of business if they cannot do a simple oil change. They actually deserve zero stars however it was not a choice.

Last Friday I took my car to Valvoline Express Oil Change in Ennis.They changed the oil and did a half-assed job vacuuming the carpet.Today I come home and find a puddle of oil in the driveway.. they forgot to tighten the oil plug. Well I became rather angry and put a quart in it and took it back. The owner said, "Let me find out what happened" So I did. 15 minutes later he said this."I am not going to lie to you. We messed up. We have procedures to ensure this does not happen". "We cleaned up the mess under the car and put new oil in. I am sorry this happened and I hope you will still be a customer in the future."I went from being angry to really appreciating this guy's honesty and integrity. The kid screwed up. He didn't yell at him, he didn't berate him. He was honest with me. He was a business man with integrity. He told the kid that there was no excuse for this mistake. He did exactly the right thing to make it right with me.So I recommend this place. The owner is an honest man with integrity and knows that to run a business you make things right. He took out one of his business cards and wrote "FREE OIL CHANGE" and signed it for the next time I come in.That earns my respect of his Texas sense to 'do the right thing'.

I'll been there several times for a variety of services.Inspection, oil change, replace light bulbs.Staff is professional. Price is reasonable.I was in and out in no time.It was a pleasure doing business with them.

disappointed in them. I used to get my oil changed there in my diesel truck and my van and my other pickup truck. It's that yearly inspection time for my regular diesel truck. I took it in to have them do the inspection which they've done for the last 3 years. the kid went around the truck and noticed that I had a scratch in the back tail light which didn't have moisture never caused an issue before and said he can't do the inspection. So I guess they lost a customer by me took it over to another inspection place that passed no issues. They couldn't believe what he said. I think he's just lazy.

Needed inspection done. We were in & out so quickly. The mechanic was attentive & took care of business.
