Twisted metal did an outstanding job handling my vehicle repairs. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, nice, and relatable. The repairs were absolutely perfect, and very quick. They went out of their way to assist me in the process, and were super helpful. Due to the damage on my vehicle, there was a hidden issue (no way for the shop to know about it without driving it on the highway) with the alignment/tire balance when I picked it up, but I called twisted metal and they fixed it immediately. I have (unfortunately) went through other repair shops before, but twisted metal surpassed all of them easily. Highly HIGHLY recommend this repair shop. Thank you again to the kind folks at twisted metal!!

Could not recommend Gabino and his shop more! Fully trusted everything they did while my car was in their car. Absolutely excellent. I was driving from Dallas to West when I was rear ended and thrown off of 35. It was a traumatizing event, and I wasn't sure what to do. I found Twisted Metal and had my car towed there. They went above and beyond in every aspect, but it was their kindness that I will always remember. I spoke with Ken many times regarding the car/accident, and he was always more than kind to me. I simply can't recommend them enough.

Gabe Larez and his service crew are the absolute best in town. I've used many of their services and have always been satisfied with the outcome. Gabe does excellent work at a fair price. He's honest. Okay, not a customer, but will be! Went in for an estimate on a frame straightening. He gave me what i would consider a reasonable estimate, then took 10 minutes and walked me through how to do it myself. Told me if I goofed it up, they'd be happy to fix it! Seriously! I've used another body shop a couple times in the last year and was never really impressed. This one action has earned my business! BTW, chances I goof up are a solid 50%!

These people are AWESOME and miracle workers. I took my prize Camero in with extensive damage. Gabe , Phil, Colton, Mark, and the rest of this professional team of people made my car better than new. They are friendly and are eager to please their customers. I highly recommend this proprofessional team if you want the work done right.
