My husband and I bought a beautiful 2023 Traverse yesterday. We could not ask for a better experience with the process. Car buying usually stresses me to the max, but not at Pegasus. Daniel Arceneaux went ABOVE and beyond to get me a great deal. He was so on top of what he was doing and communicated through it all. He was prompt, professional, personable, and above all had the best customer service. That is what I look for when I shop for anything customer service. This obviously is the expectation of Mr. Mike Brown. Leadership and clear expectations are key to a successful business. They have truly mastered it there. Travis was the sweetest as well. When we arrived to finalize paperwork, he had stayed late, waiting on us, with a smile on his face. He made it a very pleasant experience while we were there. Then, we met Donald who finalized the finance part. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made it pleasant as well. I can go on and on about the service we received. Not to mention, a beautiful new Traverse. Thank you to everyone at Pegasus for going above and beyond for us. Thank you to Danny Ramsey for referring me to them. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.

Great experience from the moment I pulled up. Very friendly, and all 3 gentlemen who helped me were top tier, not only in their customer service but in communication. Jacob did his best to help me find the perfect car, Deon was great at understanding what I needed when expressing finances, and Donald finalized it all. Thank you to all 3 of these men who exceptionally and professionally helped take the perfect car home!!

Jonathan was amazing! He was honest and up front about what he could do for me. He worked hard to get me into something reliable and made sure it was something my daughter and I would be comfortable in. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Thank you Jonathan for getting us into the 2022 Dodge Durango! We love it!! This is my second car with Pegasus and definitely won t be my last.

Pegasus was amazing to work with! I went in a few weeks ago as I started my search for my dream truck. I met with Travis and explained exactly what I was looking for, even though they did not have it on the lot he wrote everything down and started hunting! He had Emily in internet sales helping him and between the 2 of them they would send me vehicles to look at over the next few weeks. We finally found my dream truck at a sister dealership and they had it brought in for me. The actual deal was very easy to do and they all listened to what I wanted and needed to make this happen. Papers were signed and I drove home in my beautiful new truck. I truly felt heard and appreciated for my business. Travis and Emily as well as the rest of the staff at Pegasus are top notch! I would not hesitate to recommend all of them to my family and friends. They truly deserve 10 stars! What an amazing experience at Pegasus!! Daniel and Travis are two of the best in the business. Amazing customer service, no hassle, straight forward, and the most friendly gents I ve met. I felt like a VIP from start to finish. I asked for the car I wanted they delivered in a matter of days. Never felt like I was being scammed. You all have a customer for life here.

My Buick Encore check engine light came on and some parts of the heads up display were not working properly. Culver listened, asked questions and looked at the codes. After 2 days the software modules were replaced and everything is working properly.I appreciate the professional competence and the personable interactions with everyone in the service department.

The lady that checked me in at the service desk was really nice and polite. I liked her. I didn't get her name, though.However, I went in for just an oil change and I was in their waiting room for over 2 hours. It also took them over 30 minutes just to get into my car.I understand places get busy, but I made it to my appointment a few minutes early and waiting over 2 hours doesn't sit well with me for what I needed.And when they finally finished and I got into my car, it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I do not smoke. I can't stand the smell. And my car still smells like it. HOURS later.I'm only leaving 5 stars so hopefully the business will actually pay attention to the review.I will not be going back and I definitely will not be recommending them.

Impressive service on a repair my 2109 GMC Canyon needed last week. I dealt with Alex, Morgan and Culver. Pegasus is fortunate to have each of these individuals working at your dealership. Total professional at every interaction. Service was prompt even though a part had to be ordered. Very pleased with everything.

I wrote this to the General Manager, Daniel Arceneaux. He worked for months to get my 2000 Chevrolet Silverado transmission replaced and after not receiving the correct parts he worked so hard to get me into a 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. He is the most kind, caring salesperson I ve ever dealt with!Thank you so much for my truck! I absolutely love it! This truck means so much more than a means of transportation. It represents a battle fought against cancer for 8 years wondering if I d live for tomorrow, staying focused on the path that God has set before me, stepping out of my comfort zone and starting a landscaping company with the love of my life, the years spent driving whatever payment I could make, wishing that one day I too would have something nice to drive, multiple hip shots and PRP procedures hoping I d have the strength to walk then run then get into my husbands truck and so many more blessings!You helping me get into this truck has made my dreams come true.I wish you the absolute best life can bring!I will always buy from whatever dealship you belong too!

I used Pegasus Chevrolet service department. They helped me determine if I had an engine or transmission problem and it turned out to be that Ammco gave me a bad torque converter from Dallas. They did lots of tests and didn't charge me for all of the test that were done but did charge me $796 for what I had agreed to pay. They helped me as much as they could and I appreciate the help!

When dropping off my 1996 truck for a computer replacement and programming, the service manager, Culver took me to get my computer. Even though it took awhile to get my truck taken care of, they were great. They did an inspection of everything and recommended part that were getting close to being worn out. Now mind you that my truck has 440,000 miles on it, so things are going to wear out after a while. But, they were great and I appreciate them working on it.

No honesty or integrity new management not so sure it s was a good thing.went to buy the truck I wanted. Didn t haggle there price other that the mandatory add ins $1750 bed liner -$1450 window tint. As usually back and fourth on trade . Finally Chris the sale manger as we where leaving ( the usually send a guy out they will take add one off and magically come up to trade value. Ok I say done deal !We walk back in then the whole deal changes again then Chris backs out on his word blames it on the Dodge side of there business even know where dealing with the Chevy side.Won t honor his word or deal he stated. Tries to say he won t do this or that with it clearly offered on there direct web site of discounts and financing if neededOur salesman through this whole deal never stood a chance of working the deal I don t think due to lack of communication and letting them work a deal.Then we called back to try to see what we could do no one would evens return our call till finally 6 hour last later. only to find that they fired our salesman and that Chris won t honor his word(deal) again. I actually talked to our sales man they fired and this is there standard procedure.Call me old school just want an honest deal or tell me to leave. That simple.

The staff at Pegasus was fantastic and went above and beyond to be able to get a vehicle secured for me. I purchased from out of state and they made the process quick - overcoming several obstacles. I would highly recommend them.

I would give this place five stars if it were not for these two issues. The salesman along with finance were not transparent as I had to force them to itemize price and still hesitated to do so trying to get the best deal for themselves. The truck was a loaner and was due for an oil change and they did not even care to take care of that, I once again had to raise the issue. Once I got the oil changed, the service tech did not completely remove the lift arms from the ramp and scratched wheels without acknowledging the issue. Dion was 5 Star. Of the Sales person. Would follow him great work ethic. Made me feel so comfortable. I must say I got very nice van, and the financing was below what I had expected. I did not believe that anyone would try to get me the best offer thought they would go with what My pre-approval was but NO, they really shop around for the best . and I am appreciative of that. I say this for all dealership read every line of what you are being charged for. Over all this was a good experience and Deion made it great. I wanted to share my experience at the Pegasus dealership in EnnisTx, I promise you won t regret taken your vehicle here. Culver and Morgan these two are AWESOME!!! They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, they work hard to make sure I wasn t without my vehicle long, I had my vehicle towed there on Wednesday morning and it was ready the next day!!!! They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They have a customer for life!!!

I found Pegasus Chevrolet on Auto-trader searching for a 2024 Chevy Blazer for my Aunt out of Lubbock. After talking to multiple local dealers in DFW- they just couldn t be upfront about the online pricing process; so frustrating how they lie and false advertise. Travis Zator Sales and Christian Ortiz Sales Manager were freaking amazing, demonstrating how customer service should operate. Skip the local advertising off of TV and radio and just head south I-45 to Ennis. My Aunt decided she didn t want the color available and Pegasus Chevrolet picked up another color for her the same day and made it happen. Auto-trader online price was honored. Finance Manager Donald was very professional and new to Texas welcome. 5 Stars!

It started with Morgan and ended with a cool guy named Colbert! It was an awesome amazing experience because they explained everything to us. Kept us informed through the steps with great communication and super professional and upbeat attitudes. These two.work.great together and yall need 10 more of those two! I've always have had a pleasant experience with Pegasus Chevrolet Ennis Texas, Service department they are always professional from when I drop my truck off till when I pick up my 2022 Chevy Silverado Texas Edition RST Limited 6.2 4 x 4. Service is always done exactly to specs and correctly.

They took care of my car, but I sat there for too long. Called and made an appointment for 12:00 noon to get an oil change. Their technician was on lunch until 12:30, which meant there was no reason for me to be there yet as they couldn t work on my car. On top of that, they also told me to get there 15 mins early, which I did. The service was alright but definitely could ve been better, no body seemed to know what they were doing there or what was going on. I sat there for 2.5 hours and they didn t even have a loaner car for me to use while they serviced my vehicle. Not a huge fan.

Came here and was shocked by the utter commitment by staff, specifically Travis Zator. From the phone calls to the extreme professionalism there was nothing I could complain about. Dealerships have their issues and despite some stuff Travis pulled through, and helped every step of the way. I recommend when going, seek him out, He won t let you down.UPDATE!!Do not come here!! Although Travis is still great and no problems with. The vehicle I bought had so many codes that service changed the codes. The tires which I told them to change were not. When I brought it in to speak the Manager Doug Cooper, what a disgrace! Not only did he lie to my face about inspections, when I called him out he kicked me out of the dealership! Don t waste your time or money. And Doug is the worst example of what it means to be a supervisor.Instead head down the road 20 min to Frank Kent Country Chevy dealership in Corsicana, they will take care of you and put you first above profits

I had a good salesman! I find the vehicle online drove 1hr 30 to see the car. Well got to the dealership the vehicle didn't look like the online picture. Cracked front window, car had a Glued bumper, walk around car it had dents and ding in it.. Sad that some dealership will put a car out like this and try to sell it! The lie and say, it been through a Multippoint expection.. Then ask to go down on the price! "We are already losing money! Lol The Notorious line they say! They Probably didn't even give that person four thousand dollars on a trade in... So what money did you lose cause? You did not fix anything on the car.
