I took my F350 6.0 diesel here upon referral. I must say Jason was very honest and knowledgeable about the work to be performed. They did everything they said in a timely manner. If you need a shop you can trust and depend on that will take the time to tell you everything possible you knew about your vehicle and maybe some things you didn t. Jason even called me days after I picked up my truck to see if I was pleased. In conclusion you get what you pay for. Very pleased.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing people, amazing skills, amazing service. Cal and his team has been the only one I allow to work on my Jeeps. Even moved out of texas 6 years ago and I still take my rigs back to Cal for all work. If you want the best, take it to the best. Great work Cal and CK customs team.

These guys are fantastic. I have a 3rd owner, 2005 excursion that has had lots of people working on it over the years. It had a multitude of problems affecting reliability, but it's a vehicle that my wife really enjoys having. They took on a combination of engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension problems that was like a multi headed snake, and handled all of them 100%. It is now flawless drives better than some of my relatively new company trucks. I'd recommend them for any work on any vehicle you need help with.

I went to ck customs to get a set of tires for my gladiator. They mounted and balanced the tires and then Diagnosed a problem that I had taken it to the dealership numerous times for and repaired it for me. Ck customs will be the only place that touches my jeep from now on

So i gave them a call cause i needed just 1 rotor replaced. He ask why just 1. I told him i had exchanged the pad and notice 1 needed to be replace. I told him i tried to replace but couldnt. He told why could i not do it. And then had the audacity to tell well we cant replace just 1 we would have to do both. In my head i was like but why would i pay to have 2 replace if i need 1. So i went to Erics garage and had no issue on fixing my problem. I just hated the fact instead of help me with what i needed help he wanted to add more parts and to pay more. Be carefull guys. Always get a second option.

Amazing customer service, I've taken 2 trucks there and will continue going back. Not too many shops can work on the older 7.3s but these guys are amazing. Even called while broken down out of town and they helped me over the phone(had to tow truck to them anyways to fully diagnose the computer being bad). Even woth giving me bad news (blown head gasket) they didn't pressure me into any repairs. Just layed it out and asked how I wanted to proceed. 10 out of 10 easily.

I own a sign shop in Houston, Texas, SouthLand Signs.My truck/crane gave me problems on the way to Ennis which kept us at 20 mph on I-45 from Houston to Ennis. Cal and Jaime were unbelievably helpful and understood the urgency and need to get our truck maintenanced on the same day. They diagnosed our crane and let us know the options we had. On the way back our truck was back to normal. If you are ever in this area and need a competent, honest, and hard working diesel mechanic, look no further than CK Customs. These guys will work hard for you and you will be in great hands!

Cal is trustworthy, honest, and very hands on with his shop. He takes the repair seriously and is incredibly knowledgeably. His staff is also very attentive, professional, and well experienced. I have a 2014 Ford F250 that had a fuel pressure issue, as well as a slow/small oil lead. Cal took the time to walk me through the diagnosis process (step by step) and meticulously examined the truck. Where other (less honest) shop could have easily taken the "whole fuel system" route for tens of thousands of dollars, he narrowed it down to exactly what needed to be fixed, and what didn't. His quote even broke it down to the "gasket level". While the over all repair was costly, he kept it reasonable and more importantly allowed me to step into it with the greatest of confidence that I wasn't getting hosed. The oil leak ended up being an upper pan gasket, and was treated with the same care and quality. BUT, the great service didn't stop there! From the shop to the counter, the billing was a BREEZE!!! His shop works with Synchrony finance... SO, having a Discount Tire, 4 Wheel Parts, or other Synchrony backed credit card not only provided me financing but also OPTIONS to make these repairs affordable over time. From the first phone call, in a panic... to the final invoice and payment... CK Customs and Cal are TOP NOTCH through and through. Thanks Cal! Your care for your business and customers is second to none. We'll see you again, just not too soon...Quick update: So Google will only allow one review, but definitely wanted to update/continue that review, so I ll do so here.Had a small leak from what was replaced, and not only did CK Customs make it right they also helped with another underlying issue and kept my cost extremely reasonable. Like I mentioned before, trust and reliability coupled with backing your work is the makings of a great shop and business. So while I was there we added a new set of shoes (tires) to the truck. Which, by the way, a lot of places couldn t even get in stock. Oh, and almost forgot to mention ALL THIS was done and had me out of there not one, BUT two days sooner than I asked/expected. Cal and his guys do great work for a fair price. He knows what he is talking about and backs his products and labor. I know every time I take my Jeep in there that they are going to ensure everything is done and done right before I drive it back out. Highly recommend this shop for whatever your vehicle needs are.

I've been bringing my 2006 F350 here for everything it needs. The truck has 340,000 miles, and CK Customs keeps it running and happy. Cal is always upfront about price and time, and if there is anything unexpected he calls to let me know what it is, and how I want to handle it. Great work, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

They installed airbags under my 2002 F-250 and did it in a timely manner and not as expensive as a lot of the other places.

Cal has fixed two of my vehicles. My husbands pickup needed the front end repaired that now drives amazing for 2000 with over 350k miles. My car needed an alignment that ended up needing minor repair to the front end that the dealership missed. I could have taken it back to where I bought my car, but decided that I rather have the repair done correctly. Yeah he s a little pricy, but he's honest and guarantees his work. THANKS CAL!!

They may do a good job on add on parts etc. but for simple missing pin on an axial shaft that would only take an hour and a half and with the truck out for three days... This was not my best experience in moving in the area. They did talk with me about the repairs done on the truck and the time it did take. The feel that the cost was little high for the time it took.

They were amazing, fast, friendly, and even checked my suspension to make sure everything was in order, didn't notice until I got home but they checked the air pressure in my tires as well without me even asking I knew it was low and I was like wow that was nice. All that thorough work, for a simple alignment. Thank you!

I would highly recommend CK Customs, they have a professional group of guys that are honest, friendly, and really care about their customers. Had a large list of repairs that included cams, rockers, drive shaft, suspension work and an alignment. Thank you Cal, Tim, and Joshua for all the hardwork getting my JKU back on the road.

We were traveling to Houston and our check engine light came on. We called CK Customs and they said come in and he could run a diagnostics on the engine. He would not be able to repair today but he could tell us the problem. Thankfully our truck was still drivable. You could tell he really cared about his customers. We will be back at a later date for repairs.

Cal is a great mechanic, very patient and meticulous. My alignment came out spot on and they rotated the tires in the proper pattern.

I took my truck up for a quote and he said i was looking at more than 3k for shocks braks that did not need wheel bearing alignment and balance price was to much and the alignment was done by a rooky. That my truck goes to the right when i get my hand off the steering wheel and i brought it up and i paid more than $100 doller to drive straight when i let go of the steering wheel.he answered was if i go a sleep on the road it well slited merg to right off the highway and i said im PAYING you to get it right not happy and truck still merg to the right it bother me when i drive!

Did a awesome job on my truck. Older truck now feels brand new. Always asks before they do anything. Will find the problem and make it right. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Cal is the man! helped me out of a few tight spots on my rock crawler when I had a time pinch. Also I have been able to source parts through him at very good price. As I stated....Cal is the man!

These guys are the best!!! I will only take my jeep or truck there and no where else... they do anything from offroad toys to daily drivers... they work on everything and they are the best for 50 miles or more!!!!
