Great experience! I just took my 2010 gmc terrain and I had a technician George set me up! He was very friendly and professional. A technician named J.o told me my bolt was stripped and he replaced it. He was very friendly and kind. Will not be going to another place for an oil change! They earned a forever customer as long as the service stays great!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR VEHICLE INSPECTIONS. ADAM THE MANAGER WILL waste your time AND MONEY. You will be failed for the smallest issue such as a perceived smudge from windshield wipers.He proceeded to saturate my windshield to try to prove his point and failed which is why i recorded.

Great customer service from the moment I pulled up! The crew worked efficiently to get my oil changed within 15 mins. I will definitely be making this my go to spot for all my future oil changes.

The guy who deals with customers is very pushy to upsell other services. They try and make it hard to say no, they apply too much pressure, instead of simply offering. They try and convince you in a rude manner after saying no.... Instead of just accepting it....

They go above and beyond for just a regular oil change. I went in with a 50% off coupon and I am convinced that this is the best place for an oil change in El Paso, Texas.

One of the Techs handling my vehicle was very rude. When I said I didn t want a new air filter because mine still looked new. The tech yelled out He doesn t want it put the dirty filter back in with a condescending and disrespectful tone. Will never go back.

Five star service. Welcomed me with enthusiasm and positive vibes. Average wait time. It was kinda busy when I went. They did all the courtesy checks. Topped off my washer fluid, and inflated my tires. They even checked my lights and turn signals. Since moving to the NE this is the only place I use for my oil changes. The staff sis ALWAYS friendly and customer service is excellent. They always let me know what I need to have done to my car but never pressure me into anything. I really appreciate they hard working guys that service my car, they never talk down to me and explain everything they are doing to my car and why. This place and the staff are absolutely professional. They are not only efficient they are professional. The oil change and multipoint inspect from wait until finish was approximately 25 minutes. I can't say much more they did their job well. Highly recommend this place.

Valvolime oil on Dyer does emissions tests but they don t want to And don t mind sending you on a wild goose chase.An employee lied , tried to make my life extra.hard telling me i needed to go to an optometrist and get a note first before they can test the tint in my windows. Wow. Yeah. No.. employees at Valvoline don t care about their reputationHe also told me it would take a few hours butI went to Hi Tech Auto Restyling on Dyer and they were excellent. No messing me around

I came in to have my oil changed and they did their courtesy check of my battery. My cars battery was old and needs replaced but I have had 0 issues with my car starting whatsoever, never been jumped or anything. Then when he tells me that I need to replace the battery and that they can do it for $169. I acknowledge him and tell him I know I plan on it soon then for the first time in this batteries life, it s dead and my car won t start to leave the establishment. They jump it for me but now I m home with a dead car battery. I m in the military and have to be at work everyday at 0500 and am on call constantly and hate to have to take my wife car from her. I m not saying they did this on purpose to try and squeeze $169 out of me but it s pretty suspicious that my battery went from 100% charged to a brick 2 minutes after they tell me the price to replace it. From my experience this place is the reason people don t trust mechanics. Especially these roadside quick fix places.Service: Oil change

I ve come here before my my oil changes, and they re fast. Nobody wants to sit around all day waiting for an oil change, so the convenience of the instant oil change is great. Today I went for my state inspection and they were just as fast. The employees are always very polite and courteous. It s not often you go somewhere anymore that the employees don t make you feel like you re bothering them to do their job. Everyone I ve ever had an encounter with here has always had fantastic customer service. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else for my vehicles regular maintenance.

I really enjoyed how these place are convince of time frame and all is great except when they push there sales and if your not compliant on what they want to offer you, the associate gets upset There more concerned about there commission than there actual customers needs and service!! I am a female it doesn t mean I am not knowledgeable about my Car There males with attitudes .. the only downfall with this particular place

The oil change was done fast. And they also checked my tires, battery, filter and water levels. Unfortunately they removed my bottom plastic covering and they did not put it back. I know this because before going I had changed my serpentine belt and the plastic was there. I usually get my oil change done at Martin tire and they always put it back. Just be careful your not missing anything when you go here. You may ask why I didn't go back. And that's a good question. I actually did the oil change because I was on my way to Seattle.

Good news to know they do transmission oil changes on Nissans that usually require to take your vehicle to a dealership due to having a sealed transmission. No other lube places do this type of work. Not only did they save me a trip and hours spent at a dealership waiting for a service, they saved me a few hundred dollars! It was super quick and convenient and the customer service was extremely great and professional. As a courtesy, they were kind enough to put air on my tires and gave me a free wash to Mister car wash :) highly recommend and will be back for my oil change.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

General Manager Fernando and his Staff provided me with GREAT customer service. Fernando and his Staff are very knowledgeable and have the passion to provide GREAT customer service. I have not experianced this type of desire to provide for the customer since years. I can firmly say they provide better service than Disneyland and Mc.Donalds.Services: Battery, Oil change

I noticed that I had a small oil leak on my drive way this morning so I brought my truck to the Valvoline shop for an inspection. Turns out the drain plug o-ring was defective and the team quickly replaced it and added new oil at no charge. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. First of all, let me say these guys were open on a Sunday... A. Sunday. Next, Valvoline recently took over operations from the car wash group that operated the Lube Centers attached to them. I went in and the service was direct, friendly, professional and highly expedient. The guys seemed to work as a team similar to a F-1 pit crew. They called out instructions to each other, tackled various tasks simultaneously and had my service done in under 30 min. It was amazing. This specific location in West Texas in the Northeast section of my city is absolutely the best thing that's happened to automotive service in quite awhile. Keep up the good work guys and thanks.

They say only a 15 minute wait but what was supposed to be a quick oil change ended up being an hour wait. I was really late for work. Then they didn t top off my coolant and fluids like they were supposed to. I ll give them one more try then I will go elsewhere to get my oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in for an oil change and transmission flush. I was assisted by Adrian for my services he was very professional and informative of my vehicle. Kevin was the tech performing the maintenance on my car showing me before and after of changing out the oils. From my observation they had excellent team work! Adam another gentleman jumped in to assist when help was needed. The best part.... when I was advised all done and okay to drive off, the entire team shouted THANK YOU!!!Service: Transmission
