Edit: I finally received shipping confirmation today, Jan 6. Thanks to whomever finally took care of this, still annoyed I had to wait so long and cause a ruckus to get my part shipped. Changed from 1 star to 3Original review text:I placed online order #5125 for part #34610PA120 on December 21st 2022. I tried online correspondence through the contact us button on the Subaru Parts El Paso site on Dec. 28th and got no reply. I've tried calling multiple times to no answer and full voicemail box. Today is January 4th 2023 and my order still just says "in progress". So I'm fed up. I'm leaving a poor review until someone can reach out and tell me what's going on with my order. Don't ask me to email you, go look up my order in your system and find my contact info that way.

Been coming here to buy parts for my Subaru for about 2 yrs, customer service is good and if you have a repair question a parts team member will get a technician to help answer question, which is very nice. Biggest issue I have was not being told by parts employees that their online prices are A LOT cheaper (half the price in my case). Shame on me for not checking, but customer loyalty weighs deep when it comes to honesty. I would suggest that they notify customers of online discount prices.......................................................................Update: Thank you Subaru GM for reaching out. I have responded back to your email request. Look forward to hearing from you.........................................................................Update: No Response folks....I emailed twice and stated my problem to the Manager who replied to my first review and left me contact details to fix the situation. I did not hear word back from the Manager or a Subaru rep. Bottom line, just order your parts online and pick up at store, if not, Subaru parts walk up prices will be a lot higher, in my case, almost 50% more.

Parts department is ran by bunch of incompetent individuals. No updates on the order, never call you back and none of their numbers work that are listed on parts website. You have to dig around and find the correct #Avoid

I visited the Subaru El Paso Parts Department today. I was looking for very specific car parts and I did not know where to begin. Jasmine was very kind and assisted me. Brian, a technician also assisted Jasmine in finding the correct parts. What a team! Thank you Subaru El Paso for great customer service.
