This Speedco/Loves shop is ridiculous.I showed up at 3:30am needing 2 tires. At first the kid came out and seemed helpful.He got the approval from my company.I assumed I'd be quickly taken care of.He comes back out and says he has to go on a road call, asks me if I will still be here in an hour or 2 when he returns.He then disappeared inside the office for 45 minutes.. We sat facing the shop and road trucks waiting for him to get loaded up for the road call.... its like he hid so he wouldn't have to change my tires. (I called a different vendor for my tires to be changed)Well He finally left on his road call more than an hour later. Of course, when I'm the "road call" driver, I wait between 4 & 5 hours on Loves to show up. Their tire shop is terrible. My breakdown department says they HATE dealing with Loves shops everywhere. The date was 7/14/2023This will be the last time I ever use this shop. I should have went across the street to the Speedco at the FlyingJ.So, don't waste your time here...

Stopped in because ac was not working and also needed a PM done Jason got right to work on my AC and found that the compressor was not working so he called Peterbilt and ordered everything that was needed to do the job properly his shift ended at 3 pm but he stayed and finished fixing my AC and then also done the pm for me everyone in the shop was very friendly and helpful thank you again Jason for a job well done

Don't waste your time here!!! As you can see the rest of the reviews are not favorable. I thought how bad can it be. This is not a speedco, technically it is but there's another speedco across the street that I hope is better than this loves shop. Disappointed with this location.

I went in today for 2 new steers a 3 wheel alignment & a state inspection. Emilio took care of me right away. The mechanic Victor was quick. I always get amazing service here. All the people at this shop are always friendly & treat you with respect. Thank you guys

Arrived for a PM service on my rig. Only waited about 15 minutes before getting into the bay for service. Crew was professional and happy. Only complaint was no fleet guard fuel filters. Other than that great work and they did not waste my time.

Lazy guys, just walking around doing nothing, gathering together just to spend time. Waited for oil change, they don't even come to your side. I went to office the girl said after few minutes, I waited another hour, no one even comes to your side. Just RESPECT YOURSELF ACROSS THE STREET ANOTHER ONE , THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

A long wait for 1 tire change (1hour 43 mins) but overall they were good. This industry that makes it's living repairing trucks doesn't really care about the ELD and trucker's time. They forget that if the truck is moving, we are working and if it isn't we can't.

I don't know but I put my truck in at speedco at the love's truck stop across the street . There Manager is no good. They put a person that either was learning or just didn't know what he was doing . I asked more than five times if he had the side signal bulb and he said yes . He couldn't un screw a bolt so I told him to break it . This was 10 hours later because he decided to work on my tail lights. He told after breaking the light he didn't have it . Too make the long story short. I got put out service the next day.. It's not the machanic fault..They need a manager who is a little more open minded and cared about the customers satisfaction. They need a supervisor to be on top of the circumstances. They knew the machanic wad more than 8 hours working on a light . He needs help .. obviously !! Man that was very frustrating. I wasn't mad but frustrated

Loves in general has a poor warranty service on tires! They promise warranty but will come up with an excuse every time not to replace the new tires! Have had two incidents recently where they both times refused to give warranty on a tire that hadn t been on for more then 5 hours till it blew! Refused both times! Disappointed in they re business!

You have 7 workers here and only 2 workers doing the job but every body moving in slow motion. 2.5 hours for a tire change not ok. Management needs to check on they cameras if they work!!!! Service: TiresService: Tires

Don't waste your time here. I just want to do the tirepass It may only take about ten minutes. They told me to wait for an hour and a half, after one hour and half then they told me to wait for three hours.

There is not a car in the workshop, there are four cars lined up outside, everyone is doing nothing, I don t understand why, loves makes me very disappointed

hey speedco have you see your mechanics attitude? i come here all Time changing my truck oil and the say we are out of oder i think they don't like work night time, so please don't open your shop 24 hour's

Only truck in line for a pm. 3 hrs and 7 minutes just to pull me in. Nice guys with an awful work ethic. Since Loves took over these places have went down hill.

Went in about 7:00pm needed a starter installed. Crew got me in about 9:00pm and I was back on the road before midnight. Courteous and professional service.
