I went a while ago to buy the correct air boot for my E46 and all I have to say is that not only do they have a good customer service but they know really well what they selling and the store is well stocked i ll for sure come back if I need another part.

Mr Clark was very friendly and courteous. He recognized my problem and ordered the part I needed. He overnight it and it came next day. He also recommended a mechanic since I have a problem in finding someone to work on my Porsche. I recommend him highly for helping in solving my problem . Thank you Mr. Clark.

I waisted all my day at other auto parts they kept on giving me the wrong parts when I went to Southwest imports Robert helped me you could tell all his experience and knowledge. On the phone I talked with Sam you could also feel the experience and knowledge he also has and help me order a part and let me know he had another part in stock from now on on my import cars I will be shopping there and I have recommended you guys thanks once again!!!

The only place you can find BMW parts for affordable prices. Robert is always so kind and helpful. He goes out of his way to answer questions and never treats you like you are bothering him! First class in my book!

This place always seems to come in a clutch! Every time that I ve gone to SW Imports they seem to have what I need in stock. I doesn t hurt that Robert is a cool cat also! Prices are reasonable and they are centrally located as well!

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IMPORTS ESPECIALLY EUROPEANS THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF AND BETTER BRANDS AND PRICES THAN AUTOZONE OR OREILLYS ADVANCE OR ANY OTHER PARTS STORE IN EL PASO THEY GET THE JOB DONE FOR SURE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM THANKS FOR ALL YOU HARD WORK AND DEDICATION......

Its a great place if you have a classic vw bug. Plenty of parts to upgrade the look of it. I've never been there before till i just got my bug. Cool t shirts of busses and bugs.

Robert has been the go man for import parts for decades. My latest car is a mercedes slk I bought new from Hoy . I now have 350,000 miles on it and have bought EVERY part I've replaced from Robert at Southwest Import.If theres a problem Robert makes it right with no arguments.A true professional.

This is the first time I step in this place and they have a great variety a parts for a Volkswagen beetles and I found what I was looking for also one if my parts will be special order a was looking around this place and they have a lots of goodies ( parts for beetles ) if your looking for Volkswagen parts this is the place.

Great experience with southwest fastand easy only place in town to have the struts for my car and at a reasonable price with lifetime warranty can't beat that.I went to casa Nissan and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and tell me other things need to be replaced to make a quick buck and orielly and auto zone don't even carry anything for my car which is pretty inconvenient.

Lots of accessories for foreign cars (BMW, PORSCHE, MERCEDES...), as well as parts that cannot be found elsewhere in El Paso. Friendly staff and decent pricing.

Really bad service they dont put attention to customers they dont care about what you need. Thwy dont help you find the part you are looking for like oreilys, pep boys, and auto zone. And they dont know about cars thats what the guy said.
