The person that responds to these reviews, NEVER contact the people reviewing. This was the previous messages I posted on the other site and I never got a call back:The worse service EVER. We came in for an oil change covered by the warranty, and came out with a $400+ balance for two diagnostics tests that were not completed properly. We actually NEVER agreed to one of them. They just went ahead and dod it themselves.The oil level coming out of the dealership was not at the correct level. As I approached a "mechanic" and check the oil, he started arguing with me stating it was at the correct level. It is a shame they take advantage of the costumers this way!!! NEVER COMMING BACK!!

Great customer service. Anthony is the kindest, most patient and friendly service rep. He always keeps us updated about our car. Highly recommend working with him when you bring your vehicle.
