Francisco Espinoza s customer service, as always, is outstanding. Answered all my questions and truly appreciate the flexibility on his schedule to be able to meet with us and show us around. Francisco and Victor went above and beyond to help find exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I are extremely pleased with their service. I highly recommend this business and much more, highly recommend Francisco s service as he always exceeds our expectations. Victor s professionalism and customer service was impressing as well. Greatly appreciate keeping my business at this dealership as I have nothing but the best comments overall, of the business and the wonderful employees.

Originally I was very pleased with the experience because the sales associate had the car I was interested in ready. We did a short test drive and he showed me some of the details. Two days later however, I had a serious problem with the car, to which the salesman did not respond at all. So I drove the car carefully to the Service Dept. and they took care of it immediately. I am very grateful to John and Carlos from the Service Dept. Outstanding service there on their part. They deserve 5 stars.

I ve been carless since May 2023 because my lease concluded. I d had it with leasing, so didn t want to buy just any car: I wanted the one. Which, since January, I was set/intent on getting a hybrid Highlander.Fast-forward to a random Thursday this August. By happenstance, I had to drive someone s Atlas for their errand.That was it for me: I beelined for Rudolph Volkswagen that same day. That Thursday come Saturday (with a Friday work trip in-between), I pulled off the lot a satisfied satiated, even VW title owner!Talk about swift, like their team s attentive communication and intentional correspondence, which wowed me from the get-go.Shoutout to these 3 especial, key characters 1. THE Victor Guerrero: Lives up to his name and was my absolute champion (Victory is mine!!!) throughout the entire process.2. Alex Tarin: Never have I ever met anyone who not only made a/the paperwork experience, but also easygoing and actually enjoyable (which I wholly attribute to Alex himself)!3. Armando Rayal, who d previously worked with my parents to find their own perfect vehicle. Someone of whom my parents speak the world of today in their referrals.Both Victor G. and Armando looked out for me and consulted with their associates on cementing a good deal on my VW Atlas Cross Sport 3.6L V6 with AWD.The Rudolph Volkswagen family/entire team treated us with memorable and commendable respect, even making us feel like family at some point! They conduct their business with integrity, and they transform the whole vehicle purchase of a process one that (I ll admit) I typically dread such a blast.Which is absolutely rewarding, given my heinous previous experiences with dealerships here both Toyotas dealerships, Mercedes-Benz (the absolute worst of them all) and one Nissan dealership in ATX.Rudolph VW s top-tier, top-notch service and sincere treatment makes this ownership adventure so much more enriching, I realized. Let alone driving my Atlas, I LOVE the one I chose.In fact, Victor G. could ve steered (pun intended) me towards a more expensive model I d earlier considered.Nope. Instead, he truly listened and attuned to what I d expressed I was looking for, tuning me into some supplemental features that better complemented my wants, and truly exemplifying quality over quantity at its most earnest and respectable.Lastly, and most importantly, choosing VW has paid off as the best decision I could ve ever made. So much so that I had to leave this Google review.Their staff taught me so much about mechanics & features, about financing & dealmaking, and how capitalism doesn t have to be the bad word people make it out to be. Haha, these people got an enterprise to run, products to vend; this/Rudolph s VW team do a pretty damn good job of here!!If you re intent on not only acquiring an exceptional, quality, and reliable vehicle, but also collaborating with talented, resourceful individuals to actualize that intention these are the people for you. If I could give them a million stars I would!I went to Rudolph Volkswagen this last Saturday and got assisted by VICTOR GUERRERO (remember this name) he was the best sales person that could help me find the best car for me. He was knowledgeable and patient, he answered every question I had, he was professional and caring, make sure you ask for him next time you go. Also Melanie and Armando Aguilar were very helpful during my visit, the whole team was very welcoming. I had a great time, they made every step of the way very smooth and fun!

Back again! A couple of weeks ago we purchased a 2024 Taos. We took a trip to Denver for the weekend. We loved it so much that my wife wanted one. So we came back to the awesome Gustavo and purchased a 2023 Tiguan! Once again, Gustavo and his team treated us like family! It s OK it s OK easy I m gonna do because you were snoring and then leaned over in the other side and then unclogged or vice versa really clogged so I m laying on this side it gets clogged so I laid on that side stink clog unclog the kids are asleep right I don t know if in her room or if she s in Victor The manager of the whole facility was amazing such a great group of people. I can see why they have tenured (long time) employees there!! When you treat people with respect and they actually like their jobs! That great energy transfers down to the customers, and it shows! So far with the experience of the people life, talk to their at Volkswagen it s been wonderful! Melanie, in Finance she was very nice, kind and explained everything from the beginning to the end, she did an amazing job. Very nice! Once again we had an absolutely had the best experience at Rudolph Volkswagen with our salesman Gustavo, Melanie in Finance, and Victor the Facility Manager!! Thank you all . This is what this world needs today Love and Respect Each-other! I 100% recommend stopping by ask for Gustavo. You won t be disappointed.!!!

My car was in the shop for about a moth for a reacall. At the end of the month I got the car back and the repairs were not completed because the dealership did not get all the parts needed. Also, the same day I got the car back I got a message on the dash stating I need an inspection on the car. For having the car a month on the shop at least I would have expected for the service department to let me know "hey your car needs an inspection". The staff is friendly they just need to work on their communication skills.

WARNING!!!!When i first bought my car at this dealership (GTI) i was very happy with the customer service and i gave 5 stars in the first review, but didn t know that a nightmare was about to begin, i have taken my car 5 times to the dealership in less than two months after i bought it to get it repaired for ACC ASSITANCE, SOS alarm, and Motor selection lever, but seems that nothing works, still the same, Manager says that they have the best mechanic in the south west but i really doubt it. This is time consuming and honestly i would not recommend this place, they were quick to take my money but very slow to address the issues. If you can avoid this dealership please think it twice for your own mental health!

A simple purchase of a privacy cover turned into an absolute disappointment! The Parts Department failed to deliver. These people are either too lazy or ill prepared to check their inventory. A trip from the eastside of town to the west side was a total waste of time, lesson learned. Rudolph VW you ve got to do better.

Rudolph VW has been my home dealership for over 9 years. Each and every time I take my car for service or when I had a car accident their service was excellent. I now live far from the dealership but I choose to make that drive to ensure great service. Thank you guys!!!

I bought a new car from voltswagon, a 2022 Taos, specifically because I am a student and wanted something that I would have to send much time or money on for a few years. However, despite this car being only 2 years old, I have had it in the shop 3 separate times for issues. The Evap valve has been replaced twice now and has been covered however the dealership is incredibly difficult to schedule with. I recently took my car in under 20,000 miles for an oil change and noticed my brakes were squeaking. They informed me that both of my rear brake pads were worn down despite my car being under 20,000 miles and driven gently. They told me it had been an issue with my car but they stopped covering the cost of repair at the end of January and it was now beginning of March. I asked them why they hadn t informed me of this issue earlier when I had my car in the shop in December and they had no answer for me. They were cold and uncaring. I would not recommend service here unless you have no other options.TL;DR Very hard to schedule with, didn t tell me about a brake issue earlier and cost me $400

Since I bought my vehicle new in 2021 from this dealership, I ve had nothing but issues with it and the people at Rudolph. The biggest issue was the brakes not working and constantly screeching. When a warranty extension was issued for brake pads, I called Rudolph and scheduled an appointment. They completed the work, but my car still made the screeching sound. I called and complained and was given no answers except for one of the workers that let me know the sound was completely normal (if this sound is normal, then Volkswagens really are made worse than I thought) Later, (after my warranty extension had expired) I took my car in for routine maintenance and they let me know that the brake pads needs to be repaired again and quoted $600 even though they had just repaired them 2 months prior when it was covered under my warranty. Because of how shady this dealership is and always has been, odds are when it was covered under my warranty they didn t actually fix the problem, and instead waited until my warranty expired so that they could charge for the work they were supposed to do. After I received this quote, I complained to the service department and they let me know that they would call me within a few days to schedule an appointment with a potential discount on the service due to the fact that whatever repair they did on the brake pads clearly wasn t sufficient if they were worn within two months, yet they never called. Ive since bought a new car from another dealership in El Paso and had a great experience- there are great dealerships in El Paso, Rudolph Volkswagen just isn t one, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else

I scheduled my service by phone. I asked for a VW service but the lady scheduled me at a Honda dealer, the guys at the dealership resolve the issue, but I had to wait about two hours for an oil change.

They sent a mobile tech to assist with a locked lug nut on a blown tire, our key was stripped, and the necessary tool is exclusive to VW...saved us having to have the car towed and being sidelined for days, because of course it was on a weekend! The fee was very reasonable and he arrived within 30 minutes of our call!

I recently visited Rudolph VW because my current lease was up. Jose went above and beyond to show me around the different Tiguan models and help me pick up new ride. Jose also came in on his day off to help me seal the deal and worked with his manager to help me turn in the current lease car. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my new car! Luis also helped me during the process and was very professional. Thank you Rudolph VW!

Been driving my new 2024 Volkswagen for the last couple days & I couldn t be happier! I went in with my family a couple days ago and was assisted by Humberto, he was a great sales rep with a positive attitude. Very friendly and professional. He did everything he could to help get us into the showroom vehicle and I m truly grateful because the looks on my kids faces while we drove off in a brand new 2024 vehicle was priceless. I highly recommend Volkswagen, I had no idea how awesome these cars and the warranty were. Make sure you ask for Humberto when you show up because I ve been searching for a car at a few different dealerships around El Paso and he was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable sales rep we met! Took my Taos in for a few things that turned out to be a little more complicated that expected the team at Rudolph VW went above and beyond to help get me get my car back to as good as new. I am super grateful to my service advisor, Amber, for her patience and ability to make a stressful situation so much easier and to the tech who worked on my car, I am no longer worried driving my family in my vehicle, thank you!

For year s, I have purchased from Rudolph. The standard of excellent customer service remains the same. I took my vehicle for regular scheduled maintenance. Mr. Tinajero (and all the staffs) in the service department front desk and the technicians that perform the service make you feel welcome. They take their time ensuring that what you need is done right, the first time, all the time. It s reassuring to me that Rudolph and their staffs cares.

The work done was was fine, it was receiving my car back that I am upset for. I dropped my car off a few minutes past 8am and was checked in no later than 8:30am. I was told I could leave the premise and I would receive a text or call when my vehicle was ready for pick up. I've been to this location previously for tire issues. The woman who checked me in noted I should be in the system already, but asked for my number regardless which I was happy to do. When I asked for timeframe, she said about 3 hours and she assured me they would call and text me when the vehicle was ready.I did not receive the call or text when my vehicle was ready. By the time I called to see if I could pick it up, I believe the staff had left and I received no answer. A woman from the other Rudolph dealership tried to transfer me to a Volkswagen receptionist and the sales manager to see if they could assist me and both times I received a voicemail. I got to the location and the receptionist was unaware of any keys being left for me to receive my car or any information (understandable). She attempted to call ember/amber, the woman who checked me in, and could not get a hold of her to see what happened. After a few minutes a gentlemen, I believe the sales manager, was able to connect with someone to check me out and give me the keys.I'd talked to a woman during the week prior about scheduling an appointment and she provided me information, but as I expressed to her, I worked and couldn't get time off to be able to leave my vehicle for the oil change during the week, which is why I dropped it off on Saturday. As I'm sure you feel too, being without a vehicle for multiple days is invonvient, especially when you need the vehicle to get to your work. This situation made my trust for the communication of services decrease and I wouldn't consider coming back at this time.
