My car has been there for 3 days. On Monday, they came within the hour of me calling, and towed my car to the shop. I turned in the signed authorization form on Tuesday, so they can evaluate the car for the cost of all damages. I spoke to the person handling my case, and she said the person making the estimates will call me once they get get the estimates. I'm not 100% sure how long it normally takes for the amount of damage on my car, but I haven't heard anything from them since then. I'm also not sure if there are other customers before me. Depending on how long they take, and the final overall job, I may give more stars or take away.UPDATE: It didn't take long for me to receive a call with the total estimates and approximate time to fix (so bumping up 1 star), and my car is currently in repair. Once it is done, I will update with pictures included.UPDATE #2: Sorry it took soooooo long for me to update on the final results. My car was returned like brand new!! No issues up to date. I 100% recommend them!

Avoid these INCOMPETENT jerks. I had two terrible experiences at Rudolph Body and Paint and I hope you will learn from my experience: go somewhere else. The first time I went here, they didn't install a part that wouldn't normally be seen - under the car - and when I learned it hadn't been installed, I was told - "Who's going to see that?" The second time I foolishly chose to bring my car here for a fix, the repair was shoddy and my car was never the same again. I ended up selling the car because the workmanship of the repairs done at Rudolph Body and Paint was so substandard. So, the first reason to stay away: they do bad work. But on TOP of that, their customer service is TERRIBLE. Personally, I hope you never get stuck working with Daniel or Jasmine. Daniel never, ever calls you back or follows up in ways that he says he will. His voicemail has a funny bit that reveals his guilty conscience: "I promise to call you back in two business hours." What that means is that Daniel KNOWS that he is terrible about calling you back. In both of my times at this shop, Daniel never, ever called me back. And so I was stuck talking to Jasmine. I'm guessing among other things Jasmine must hate working with Daniel since she has to deal with the customers that Daniel always ignores. As a result, she's rude and snippy and just all around unpleasant to speak with.My two experiences at Rudolph Paint and Body were so bad that I have sworn off Rudolph entirely (in fact I needed a new car recently and decided against a Volkswagen, Mazda, Honda, or Chevrolet because I never want to set foot on a Rudolph property ever again and wouldn't want to have a brand that would tempt me to go back for service). Dan and Jazmine are damaging the Rudolph name and the Rudolph group is damaging the brand name of Honda (I'd do to El Paso Honda), Volkswagen (I'd go to Hoy), Mazda (go to Viva), and Chevrolet (go to Mission). If you're listening Volkswagen - these guys kept me from buying another VW.If you value your sanity or your pocketbook, you'll take your car repairs ANYwhere else.

Professional and very informative. My repairs were handled with a decent time frame. They were constantly updating me of repair statuses and other repairs that were needed. Upon pick up I had noticed a few pins missing; however they got it handled right away. I'll definitely take this shop into consideration for recommendation and if/when I need repairs done to my vehicles. They left my car nearly immaculate.

Great personal, the only gripe is that it took 2 weeks to get it fixed, even though they had the parts to it. But all in all they left the bodycar in excellent condition.

If I could rate this Body Shop I would rate it 0....I took my son's vehicle to get it fixed for a minor accident me thinking they have HONEST & PROFESSIONAL employees doing the job at the body shop. I guess I was wrong I can honestly say that #1 car was delayed over 1 month to be ready #2 car was given to us with scratches the vehicle didn't have at the time we dropped it off at the Body Shop #3 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Front Desk to the person in charge of the Body Shop. I recommend you do your study before taking your vehicle to this Body Shop.

I brought my car in because I closed my garage door before my car was fully in the garage. My license plate bracket was ripped off. It would no longer stay in. Hector looked at my car and said that he would look at it and see what he could do. I only had an appointment for an estimate. He fixed my bracket in about 20 minutes and he did that free of charge. He also put my license plate back on the bracket. It looks like it did when I bought it. THANK YOU HECTOR FOR THE GREAT JOB!!!! I will certainly recommend you. I will also be back for any repairs. Thanks again!

My sisters' car was hit last year, and she had taken it to Rudolph Body & Paint for repairs through her insurance. She was without a vehicle for over a month, and they stated they replaced all damaged parts and had the alignment redone. Well, three weeks ago, her rear tires, which are nearly new, were unserviceable. She took it back to Rudolph Body & Paint and spoke to Hector, which was in charge of her repairs after the accident. All he stated was, "I will look into it." For the past two weeks, my sister called trying to get answers on her vehicle in which they had, and they would give her a run-around and no actual answers on the progress of her car. My sister contacted the insurance company, which started to investigate, and came to find out the repairs never happened, and there are no historical records stating the repairs were done on her vehicle after the accident. They have promised a vehicle for her to utilize while they have her car; well, it's been four days now, and still no rental. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only does my sister ride in that vehicle, but my five-year-old nephew does as well. The leadership of that company should look into this and the standards they hold themselves to

This place is hit or miss. Their schedule to get your vehicle in to inspect damage can take a month or two. Working with the office staff can be pleasant or not. The lady who works with Farmers insurance claims ain t cut for the customer service industry. Rude, arrogant, and nasty to speak to. As if your doing her and Rudolph a favor and you should know all the answers. After that initial meeting I choose to take my vehicle to Caliber. Appointment the day after calling and they fixed the vehicle in 4 days. The lady who works with Geico claims was completely different and a great person. Shame. With my first claim with GEICO they left the old bumper fasteners on instead of replacing. Took forever ti get the new ones. Regardless it should have been done correctly the first time.Don t give them your business or time.

We have used this place a few times and they always take a very long time. Jasmine is extremely unprofessional and doesn t not do her job well at all. We have never been happy working with her. We come here because this is where our insurance sends us. She fails to notify clients of updates on their vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was advised it would be one week to repair my vehicle. It took over 2 and 1/2 weeks for it to be repaired.I was advised that the part came in broken twice, which caused the delay. The reason for the low rating is because I had to call to follow up when the vehicle would be ready vs them advising me why it was taking longer. On top of it, I had completed the drop off form with my contact information. They called a relative instead of me, despite what the paperwork said. The only time I got calls from them was when they finally were able to give a date of when the vehicle would be ready and 5 mins before the time I was suppose to pick up my vehicle. However, I would say that Rosie, the receptionist, is very nice.Service: Painting

Brought my car in for repair to the hood, roof, side door and rear wing. The service advisor, Adrian, could not have been more professional. He inspected the car with me and told me how long it would take to get the estimate completed and sent over to my insurance. The staff kept me up to date on the status of the work being done and when my car would be ready for pick-up. There were no surprises and I always felt comfortable with them. This is my second time having Rudolph Body and Paint work on my vehicles. I would not hesitate to give them my business again. Thank you.

I recently had to get my car repaired for a fender bender I was in. I ll start off with saying, the employees were very professional. They did a full walk around of my vehicle with me to discuss the visible damages. They let me know that of course once they did a tear down, there might be further damages but they would be the ones to let the insurance know. The process of getting my estimate to scheduling my rental to my car being done was super simple. I got my car back before the promised date and it looked as good as new. I was very satisfied with the work as well as the way the employees took care of me. Thank you RUDOLPH!

I have been getting all my body work/ insurance work done here for years and have absolutely no complaints. My vehicle has always been ready before the promised date and haven t had to return for any issues. Friendly staff. I m always updated if any changes are done. Definitely recommend this body shop for all your automotive repairs.I appreciate the process they take to go over the damages of my vehicle and they are quick to get me my estimate. I ve dealt with different employees there and I would recommend working with any of them.

Worst experience ever at any body shop. I brought my 2018 Camaro to be fixed here. Long story short, I loaned my car to somebody they hit a curb, deployed the airbags and I had it towed here for repair. After having my car dropped off by the tow truck on June 30th I waited one day to contact them because I honestly thought they would contact me first but of course they did not. I came into the body shop to fill out an intake form on July 1st and speak to Mr Hector Medina. I requested an estimate because like every informed consumer I wanted to know what type of work would be done to my car and how much it would cost. Mr. Hector Medina repeatedly refused to give me a repair estimate. He stated he needed the insurance company to appraise the vehicle. I told him I was not sure that I would be using my insurance and would still need a repair estimate. He said he d be acting as an insurance agent if he did that . I was confused on what he meant by that but I left my car there with the full intention of it getting repaired there. So it sat on their parking lot over the 4th of July weekend plus one day on July 7th I came in again to request a repair estimate. Hector again said no so I asked to speak to his supervisor. Then Danny came out to assist. When I asked Danny why I couldn t get a repair estimate he said that had different prices for insurance claims and out of pocket claims. I said for him to give me an out of pocket estimate. He said he couldn t so I told him I would be towing my car to a body shop that would provide a comprehensive estimate to which he replied I would need to pay the storage fee for my car. My car had been sitting out on the parking lot the entire time and had just been taken in that day. When I told Danny they should ve informed me of the $50/day storage PRIOR to taking my car to the back. He proposed I give them one more day so they could provide me an estimate (finally). I asked for when I should expect the estimate he said the next day by 10am. Danny told me he wouldn t charge me storage unless I denied repairs and the fee would begin from Friday forward. Well Friday July 8th came I waited until 11am and reached out. Of course Hector didn t take my call. So I left him a voicemail then I called back at 1pm and No one wanted to take my call until I asked to speak to Danny. Then finally Hector answered the phone said he had my estimate and he would be sending it over. Well I received my estimate on Friday I glanced over it quickly noticed the total repair cost was $3100 so I approved the repairs. I am a very busy serial entrepreneur so I didn t take a in-depth look at the estimate until Sunday evening at which point I realized that Hector had left out all of the interior repair which is where most of the work was to be done. So on Monday July 11th I asked for an updated estimate to include interior repairs. Hector sent an updated estimate for $7300. At this point I have about 3 repair estimates from other body shops all ranging between $3900 and $4400 so I reached out to Hector and told him to please stop all work on my vehicle. Then I called Danny to ask why there was such a big difference between estimates and Mr. Danny was extremely rude. He said take your car, but if you decide to come back we won t service it to which I responded Don t worry about that I would never want to do business with you anyway Long story short Danny and Hector were very unprofessional, rude men who thought they would bully their way into an insurance payout. If you re an informed young woman who wants to know what type of work will be done to your vehicle prior to authorizing the work don t bring your car here. Hector and Danny will want to force their way into an insurance claim and become increasingly aggravated when you won t do what they want.

I rarely do reviews but I thought taking my car to a professional business would provide me comfort but I had the exact opposite experience. When I arrived in the morning a gentleman named Adrian assisted me and shared that he needs to evaluate the car and will call me later that afternoon to provide me with an estimate. I never received a call later that afternoon so I followed up with a call in the morning.Adrian did not call me to provide me with an estimate and got his staff started to work on the car. I was told that they have already started working on the car and the price was 3,100. Which is way over what the insurance adjuster quoted it to be. We had to argue with them until they finally agreed to stop the job and put the damaged parts back on. Please be careful when you take your vehicle here as they will start the job without providing you with an estimate as discussed.

Can't say much. Car dropped off June 26th and still have rental as of 8-20-21. Rental is great!!Had not heard anything on status of vehicle so I stopped by shop again. Was told they attempted to call me on Tuesday. September 3rd and car is ready. No details but but spoke with manager and next to no communication by shop to customer. Very very disappointed.

It's my first time here to do repair for my vehicle. I've took it in around March/April. It's already been a month and a half approaching two months and my car is still not ready. It doesn't really help that Victor the advisor doesn't really do updates and doesn't answer his call. And to find out that he quit. I have to approach the insurance guy to find out where my vehicle is. It's kind of disappointing to find out this kind of service and I'm not sure if I would come back.

They repaired my 2011 Honda Accord after a texting driver rear ended my car. The job was done in 6 weeks (2 days more then the original time estimate) and they returned the car wonderfully detailed. I'm happy with the work,,... good coffee too

Good place if you don't care how long it takes to get your car repaired. My accident happened October 14. I just finished the whole process yesterday. 104 days. The topper was they decided to keep 300 dollars out of the quoted repair credit because ... they could.

Took my Chevy Colorado in for some front end repairs after hitting debris on Hwy 54. Ask that the air dam, which was damaged, not be replaced (think it looks better without it and gives more ground clearance). Went to pick up the truck and there was a new air dam on it. Had to take it back later to have it removed. They did refund the $90 for the part so not a big deal. However, after moving to Idaho a couple months later, noticed that the fender liner they replaced had come loose and was rubbing the tire. Took it to a USAA approved body shop here in Boise and they determined that it was loose because fasteners were missing. Had to pay to have it replaced (the tire had rubbed a hole through it). The shop here in Boise called Rudolph and explained the situation. Rudolph promised to contact me directly to discuss reimbursement for my cost to have the liner replaced due to their faulty work. It's been three months and I have yet to hear from them. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you're looking for a shop that does quality work and stands behind it.

Had my truck for almost 10 months. Horrible body shop. Poorest quality I have ever seen. Rude poor service . Daniel in the shop a liar. Over charging insurance and they wont't pay and they are holding my truck hostage. Found out they have the worst reputation in town. Incompetent and unprofessional. Arrogant Rick Miles couldn't care less about customers. Don't ever take your vehicle there.

Needed a bumper repaired and they came up with additional problems with vague reasoning. Took 3 week wait to bring it in so they could keep the car for 3 weeks. When asked why it was taking so long, the response was waiting on the insurance.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great place to take your vehicle to get fix after an accident or even to get it painted. Great customer service very professional...Took my 2008 Honda Accord after my wife got in accident, also ask for them to re paint my car. Car came out looking like it was just put on the show room floor.

I took my Acura mdx to have the front bumper repaired. No one walked out with me to review the repairs. I was in a hurry to get to work. I notice when I got home they did not repair a part that they charged me for. I had to take my car back the following week. Again like my time is not important. They did give me a rental. I have now noticed the paint is already peeling. This is the worst paint job I have ever seen. How in less than a week the paint begins to peel. Also Arturo Roa was my tech. He is the hardest person to get a hold of. Please do not take your car here if you want the job done right. I have to waste more time driving to the west side as if my time is not valuable.

I took my car there after it had been Tboned and it has had so many problems and I ve had to take it in on several occasions the paint doesn t match my color of paint, they fixed my door when it doesn t even close properly and the items they ve replaced has fallen apart and they say it s my fault because there falling apart and they won t replace them. They never return my calls nor will they help me with anything. I don t recommend this body shop for your car.

I hate leaving bad reviews, walked in around 10 or 11 and no one was in waiting room, was told to have a sit rudely by the young lady at the counter, she then told me I'd have to make an appointment which I thought was a little odd from a body shop. Came back 5 to 10 mins early for my appointment the next day and told rudely again, have a seat someone will be right with you, waited patiently until 15 mins after my appt until a young guy came up and simply said "what can I do for you" I work in the service industry and to run a business based on walk ins and referrals this company needs to re trained on customer service clearly. Needless to say the non-friendly, non-professional estimator gave me a repair date of over a month away so I just walked away.My father got his car repaired here and said they weren't the best to deal with but says the workmanship was good which is why I tried, I wouldn't recommend to anyone now, I'd rather find a place that actually wants your business.

We went for an estimate on Wednesday morning and it was fast. Then, we were told to call on Thursday 11/18/21 to schedule appt. for service. We called left a message and still waiting for call 11/21/21. We think the gentleman is on vacation for Thanksgiving, we will wait.

The service was good but the prices were extremely high. To fix a small dent:$ 800+. I tried to explain I got a much lower price somewhere else to see if they will come down on the price. Their answer was: go with them. Good bye!
