Our salesman Germain Barrera came out to the parking lot and greeted us with a friendly smile and firm handshake! After I told him my budget and that I was looking for my child's first car, he found a few vehicles to fit my budget. I gave him my license and he gave us the keys to test drive the car. After the test drive Germain greated us and then got right to work on crunching numbers. Took us about two hours from the time we pulled up to the lot to signing the paperwork.I recommend this dealership to all! Thank you so much Mr. G!

Overall great buying experience. Salesman Raul Castaneda made the experience a very positive one. Very knowledgeable salesman with great customer service. Would definitely recommend Raul and Rise V to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

They had some nice vehicles.The customer service is below standard.The finance manager that was working on my deal never sent and information I requested.Never got a call, email or even a hello.I came back after the weekend and had cash and statements all ready to pick up the car.Still had to wait for the finance manager. I was the only customer there after 45mins of waiting around I asked for the inspection report for the car.They said "what do you mean? We don't do inspections but if you get the vehicle, we can have it inspected today and might have it ready by the end of the day."I was shocked, took my statements and left.They ran my credit and tried to send me home with a car that they didn't even look at mechanically. Not sure if the owners run this place like this or do not know what's going on, but this way of doing business is a major liability.apparently they don't check any vehicles coming in and make sure they are safe and legal to have customers test drive and buy.I was looking to buy a car and truck from this place and after this, they lost my business.

My experience was great! Diego made sure the vehicle I bought was ready to go within a couple of hours. Everyone was very professional and to made sure my vehicle was inspected and serviced properly. I highly recommend them.

I was trying to use my credit to help my brother buy a car here. We're from Las Cruces, and do not like going to el paso unless necessary, but he had found a car he wanted, so we all packed in for the trip and headed off.About halfway there, we get a call that the keys for the car he wanted were missing (first yellow flag, who loses keys to a 16k car?). They then tell us that they don't accept credit cards for downpayment. Ok, whatever, he really wanted the car, so we agree to make an appointment to come see it the following saturday, providing they find the keys.Fast forward to today, when we are about to head out again, and call them up to confirm. . . To be told they sold the car.They then try to "upsell" us to various half-broken p.o.s. SUVs and trucks.This place is an el paso level ****show, pulls bait and switch tactics, and sells cars without any sort of accountability or attention paid to the customer's needs.Reading other reviews, though, it seems we dodged a bullet.Remember, everyone, read the reviews before dealing with a place to avoid scammers like Rise v.

I brought my car to Rise V to have my passenger window fixed, it would go up. I went to a dealership they wanted to charge me over $900. Rise V charged me half that. The dealership told me I would have to wait a week before they would get the parts. Rise V had the part in a couple days. They were friendly and took care of my car needs in a timely manner. Rafa worked with me the whole time. Truly appreciate all their hard work.Jackie

I don't know if there was a communication problem or what but I've never been told "we'll call you back" so many times without one call back from the mechanics. I've had to call them atleast 5 times today to get ONE part number after being told "we will call you back first thing tomorrow morning with the part" i waited till 1pm untill i just called in my self. It seems like all of their mechanics have the same skill level when it comes to communication and they are all absolute garbage at it. After the literal 15th call I'm giving up on these people and picking up my car because they couldn't find a coolant hose to buy and said they need $240 more so they can take apart stuff around the the hose

Good morning El Paso community, DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR A VEHICLE!!! Look at the reviews this guy's sell you junk luxury cars I bought a 2015 Chevrolet suburban with Ramon the biggest lier!!gave him $11,500 trade in my 2003 Yukon and gave him 10k down thinking I have a reliable SUV... Took the SUV to Caliper collision to see if this truck had been hit yup sure enough they told me the rear passenger side door was hit everything rattles inside headliner door panels frond driver side ball joint no good interior TV'S don't work my point is I know it's used SUV but this is a $34k truck I have to pay with a lot of expensive problems... RISE V son Bien lacras no hay honestidadTrade in value $1,500 GMC Yukon10K Down total of $11,500 to the biggest car dealer thief don't buy Junk cars here better of go the dealer by the way I bought this truck 2 years ago already invested 3 k plusREVERSE LIGHTS DON'T EVEN WORK RAMON NEW ABOUT THIS HAZARD PROBLEM AND NEVER FIX IT BUT HE SAID HE FIX IT LIER LIER !!!

This week, we tried to buy a 2022 Ford F-150. As we are about to close the deal, we checked the truck underside, finding the grill an the splash guard were held in place with a bongie!!!!See attached photo.To our surprise, no one offered to repair the problem.We left the place, obviously upset because Rise V tried to sell us a trucking those conditions, but no one care.Terrible place to buy a car or truck!!!

Ailyn was fantastic with getting me into my dream car! She was even able to get me approved while i sat in the comfort of my home. Quick and easy! She then had all the paper work transferred over to the east side location for a more convenient process since we live closer to the east side location. Her sister Vianey then took over the process and got me all set up. Overall an amazing experience with both girls and both locations. Would recommend for sure! Make sure to ask for Ailyn, or Vianey on the east side. Thank you guys!!

I would like to say thank you to all who helped me get the 2017 nissan titan. Great customer service from the sales rep. Germaine all the way to the Manger. Not only did the process go quick they actually worked for me and made sure the deal was good. I highly recommend these guys.

We decided it was time for a little faster car so we went on down to Rise V where we buy all our vehicles and this time we got to meet and work with Diego. He was quick, kind, and efficient. I experience is always great. The mechanic, Rafeal; came in to give us an update on the work he did on the car and his thoughts on it and am extended warranty. We left feeling good about our purchase and can't wait to get it after work today. Thanks Rise V for another great experience.

We drove down from Las Cruces to take a look around at the used car selection. Josh, our salesman, made us feel welcome. There was no pressure from anyone for us to buy a car or even a more expensive one than we were looking at. We took a couple for a test drive and came back and Jerry in the finance department was able to get us approved and papers signed in a matter of no time. Definitely was a good experience thanks again

Up front, not expensive, great service. Came in for a four wheel alignment, the technicians knew what they were doing, and got me out quicker and more accurate than any of the other 5 shops I ve been to in El Paso. I work on a lot of cars, and I m taking all my alignments here from now on.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer in March 23 and within 30 days it was immobile and placed in the shop with $10K worth of pre-existing issues that I was never made aware of. Sketchy sales reps and managers. They don t do good business, just looking for a quick hustle. I would give a negative amount of stars if it was possible.

Diego and Edwin are top notch... Diego walked us around and showed us exactly what we were looking for... we found our vehicle and the torch was passed to Edwin. Edwin was equally excellent. I will send everyone I know to Rise V. These gentlemen are the poster employees that every company needs.
