I've serviced two of my vehicles this month at Resler Automotive and have to say that I regret not knowing about them until recently. Art and staff run an honest shop and are very upfront about cost and waiting time. Great service, great prices! The only downside is that depending on the complexity of your issue, you might have to wait a couple of weeks before they can get you up and running.

I read their reviews and it was great, but once I brought in my car they couldn't find out what was making the noise under my car and said they'd call me on Monday, but it's Thursday and no one has contacted me.I'm a paying customer just like everyone else, but I'm very disappointed with their service .

Took it in after dealing with issues for a while. Efrain (sorry if I misspelled it) reached out to let me know my concerns weren't as bad as I thought. Explained in detail what was needed and why. And showed me the parts replaced when I went to pick it up.

Whenever I have car issues, I go here. Unlike dealerships, they are straight to the point without trying to up sale. Very trustworthy.

I went to do a state inspection, and when they checked the odometer they removed the dust (I don't know with what) but they scratched the glass of the speedometer dashboard, when I went to complain, the owner told me that they didn't do it, because they don't touch it, they just see it. I told him that it was difficult to read the miles because of the dust, and that I was sure that before taking my car there it didn't have those scratches. I asked him to see the cameras, he refused because according to him nothing would be seen so they couldn't do anything to help me.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

It is a great auto shop, but unfortunately they're taking too long to get to your vehicle for Most services so that's a real setback.

I've never had a bad experience with Resler Automotive. They're highly trustworthy, skilled, knowledgeable, and provide great customer service!! I recommend them to all my friends and family. Plus, they have an excellent turnaround time! They're the only ones I trust for all my automotive needs -- from minor repairs to more complicated jobs. They also take care of my yearly state inspection and oil changes. They have fair and honest prices and won't ever try to take advantage of you. I highly recommend them!!!

Always professional. Always honest. The service team here is simply the best.Highly recommend them. They are always busy because they are so darn good. Worth the wait for quality work at fair prices with excellent customer service.

Not to bad on the prices got a full synthetic oil change for $63...with fuilds topped off..but u have to.make sure they do it...so press em about it..been going there years

I was having an issue with my car and I thought it was related to the transmission, I brought my car here and spoke to Art, and he took in the car and advised me that since I was also having issues with the electrical system, that my car could also be having other issues caused by either the battery of the car or the electrical issues. When I came back to pick up my car, I was told that the car just needed the battery terminals to be tightened, and that actually fixed everything in my car. This place is honest with the customer and they don't try to rip you off. I have had so many bad experiences with mechanics in the past before in other shops, but rest assured this place will take care of you and they will not rip you off.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Battery

Great shop! Honest and very reasonable price wise. I will continue to take my vehicles to them in the future. Took my truck in for a dead clutch pedal and an AC blowing hot air. Clutch pedal feels like new and AC is plenty cold now!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I was there twice never had any work done, but they were able to properly diagnose my issue both times. They were very helpful and friendly. I trust these people should an issue arise again.

I've been taking my vehicles to Resler Auto for a little over 4 years. They have never failed me. Art and Frank are incredibly good, honest mechanics. Just appreciate them through and through. Mechanics need to get paid, so I'm not going to tell you they're cheap. You get what you pay for, which is good quality. Highly recommend this shop, it's going to be the best on the Westside and, in my opinion, in the entire city.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Its a really good auto shop. You hear so many horror stories about getting scammed but this shop came through. They also have excellent customer service. Super friendly. Very thankful to the mechanics for getting my brother's car fixed up. They were very nice when we came to get the car. The office was nice and cool with enough room to sit and relax while you wait, if needed. I would love to go back if I ever needed help with our cars.

While on a cross-country road trip, I hit a large piece of truck tire with my compact Chevy Malibu right outside of El Paso. My car started making a weird noise. I took my car into Resler Automotive the next day. The damage to my radiator was extensive but the guys at Resler did fantastic work! I continued on to California and haven't had any problems. The owner of Resler and all his guys are honest anddo great work!

Wow... The staff. Super friendly and Art is just a great down to earth guy that you feel good about doing business with. Especially in a line of work so many people have trouble trusting. Somehow i felt like I've known him my whole life after all was said n done. Went in for some suspension/steering work and my vw was ready the next morning. Pricing is super fair and I was very happy with the work. Obviously would recommend.

My brake lights had been out for weeks and I was trying to find a good place to take my car. They gave me a great price and were very professional and friendly! They are a busy business so I waited for my car for about 3 hours because I had the time, but they do offer a drop off service for those interested. Highly recommend this place!

Definitely recommend Resler Automotive for all your automotive issues. They definitely know what to do and will explain the issues with your car and costs to you. The amount of work they have and time it takes them to get to your car only shows the amount of confidence people have in them.
