Do not go here, they will try to rip you off if they can. I stopped by for a fix a flat, asked the worker how much it would be. He glanced at my vehicle and said $20, when I asked why so much he said it was because my vehicle is a luxury vehicle. What does that have to matter to fixing a flat on one of my tires? I drove down the block to their neighbors, and got my tire fixed and was charged only $6 dollars.

Great customer service. Price has gone up since I started coming with them to get and check on my tires; inflation is justified though. I've had friends come that only had $20 on them and the gentlemen worked with them to get them back on the road. I've always had friendly and helpful service.Update: just was here because my tire needed a patch. They got me in and back on the road in no time and for a good price.

Went in for a flat and the man who helped us was very friendly. Helped us pick some to tries to replace and got them at a decent price. The guys worked together. I had my tires balanced changed and put on in 30 min. Great service great hard working staff and good deal. Thank you for your help!

I went to the store today to have one tire fixed and the other one they told me I needed to change and I did, they charged me approximately 60 dollars and they put i the tires on(one of the tires they changed for another new), while I was driving on the road I stopped and realized that they didn't put the tire on correctly. tire because it was loose and I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't stopped.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. I went and got a replacement tire for my truck because mine busted and they had me serviced and.out quick. Will return and recommend this place.

Would definitely suggest this shop to ANYONE in the area. I was heading to Santa Teresa, New Mexico from Ozona, Texas. Needed 4 used tires. Chris and his crew got me in and out, USED tires that were practically BRAND NEW and for one HELL of a deal. They even put my old tire on my spare for me per my request. Damn good guys and a damn good shop .

I had a flat tire with 2 nails in it. I was attended to as soon as i parked. They had me back on the road within 15 minutes of my arrival. Thank you Jorge Hernandez for making sure staff took care of the customers!

they sell tires used tires at prices of new ones would not recommend this place to no one they over charge equipment is outdated and they dont work with you your better off going down the street to oasis they have better deals and they give better prices i would not recommend this shop to anyone you are dumb if you go here bad place very bad place please be smart and shop elsewhere

Went to get air on a tire and was told I had to wait for 30 minutes to get air on a tire, I left and come back and I was told they charge 5 dollars to get air, I wouldn't mind paying the $5, when places like discount tire has a free all 4 tires check; the first guy who told me to wait 30 min was rude when I came back I asked to talk to the owner and the guy who said it was the owner was rude too. I am not coming back to this place, there is nothing "professional" when it comes to customer service!

The lady in charged ,charged me 18 dollars for just changing a tire to another rim. If l were you, l would ask for the cost before doing business with what tire placeThat was my mistake. I would certainly never recommend Professional Tire Shop. Do not go there ,it is not worth it

This place saved our day. I recommend them over anyone.We were stranded on the side of I 10. We hit a tiny piece of road debris. It left a hole in a rear tire. Then we found out the truck we purchased did not come with it's key to get the spare down. We had a limited amount of time to deal with this issue before literally loosing a job.Pep Boys was close by and quoted a 50 dollar tow fee and mentioned they may have a key. After getting there, 3 miles away, the tow was 200$ because they didn't ask the size of my truck and stated it was too heavy for the discount tow. So after that of course,oops no key either, but they did happen to have a 550+ tire. Which they could install 2 hours later. After calling around this isn't the only business who had a tire that fit. BUT IT IS THE PLACE THAT DELIVERED THE TIRE TO PEP BOYS BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING AND THEY ALSO KNOW I WAS GETTING SCREWED. He sent his sister with the tire and saved me 600 $ . I had Pep Boys install it because I was there. But I hope I never have to go there again.Please give this place your business.

Very disappointed by what happened today. My tire had gotten low, so today I went in to ask if they could check it for me. The man was nice and said yes ma am we ll check it for you don t worry . They then removed the tire. He comes back 5 minutes later and tells me you had a big screw in your tire and we patched it for you. It s 15 dollars . Mind you he NEVER showed me the screw which they normally do. And he didn t even tell me what the problem was BEFORE he patched it nor did he tell me the price. I questioned him about the price because I m usually charged about 8 dollars to fix something like that. He said yeah it could be 12 dollars, 15 dollars or even 30 dollars, it depends on the size of the nail and the patch we use .I feel like a victim of price gouging. Make sure you ask for the prices upfront and if you are a WOMAN, make sure they don t charge you more just because of that. Maybe they charge more depending on the type of CAR YOU DRIVE as well, who knows? I m going to have to look into this further. Bottom line... tell them you want prices upfront before they do anything and let them know you want to see the damaged tire or just don t go there at all. That s probably a better idea.

I BEG YOU TO PLEASE NOT COME HERE, it s the worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my whole life literally. I d rather stay with my flat tire, than getting help from horrible workers here. They just want to get all the money possible from you, and I ve experienced it . The owner Jorge has the worst professionalism ever. I just came in to get air on my tire, they wanted me to change it, I only asked for air so they refused. The workers here were yelling at me about the situation because they were already closed, they did have time to change a tire but not to put air? 6:02 pm exactly and they were helping another car.

All these people are complaining about $15.00 for a patch. Heck go to Florida there over $30.00 and you sit and wait for 2 to 3 hours on a good day. Heck I would gladly pay the $15.00 and be in and out in less 15 minutes. And the young man was professional and had manner. Will go back and recommend this shop to everyone I know!!!!!!

The guys there were amazing. Got 3 new tires at a deal. Wal mart wanted to charge me $95 a tire, but when I came here, I got a deal on tires. Very professional people.

Well since I couldn't find the tires that I want they gave me some better ones almost and I appreciate the help so I let him keep the brand new tires that I had on my rims and I'll probably be back to get two more once I get the other new rims or the tires whichever comes first

Today I went to fix my flat tire. Very friendly and efficient took my tire from the trunk and fixed. My tire have a metal cap. They put a plastic one instead. My question is: can I trust the employees from that shop if I come back?

I came to this tire place expecting good service and nope just got treated like they didn't want me there....first i get there i tell him i need two tires he says ok ...i tell him do not use the impact on my lugnuts they are aluminium they will break or strip... first thing he dose hits them with the impact and damages the bolts ...he tells me it is going to be $90 dollars i am waiting there to see the tires that he is going to put on he just mounts them and says he is done and charges me $98 the only good thing is that he was fast but that doesn't make up for the bad service that i received i know it is not the business fault its just there bad worker's that gives them a bad name

Good place to get a flat fixed. Prepare to take some time there as you drill be there a while but they will fix your flat tire. They need restrooms and more parking. Used tires are good and good prices.

Be carefully here. They scam you for tire repairs. And charge you for things they didn't do..they give you prices out of their heads. Not a steady price. Very disappointed. 20.00 dollars is to much for a screw repair....DONT GO THERE..

The young guy that works there works hard, but his manager is useless. I went during a busy time and the young guy was hustling trying to keep up with the surge, but the manager was doing nothing. When the young guy had trouble setting up my tire pressure monitor, the manager told him to send me to the other location. He didn't help me or his employee or anybody else that was there. He just showed his face to make his employee send me away and he disappeared back to wherever he hides. Take his advice and go to the other location on Alameda or any of the many other tire shops on Alameda or North Loop.

The young man that helped me was a HUSTLER---Not in a bad way but he was all over the place making sure that people didnt have to wait for service i called him FLACO didn't get his real name but he gave great service. Very FRIENDLY staff.

Very pricey, not what it used to be, you better have at least 20 dlls, too expensive since new tire is 100 dlls.if not super urgent go somewhere else, this is El Paso not California, sheeshh.
