Isaiah fixed my trailer tire on my Kentucky trailer. What a great guy. Really knowledgeable, can do attitude, and great work. Thank you for saving the day Mr Isaiah. And thank you Miss Laura for dealing with ultra one for me. The amount of patience that must have taken.

My driver went here to get one tire replaced. But they were rude and unprofessional. They would not change the blow out unless we let them change 3 more tires . The rest of the tires are good . Will not recommend this Petro to anyone . When my driver told them no the women in the shop office yelled at him and told him he was to leave the Petro parking lot . He did nothing wrong . And just to clarify I am the dispatcher and was on the phone with him the whole time . They had no right to treat him the way she did .

Great guys. We just needed air in our tires before hitting the road and the guys here are very nice! Got us right into the bay and on the road safely! So much appreciation for people and places like this!!

Be very careful in getting tire repair here because they will try to rip you off. They will try to make more money with as much tire they can replace on your truck even if your tire are still good to go.

I was trying to tell the mechanic about my truck and he didn't want to listen to me..He said if I am staying, I need to put mask on....I told him, I am not staying here....I am going to eat....but he wouldn't listen to me...So I told him ,If you cannot listen to me,l....then I don't want you touching my truck.I own my own truck and cannot have some mechanic mess it up because they don't wanna listen to me...I have had other Petro/TA locations mess up my trucks in the past....Never letting this shop work on my truck again...that's 2 just this week that have given me issues, both in Texas.

This is one of the few Petrol/TA locations that have a split shop. I needed a tractor DOT and there was a very short wait time and extremely friendly service from the staff! I ve been to a lot of TA shops but this one in El Paso is my favorite one. If you ever have the chance to go by there say Hola to Bobby...he s got over 45 years of experience and my mechanic of the day had over 25 years experience! You can t go wrong!

6 hours to replace a light bulb and a trailer tire is unacceptable. If I could I would give negative stars. Arrived at 1pm and I was the second truck in line (other truck was in the bay) 1:38pm they finished the other truck and I pulled my truck into the bay. My company approved the trailer repairs at 2:28pm. 4:00pm Nobody has touched my trailer yet so I go into the office and TWO techs are sitting around on their phones so I asked what s going on? They tell me that they have to wait for another guy to get back cause he s the tech that is working on my trailer. 5:50pm the guy shows up and replaces the trailer light bulb and then tells me I have to drive over to a different bay for someone else to replace the tire (why couldn t that guy replace my tire well waiting for the lightbulb guy to show up) 8:30pm they finish replacing the trailer tire. TA/ PETRO used to be my favorite places to stop but after today I may never return.

Best service I've ever had at a Petro. Got me in quick & did a great job. Wish the other Petro's were like this.

No customer service at all took truck to get 2 new steer tires and I did twist my ankle while in shop no one asked me if I was ok I know there is yellow lines on floor but I didn't really look down

They Mech was great and professional. It was a little different in the beginning as they have 2 different bays that perform different types of services.

The food on Iron Skillet was great, the service a little slow, but only 2 waiters and still it was great!!!!

One of the favorite places to take a break along the way. It has all the services. In addition to a good restaurant with a la carte and buffet food. Convenience store . Fast food .
