Usually happy here, but this week was less than desirable. I left there and within half an hour almost had a flat tire as air was leaking out of my tire. Also missing my tire valve. New crew needs more work and attention to detail.

I used to exclusively go to this place only because I am a creature of habit. Excellent employees here, but from a business perspective, I got to say the customer service from Lube Xpress down the street is way better. They give you ice cold water bottles, will sit down to explain things to you, and are a lot more respectable when it comes to Texas Car Inspections. They are confident when doing them and don't use it as a way to fail you unless you buy a product.

Got in easy and it was a breeze. We have used them for a long time and they are seem to do pretty well. Today was extra special because I had a coupon. With all that being said, it would be great if they paid a little more attention to detail and make sure to do their job excellently and reinstall things that they take them out to exam it

Very professional, efficient and accommodating staff. However, the fuel-injector cleaning was below-average quality. I had to take my car to Walmart after the service; and they made my car stop shaking for a fraction of the price.

Entire experience was excellent! Staff members were professional, friendly, and efficient. I went in for a vehicle inspection and was taken care of immediately. I was in and out quickly. It was fantastic, from start to finish!

I want to start this by saying that the people I worked with were polite, professional, and patient.Unfortunately, they put the wrong oil in my vehicle, which resulted in potentially catastrophic complications had I not noticed the error and reacted quickly.I returned, notified them of the issue, and they acknowledged and replaced the oil with the correct product at no extra charge.Two major issues here are 1) failure in their checks/balances and fail safes and 2) would have been nice if I was better compensated for my inconvenience ( next oil change is on us kind of compensation).Also- this story is abbreviated omitting some details which management can reach out to me about and can be discussed, privately.

Everyone was Amazing. I had no problems. They talk you and show you what they are doing. It's a great place to go. They put air in your tires which is nice.

Friendly staff but I asked for a regular oil change and they put in synthetic. Wanted $90! They drained the synthetic and put in regular oil .was $52 .i still think that is high

Asked for further explanation as to why my car failed inspection, just had a few questions to clarify what happened, the man who was helping was in a rush, talked down to me and essentially made me feel ignorant for asking a question. Very disappointed

The guys who work there are amazing I give them 5 stars for their customer service! However!, it was not cool at all for them to pull out filters without my consent! I took in my car for a state inspection and they pulled out the cabin air filter, they showed it to me and I declined for them to change it but the problem is that they did not install it back correctly. That s not good, I could hear a hissing and that s when I pulled out the filter and it was all crammed in there. It s not fair

Fantastic job. The staff was courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, I heard a noise underneath the car and noticed that the panels were hanging on by only a few snap fasteners with more than 5 fasteners missing. They snap off and snap on. They should at least warn people that maybe the broke off when removed or something. I was disappointed.Service: Oil change

Went in to get my oil changed and was helped right away with impeccable customer service. The assistant manager was helpful when he informed me that my vehicle needed the air filter replaced. I only go to oil changers for my oil changes. Prices are reasonable.

Reliable service even when other service providers are not available. They take customers on a first in basis treating everyone with the same priority. Really leaves with the desire of going back for the next service.

Love the fast service that the company gave me and we'll trained they took care of topping off all my fluids and checking my tires and making sure I was aware of the services was do for my car.. will recommend to everyone I know

I went to oil changers to get my safety inspection done and in the process they ran my diagnostics. The manager Haylee explained some recommended services based on my car s mileage and condition. I never expected to be in and out of there so quickly and with such a high level of customer service. What a fantastic crew and superb manager. I will be back in a few weeks for an oil change. We've been going to this location for 15 years! They're always professional, friendly & go over & above to help us out. We were there for state vehicle inspection & as always, made sure things like tire inflation was adequate, etc. We will continue to use this location although we'll be moving to another part of town. The store is clean, clean restrooms & good coffee while you wait. Good job y'all! Thanks for taking care of your customers!

I brought my 1970 Chevy pickup to have the brakes checked and possibly replaced due to a drifting problem. The service manager warned me they didn t carry any parts to make any repairs. However, he still took a look at the steering and all 4 brakes and wheels and only found some minor adjustments where necessary. That s all the brakes needed and other than that, the brakes were fine. He did not charge for the adjustment. This is my go to destination for getting my car serviced and inspected. They are very fast and efficient. I've never had any issues. This place is fantastic! We've been to other Oil Changers and this is by far our favorite! Everyone was very courteous and professional!
