Usually have what I need. Lucias is always helpful and very knowledgeable. I've changed my rating not because of Lucias, he's the only one who knows his job and knows what he's talking about if he still works there. Dalton was terrible. I waited 3 hours for an online order of oil and filter and was never notified. Dalton took all but 3 minutes to get my oil and filter only after I was in the store. You need to go in knowing exactly what you need because Dalton was no help at all. Verify your parts because Dalton was happily going to sell me the wrong filter that was just placed in the box and was bothered when I brought it to his attention.

Decent prices. Military discount. Can pretty much get everything you need here for small and large jobs. If they don't have it, another location might, or they can special order it.

I want to thank ! Ruben the manger at that dyer store he helped me out when I really needed it , him Damon & Lucius are the best !! And need a raise , the company needs to keep people like and take care of them . but I also want the company to know their district manager GUSTAVO needs to be retrained , coached or simply replaced !! This guy knows nothing of good customer service and is a thief !! Before he made district he was a store manager working the register ! I gave him $200 cash $100 dollar bills for and Item worth barely over a hundred dollars ? .. he gave me back no change and said I only gave him a $100?.. and bluntly stated I miscounted and that he doesn t make mistakes .. his words exactly ., I left the store and called him a crook , an hour later the assistant called on his behalf that my other hundred dollars was there but misplaced by GUSTAVO A store manger and now a district ??? This is who Oreily hires as leader ship and then PROMOTES ?? Why did he not get fired ??.. who knows ? I hope this review reaches corporate , I m more then willing to meet any one about my issue and speak on it at anytime .

I was in the store for 15 minutes trying to get an oil filter for a 2019 Corolla. Their books only go back to 2018. And the only employee I saw was outside smoking. I went to Autozone two blocks away. They were helpful.

Quick friendly service.They had the interior dome lights in stock and gladly installed them. He also inspected the fuse box. He was on point .

I rarely leave reviews but this one is definitely worth it. I absolutely recommend this O'Reilly's location!!!! They have the most helpful & friendliest staff. Manuel was extremely helpful and turned me into a regular customer as of today. To all the ladies who need help , this place is THE spot.

I want to commend Lucius an employee at this store. He tested, charged and evaluated the battery on vehicle.The best part of our interactions with him were his suggestions and the fact that he listened to our concerns. He was very helpful and we appreciated his assistance.Update 11/2022I went again, and Lucius assisted me. He is so helpful! He makes this place special. His customer service skills make this business better. He should be commended by the company for his consistent dedication to providing excellent, quality service.

I went in today to have my battery looked at and I had Dalton helping me out. He checked my battery and replaced it for me. He was super knowledgeable and helpful.

Workers are very rude if they see u are a woman. My mom went in to purchase stuff for a tune up and she was so confused as to what she actually needed she called her mechanic and he said he would speak to them but the oreily worker would talk to her as if annoyed She was being attended by another guy and because she needed to call the mechanic he moved her to the side to help someone else I could see my mom s nervousness as she felt she wasn t being helped she was able to talk to the mechanic and told the guy and he just brushed her off and said someone else will help you in a rude manner. This is the first time we go and something like this happens we always get helpful people or semi helpful but never this kind of rudeness

This was my go-to place up until the most recent visit. I stopped in and bought a bunch of parts for my '68 Javelin and ordered a pretty expensive air filter for it. Guy said it would be 10-14 days, great. He said call back 2 Wednesdays from then to see if it was in. I did so and they told me the part wasn't in yet but was still on it's way and should be in before the weekend. Called back Friday, same thing, shipment must have been held up. Told to call back Monday. I call to check up, guy tells me he can't find anything about my order in the system. I start to make a fuss and he hangs up on me. I go into the store on Wednesday that week. 3 weeks after ordering the air filter, was the same guy that "ordered" it. He tells me the order must have not gone through and we can get another one ordered up, but it would be another 2 weeks before it got there. Guy was not very friendly about it either. Took my refund and bought one from Advance Auto Parts down the street, they gave me a call when it got there and it only took 3 days. Avoid this place like the plague now. Decent selection but there's a much better store on Montana with a better selection and the nicest staff.

They were great. I had to go back twice bc the first guy just gave me info which I needed but also needed the part. My fault. Then I went back 30 minutes later and another guy sold me what I needed in less than 5 minutes. I thought that was great. Told him what I needed and BAM! There it was.

Always friendly service and seeing as how the store is pretty small, it's easy to navigate and find whatever you're looking for.

Found the parts I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dont see much of a difference between Auto Zone and O'Reilly beside the brands. Prices are almost the same. Usually will call ahead and price match before I make a choice.

Management was rude and disrespectful. The brand new part i paid for was missing pieces and they told me that i was supposed to go to the bqck of the line. I refused to go because i wanted my money back and the associate at the register proceeded to heckle me about going to the back of the line. I asked for a refund and the manager had come over to do the refund and he was rude as well. He took the MY receipt and didn't want to staple the refund receipt to it. He wouldn't give me my receipt back and i told him to keep it and left. They were both rude and need sensitivity training.

We pulled in late, Robert went above and beyond. He help us solve not only our original problem but also trouble shoot what else could be wrong with a newly purchased car! Saved the day! Super friendly, extremely helpful.

got defective or broken part and installed unaware of it thermostat with housing and sensor first off sense doesn't clip in so must of fell off cause I didn't get one hot reading til my thing popped I call for fix and all from employee to GM to corporate they something else so rude even hanging up on me if you can't put up with customers or solve issues get off and go work on the corner

Incredibly helpful and excellent customer service! Rudy helped me out this morning to get the tube around the oil stick of my VW Beetle fixed and did a great job. I highly recommend these guys!

Mr. Lucios Watson and Mr. Hugo are by far the best two guys I have ever met at an auto parts store. Today Mr. Watson helped me out tremendously with a warranty for a part on my truck, found my purchase order in the system, and gave me a receipt for it for the future if there are any other problems. The past visit Mr. Hugo helped me with another truck issue I was having. Helped me find everything I needed. Definitely appreciative of both of their help. Will definitely be going back to this store for everything I need until I leave El Paso.Thanks Guys,John

I just left the O'Reilly on Dyer Street in El Paso. I came here after a bad experience with Auto Zone. Roberto took such great care of me and with a smile on his face. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and made sure I left with a new battery installed in my car. I wish the world had more people like Roberto. Forget the 5 star rating. Roberto is more like a 20 star!!!!

Knowledgeable staff and great prices. Lucious (hopefully I spelled it correctly) hands down saved me $$$$ on my 350 small block build. That man helped me find parts that fit my budget and helped find the best parts to get my crate engine the most HP/Tourqe for the buck.
