The counter person was knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my needs. Even went above in making sure that the parts offered in store were comparable to those offered in specialty online shops.

I've been putting off getting windshield wipers and taillight for weeks because of fear of installation but I finally went today [around 615-640] and the gentlemen not only checked which bulb I needed but offered to confirm the wipers I had in my hand were the right sizes. Cherry on top was installation offered after purchase. Saved me an hour [probably......definitely] or more of youtubing how to install. Switching on over to this establishment for amazing service. Didnt get the gentlemans name but hopefully timeframe mentioned and date stamp will help management find the amazing employee I'm referencing from this location.

Management needs to train their workers to not be having a personal conversation on their phone while assisting customers. It's very unprofessional as is short changing customers.

Terrible service I spoke looking for a part for my car because supposedly they had it in that store and nothing, apparently they didn't find the part, they waste people's time. Without a doubt, autozone is betterP�simo servicio habl� buscando una parte de mi carro por que supuestamente hay lo tenian en esa tienda y nada que al parecer no encontraron la pieza hacen perder el tiempo a la gente Sin duda es mejor autozone
