Awesome customer service and helpful in every way. I've been a loyal customer since they took over checker auto parts. The prices are competitive and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. Most service experts are knowledgeable and very polite.

I had to purchase a new battery and was assisted by Michael. He went above and beyond assisting me and even changed the battery for me. If I could give him 10 stars for his assistance I definitely would have.

Thank you Gabriel!! We had issues with every other Oriley's just to get my roters turned. I needed them desperately because I have babies in my vehicle I couldn't drive around with bad breaks and roters. But he was willing to do them. I just couldn't believe how no one at three locations did not know how.

This place generally has all of the items I need to maintenance my vehicle and they have competitive pricing. Their staff is knowledgeable and most inquiries can be done over the phone prior to visiting the shop if you know the make and model of your vehicle. They are bilingual and can answer many of the questions you may have about what items would work best for any issues you may be experiencing. They offer military and senior citizen discounts as well. I would highly recommend their products and services.

I came here because it's highly rated and near my house. The Northeast usually gets overlooked. But this O'Reilly's has great service and very understanding and helpful. They deserve the high star rating!Amber helped me and she was great.

Been coming here for years for all my vehicles new and old, and never had a reason to complain. Parts are always in stock and if not ussually recieve them by that afternoon if not sent to another store nearby. Staff is awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful with quick instructions on how to accomplish task at hand if they dont go out and try and attempt to fix task while at store. And theres ussually never a wait like at other places nearby i wont mention names but there in the zone.

Finally an auto part store with people who knows what they re doing and who have positive attitudes!! I didn t have any problems with their staff or finding what I needed. I love O Riley s!! So much better than Auto Zone

The associates always greet you when you walk in and right away tell you ( will be right with you) if they are busy. If you call ahead they have the parts on the counter for you... Good crew

Avoid this o'Reillys at all cost. Visit the one on Dyer instead of woodrobean. The Blond Haired lady has ISSUES!!!!
