I took my car to AAmco on Escondido and Westwind. They were to replace the CV Axle. They ordered and installed the wrong part from Oreilly's on Mesa. When I got my car back, a few days later there was transmission fluid all over the driveway. SHAAMCO returned my old part in the box the new CV Axle came in. I complained to SHAAMCO but they denied everything. I went to Oreilly's and showed them the part SHAAMCO installed. The manager (Richard) said it was the wrong part. When I told him that SHAAMCO had bought the part, he clammed up and went silent. I asked for the purchase record and he said he could not do anything at all. The purchase record below is the actual purchase record. But the part MP 1243 has not been stocked by Oreilly's for years. Oreilly's substituted MP 1243 with GM8048 a direct part exchange to the part Orelly's now carries. The box below shows the part number GM8048 and Oreilly's store number #5939 in blue marker. The computer pic below shows an Oreilly;s computer (from the store) that GM8048 will not fit my car. The car's information VIN is displayed in the pic to assure accuracy.I complained to Oreilly's District Manager and the Regional Manager. I filed a BBB complaint on SHAMMCO and Oreilly's as well. In the response to the complaint it appears that Oreilly's somehow felt that I was committing fraud, they went so far as saying this to SHAMCO. I got this in writing from the BBB complaint.Long story short, Oreilly's helped SHAMCO cover up this situation. Oreilly's disparaged my car and called me a fraud for trying to find answers to why my car was worse off after installing a part that they sold destined for my car, and paid for with MY money.Beware!

With my depleting battery this morning, I sat in the parking lot waiting for the store to open. Marissa opened promptly, invited me in and went above and beyond in assisting me with diagnosis, removal and installation of the new battery. She was top 10 is service! She made my day, thank you so much!

Francisco an employee at O'reilly's went above & beyond for me when I needed help with a dent on my brand new car. The customer service at this location is always great but on that visit he was a total life saver! I recommend everyone go to this location for your car needs the customer service is first-rate.

Beware Make double and triple sure that this O'Reilly's is selling you the correct part for your car. If they sell you the wrong part or a part that is defective and you install it, or pay someone to install the part, O'Reilly's will Not pay for the labor to remove the part and replace it, nor the initial cost to install the part. The store manager, the Regional and District Managers will attack your character and disparage your car because they have no business ethics, or personal responsibility or morality.They don't care if they lose one customer, they just lie in wait for the next victim/customer that comes through the door. Beware !!

Was helped out today by Charles , and he was great! We had some questions about head light cleaners , and other questions about our car. He was super friendly and answered all of our questions. You definitely don't find customer service like that anymore!

Richard was helpful in evaluating the battery and starter ofvehicle.Update: Had to have battery changed. Justin, who normally works at the Redd O'Reilly's, was assisting at this branch. Justin was extremely helpful and polite. He provided excellent customer service and switched out the battery. Justin is an asset to the company.

In early June, I had purchased Low Beam Headlights for my car at a different location on emergency basis. Since this store is closer to me, I asked for assistance on installing them. Without hesitation, Matias offered to help and replaced them at no extra charge. Close to 6 months later, the Day after Thanksgiving, Richard honored the warranty on them and replaced them again since one of them had gone out on Thanksgiving night. Thank you both for the spectacular customer service and for saving me time and money.

I was having trouble with my car overheating. No S/S of any leak for antifreeze. If I had to stop very long at a light or drive-through the engine area would start smoking -even had a little bit of a fire once. My mechanic closed early on this day and so I remembered getting help putting new windshield wipers on maybe a year ago on another car. So. I went to Auto Zone nearby. A girl helped me and she knew exactly what to do and checked how much antifreeze was left in where it goes and proceeded to fill it up then. She and another man checked it good for leaks. The girl told me she goes to Liz, my mechanic, who owns Coronado Auto Repair across from Albertson's and behind Wells Fargo Bank. And I was instructed to see Liz 1st thing on Monday (it was a Saturday) Hasn't overheated at all since then.

They were extremely helpful. Found the right bulbs for my father's tail light, replaced the worn out screws with new ones, put in the new bulb and remounted the tail light. I am grateful that the manager took the time to do that for us!

I liked that they're open 'till 9:00 pm.Store is clean, well maintained, and well stocked.Clerk was friendly enough.They do curb deliveries and take orders online.Easy to miss when driving on Mesa, it is in a shopping center located on the side of it (perpendicular), with no major sign but the one on the store.

These guys made my day. Had a horrible experience at the VW dealership this morning where the sales person tried to hustle me to do extra services. Came to O Reillys and the guys were so knowledgeable and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me resolve my car issues. Jos� and Alex saved me $89.00 and about 3 hours worth of my time. Highly recommend this location.
