I have been taking my 15 Ford Cmax to MPG for 4 years now, but today I experienced the best customer service ever!! Andy and Mikel were so very helpful and promptly had my oil changed. They also helped me figure out why my battery is running low and where I could get it changed. Thank you for everything

I took my car there for overheating.The man at the front desk told me it was no damage to the engine and I just needed a new radiator. I was told it will be ready the next day and everything should be good. The head man at the front desk calls me on the phone the next day that my car is ready. I get there thinking I m going to pick my car up happy.He tells me I wanted to tell you in person,we put the radiator in, then we test drives it it overheated again and now the engine is gone. I had to pay my whole I earned in the Army to pay the radiator that wasn t the only problem. I felt scammed,robbed and taken advantage of at this place for being a young soldier on Fort Bliss.Save yourself a headache and money,stay away from here!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

MPG Automotive services. Did a great Job on my truck. Christ Miran was very helpful in having my 96 Dodge inspected. I was only going for shocks on my truck. Didn t realized how many issues my truck had. Had to replace gaskets underneath the oil and transmission and other issues that were wrong on my truck. Glad I took my truck their his very honest and trustworthy and his mechanic did a great job. Know I have life warranty on my truck . Totally recommend this place to family and friends. He treats his customers with great satisfaction and guarantee.Service: Brakes

My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by Chris Miranda who s the manager. Mr Miranda was very courteous and helpful in his willingness to assist us with our repairs, he also offered his help in assisting us with various discounts opportunities. This is my 3rd time at MPG. chris , the manager was awesome. I will keep coming here. Trust worthy, love the lifetime warranty. Exceptional customer service. The lobby if you need to wait is stocked with coffee and water and toys for the kids. This was my second visit to MPG 8337 Dyer. Chris Miranda explained to me in detail why my vehicle was shaking while breaking. I was short on cash and was offered their 90 day free interest plan thru Easy pay finance. I drove my vehicle down transmountain after the repair and it didn't shake. The problem was solved. Thank You MPG

I needed the rear brakes on my 2016 VW Tiguan R-Line replaced somewhere other than the dealership and MPG Automotive delivered top notch service and work. Mr. Chris was instrumental in timely scheduling of the brake service, assuring me my Tiguan would be first in line for service that day. Sure enough my car was swiftly moved into the garage and Mr. Patrick, the auto tech, promptly got to the task at hand.VW/Audi is notorious for 2-things: 1) proprietary triple-square bolts & fasteners; 2) electric rear parking brakes. Mr. Patric was prepared with right tools, right software, and professional skills to get the job done right within 2-hours. I left confident in both value and quality of brake service.I highly recommend MPG Automotive for your vehicle service and repair needs. Additionally, I can t say enough about Mr. Chris and Mr. Patrick, both personable and solutions focused, always keeping the customers needs top of mind.Service: Brakes

I've visited MPG a couple of times as they have several locations around town and in each instance they were able to correctly identify the issue and correct the problem with my vehicle. Josh was very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. Fair prices, timely turnaround, and the work is guaranteed. Great place to take your car. The service there is amazing they are very helpful and explain to you everything you need to know about any problems with your car. The service manger Dillion was great on that he explain to me and showed me all the problems of my car very honest and thorough. Our mechanic Brian was very helpful as well he also explained what need fixing and showed me exactly what he was gunna fix. They both helped when getting my car back as quickly as possible, 110% I recommend you bring your car here.Services: Auto brake repair, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

DO NOT RECOMEND!! I took my car down to get a heater hose repair and they over charge me for the service!!!! A 300$ job came out to be a 1178$ job with discounts of chris the manager he is a rip off , plus to top it off they gave it back with a check engine light and leaking oil all over the place they didnt replace some gaskets and try to say it was like that and plus a weird noise on the engine!!!!!! made me spend more money on but mr. Silvers on dyer fixed it way cheaper to fix there mess!!!! The mechanic patrick looks like he doesnt know anything beware of the scam!!!!Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Took in my wife's vehicle for an oil change, was offered a complementary vehicle inspection by Mr Josh, he advised me that my vehicle also needed an alignment and tires.
