Take your vehicle here!! One year later and still a great place to take my vehicle for mechanical service and repair!!!These guys not only effectively diagnosed my engine trouble and made excellent repairs, but they did it in a timely manner while keeping me informed. I completely trust this team with any vehicle issue. Took over 45 minutes to do State inspection. Other places have taken 20 minutes max. With only one person waiting after me the guy got on the phone and started ordering parts. I Please go somewhere else . Short staffed or have employees walking around not even acknowledging customers when coming in. Had two customers leave while I waited.

Robert, the manager, was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this location for auto service. Oil change was done in a timely manner, and the staff was very professional and helpful. Keep up the excellent service

Very disappointed in the service at this location. Have been taking multiple vehicles here for the last five years. This last time my wife brought it in for an inspection, the shop told her she would need work on front control arm that would cost $500. They did not provide her with the inspection report only with the cost to fix the car to pass inspection. I took the car took our mechanic who has worked on family cars for several years. He did not find any problems with suspension or steering. The car passed inspection at another location. Will not patronize this store and give warning to others for their shady practices.

I actually give them a 000. I just came here for air in my tire and been parked here for 30 mins and no one has ask me why I'm here. There are about 5 employees and all they do is look at me and ignore the fact that I'm here. Worst place ever and rude people.

I wanna thank Robert, Mauro and hector! Awesome guys! My McLaren got a nail in the left rear tire and I went to a couple tire shops and they didn t have the equipment to lift the vehicle or were afraid to work on it. Came to Midas, pulled up and Robert came immediately outside, inquired about the service I needed and quickly got me taken cared of. If you have an exotic vehicle that needs a tire repair, or tires in general come to these guys! Will definitely come back.Thank you gentlemen!

So far so great; Mauro is direct, chill, easy to work with and people oriented. I ve generally had positive experiences at Midas across the board at the end of the day, and this was no exception, though Mauro s friendly service and his expedient crew get things handled efficiently and with a strong morale that ensures you they care about their shop and reputation. 10/10Service: Brakes

Forgot to rate this place, but they did an excellent job and this is going to be my go to place from now on. Unlike the last mechanic they actually took the time to listen to me and find what was making noise. Now my ride is back to running smoothly.

I brought my newly purchased Toyota Tundra in to have it fixed. I had taken it to autozone to have a computer diagnostic on it because the check engine light came on. They wanted to charge me to have a full comprehensive diagnostics on it. I was not happy to say the least but I told them to go ahead. The diagnosis that autozone gave me was a $1600 repair. Midas called me and asked me to come back to the shop snd they showed me the issue was minor and it was an easier fix then what was thought. A fan had chewed through a wire and they are fixing it. They took the time to show me what was wrong instead of trying to rake me over for $1600. I am a women and so I was hesitant at first to let them do their diagnosis because shops always take advantage of women and try and get money out of us one way or another. I was anticipating them to tell me to come look and tell me it was going to be a huge amount of money. But they didn t, they actually saved me a bunch of money and time! I needed to get back on the road today to get home to San Antonio tomorrow to get back to work on Monday. So thank you guys! I appreciate your honesty and your efficiency!

I compared oil change prices and took advantage of the discount coupon online and I was impressed that the office personal came out to my vehicle even before I had a chance to park my vehicle and assisted in a courteous and professional manner and I like that I was given the expectation time and it was completed as stated. Then, I was given valuable information of other issues that need attention regarding brake issues. If I am treated as well as I was on this particular visit with all my previous personal visits before, I will continue to patronize your company.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car wouldn't start up so I had it towed here. I ended up needing my fuel pump replaced, which is a pricey job. Robert took the time to explain what my options were and helped me figure out the part was covered under warranty. Even though the work had to be done at a dealership for warranty to cover it Midas helped every step of the way and even offered to help talk to the dealer. They genuinely care about their customers and explain all your options before any work is done. I can't recommend this location enough.

I brought my car in early Saturday morning with a check engine issue. I was quickly helped and they had my car ready for me within three hours without even having an appointment. They were very transparent about the issues and were very professional during the entire experience. Definitely bring your car here if you have an issue.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had. Robert is truly a great manager as well as his amazing staff. I've had issues with my car over heating and took it to Firestone but they never figured out the problem and just over charged me. I called midas and Robert immediately helped me out and explained what could possibly be wrong and had me show up. Upon coming to the shop his staff started working immediately and they took care of me. They found out the problem and explained it to me for me to understand. My car is running better than ever thank you very much! I recommend this Auto shop to anyone who wants quality service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I'm new to El Paso and have visited Midas about 4-5 times over the past 6 months. Robert provided excellent service to me. Great communication and explanation of everything involved in my car's service. I didn't post until I had a good understanding of this shop, and I can say that Robert and the other staff do a great job for a fair price. First I want to say that the front staff were very professional and had great customer service. I have absolutely no complaints about how they handle customers. That being said, I do have to point out that I made $1800 repair and maintenance on my car and for the most part, everything worked out well. However, I also ordered for the alignment of my tires and unfortunately they did not render this service. I had to drive 600 miles the next day and my car s alignment was even WORSE than before. Driving 11 hours to dallas with my car shifting to the right was EXTREMELY frustrating and mentally exhausting. I m pretty disappointed in that regard and the only reason I m giving 3 stars is because with everything else they did a good job. But now I have to spend more money and time on fixing the misalignment of my car they worsened.

Timely service and very honest. I m glad I trusted my gut to allow these men to take care of my truck. I came in for an 30k maintenance and they did me justice by giving me the full run down with proof of what needed to be done. Quick, simple, and incredibly professional experience. We dropped our car off at around 1pm with 3 or 4 car problems that we couldn't identify ourselves - everything was identified and fixed by the time of closing. They explained everything they changed on the car and what was wrong wrong with the old parts in a clear and concise manner. A little pricy, but worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.
