Got an oil change for my vehicle here and the service was excellent, courteous, and very professional. Great prices and I received a free car wash (located across the street). Definitely recommend these guys and will be returning for regular maintenance of my vehicle

Great and quick service by friendly and attentive staff, whether they are changing your oil, getting your inspection sticker, or renting a uhaul to help a friend move.

Was told it would be 30 minute wait for inspection. Waited 1 hour. Was told I was next. Left to get back to work. They never got to my car.Don't state 30 minutes when in actuality you ment 1.5 hours! Poor service.

Ever since I got my car I've been coming to Master Care Lube and I haven't had any problems. I've gotten my oil changes and state inspections here and their prices have been very fair, plus the car wash tokens are appreciated.

I ve gotten oil changes and the Texas registration inspection done here and these guys are great! I went to another location first for the inspection and it took hours and was such a hassle. When I went to Master Care, it was totally different. Omar was fast, knowledgeable and just offered great service overall. I won t ever go anywhere else again!

Efficient and great service. After going to several places and not being able to get my inspection sticker because 'the inspector left' or 'the machine is not working', or 'the inspector is out for lunch'. While driving around, I ended up at Master Care Lube and had no issues. They were prompt. Thank you

First time here, I arrived after 3 other locations including my dealership couldn't work on my car because they had equipment not working for inspection or were out of filters for oil change. I got the full service done and it was quick while I stayed in vehicle. Best part was actually the attendant who took me,I believe his name is Colin, he was not only friendly but his manner of speaking was so calming, it really felt like he was there to take care of me.

I highly recommend going to these guys for just about any service you need. I'm from San Antonio and decided to take a trip to El Paso to visit my family and I noticed it was time for an oil change upon arriving. I decided to take my car to these guys because they were recommended to me and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Good prices and fast service. They also checked all my other fluids and topped them off as well as checking my tires for air and cleaning the filter. I will definitely be taking my car back to them the next time I'm in town and need something checked out or changed if needed

Always courteous and honest, the workers know what they are doing and are able to communicate what needs to be done. Their expertise goes beyond oil changes. They can fix all manner of issues including brakes, transmission oil replacement, radiator cleaning , etc. I have been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed in their quality of work. Highly recommended.

I recently moved to El Paso from the East Coast, and I was hesitant to get my oil changed because I didn't want to be taken advantage of for being from out of state. This place was extremely professional and didn't try and sell me on extra services. Unlike some other places I have been, where they tell you that basically your car is about to fall apart if you don't get these extra services done, these guys (Eduardo, Gilberto, and Christopher) worked professionally and quickly to change my oil. I will only go to this shop for my oil changes.Service: Oil change

Long way from California here. Oil change light on found this place from Google map. Fast and good service. Nice technicians with full knowledge told me which kind of oil needed otherwise the motor will get damaged. Only last time not sent my car to dealership. Lucky to fix the issue on the way! Highly recommended car care service place!!

Highly recommended. Master Care Lube doesn't only deal with oil changes. I have received a wide range of services from radiator cleaning to brake checks. As a loyal customer of nearly 5 years, I have had quality customer service provided by attentive employees and have never been disappointed in their quality of work.

Disregard the bad reviews. GREAT SERVICE. They will definitely get the job done. Been going for years for oil changes, filters, etc. The staff are very professional and they do a clean job. Great customer service!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop.

I would rate this place 5 stars but I did have a problem with one of the mechanics one time.There was a strange noise coming from inside the motor - he lied and told me It was the sparks plugs which I had done recently. Charged me and moved on. When the noise persisted than he told me the problem was elsewhere...It ended up being the engine mount when i took it elsewhere... that guy was shady. He's long gone - other than that, great experiences with the rest of the crew.

So totally awesome.. Car inspection in and out in about 20 minutes.. Unheard of! Definitely going there for my next oil change/lube job.. Very nice people too.

The guy here seemed to be overwhelmed with work. I tried getting a quote for a tune up and he wanted me to leave my vehicle, because he had an SUV, and a car ahead of me. I told him I just need to see how much it's going to be and he starts yelling he had to order parts and I'd have to leave the car and he might be able to do it today if not tomorrow? No thanks. I'll go somewhere else.

Master Care Lube is the only place I take my car for all my car needs (oil changes, inspections and any other tiny thing that comes up). The service is done with high expectations and never had an issue with their service. Keep up the amazing work Gil, Omar, Manny, Christian, Kiki and Mike! Two thumbs up!
