This tire shop is AWESOME. The gentleman are very friendly & polite. They eagerly answer all questions & don t rush you or pressure you. They provided me an estimate & they explained all the charges. They offer appointments which is extremely convenient.I definitely want to mention Omar Esparza .he made my visit very pleasant. He took the time to detail all of my options. You ROCK Omar

Came here after comparing prices and waiting times with a few other tire stores in the area and this place by far had the best prices. What was most important to us was fast service and we were in and out with 2 brank new tires and 1 brand new battery within an hour! Super friendly staff and very transparent with pricing and waiting times.

Martin Tire at crossroads has great customer service. I have had 2 flat tires in the last few months. Both times I noticed them on my way to work. Omar Esparza, one of the sales reps, was sympathetic and got me quickly taken care of so I wouldn't be late to work. I have used Martin tires for 40 years. They are always nice, do a good job, and provide great customer service.-Nancy H.

The manager was super and great to work with. Got us the best deal on tires even cheaper than other stores you would expect to be cheaper. Worked with us Military Discount and a sense of humor.

I came here after an awful experience with Pep Boys. Martin Tire was awesome! Curteous, respectful staff with such timely service! They even have complimentary popcorn which was such a treat for the kids. Thank you for such a great experience!

As usual, Sam and his men went above and beyond! There was an issue with some of the parts I wanted installed, and instead of giving up, Sam discussed a few options with me until we got to a solution. I have 7 vehicles/ trailers, and everyone of them is riding on Martin tires!

I had a great experience. It always good to go in and out! Went to get a tire left four new ones, but it was needed. Point is they were efficient didn t wait a long long time !

To me, there IS NO other tire shop in the city of El Paso, TX.If you need rubber on WHATEVER you drive, Miguel is the man you BETTER go talk to before you shop anywhere else if you know what s good for your vehicle. Miguel and Jose work like a VERY well maintained machine.Well done Team

Martin Tire on N Mesa did a good job ordering the tires I wanted, they received them the next morning and my car was done by noon. Very good customer service and I recommend this location.

I went to get a tire fixed because it was losing air little by little. The attendant said it was irreparable and had to be replaced. Ok I went with the pricey tire because the other one was made by China and was not good according to him. Found out that my tire is still losing air because they replaced the wrong tire. They didn t even checked to see if the tire was losing air and tried to patch it up. He said the same thing to another customer!

These guys were very proffessional and did a great job patching up my flat tire. They have a nice waiting room with coffee and a TV and a clean public restroom to use. It didn't take very long either. I'll definitely be coming back again for all my tire issues in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Martin tire on N Mesa. Who can say that?We were traveling through, had a bad blow out. Martin tire had the tires we needed, got to work right away and had us on the road within 2 hours. Sam Moreno, the manager was helpful and professional and patient with us in our distress and confusion.Can't say enough good things.

Only three stars, average, since I had to wait longer than I was initally told. The tires had to be delivered from across town.The service techs were very nice making sure the tires were installed as per my preference.

I've been going here for a little over a year now for my oil changes and to change my tires. They have been super helpful and respectful. They automatically apply any discounts and give fast service. They were understanding regarding my tires and could dig around looking for the best options for me.

These guys are THE BEST! Always polite, professional and prompt. They regularly inspect any tires I suspect of having a slow leak and never charge for this service. When it comes time for me to buy new tires for any of my vehicles, rest assured that Martin Tire has earned my business!!

Very happy with the service. Ordered my tires and they arrived the next day as quoted. Installation was efficient and man does my vehicle ride smooth. Would definitely go back!
