Nice staff, clean shop, quality work and efficient process all while sitting in your vehicle. They definitely try to maximize the total ticket price by promoting upgrades and additional services but this is typical. The oil change was great but it is definitely on the upper chelon of the cost spectrum but then again everything is outrageous these days. It's great if you're in a pinch or over your interval but if you are handy and able it might be worth skipping the convenience factor and doing your own to save some money.

I had a lovely experience. All the staff was kind, polite, well mannered and made this senior feel well taken care of. My tech for my visit on 3/21/24 was Chris R, amazing young man. For some reason my car wouldn t start, the guys jump started her and for whatever reason she s been running like she had, I was there for inspection and she passed. Guess it was my day to have something positive happen to me and I m glad I followed my first mind and stooped by! As long as those young men are servicing the public, I ll return!

Can't believe it took me so long to find a trusting, good, reliable oil change/inspection place! I've tried so many but absolutely no one compares to Lube X-press. Amazing service, honesty and fast! Dylan has provided the absolute best customer service. We need more people like Dylan.

Excellent manager. Do NOT go to the Lube and Go / Oil Changers across the street. It's just not worth it in comparison to the customer service you get here at Lube X-press. They give free cold water bottles and are a great place to go for a Texas Car Inspection. Better than the other place on this matter, trust me.

Took both my cars 2020 charger and 2023 Durango , the Durango started leaking oil after a month we took it turns out the filter was never tighten they owned up to it and fixed the mistake days later other car the charger started leaking took a look at it my self same issue filter was not right and all the oil was falling I would understand the mistake once but on both cars same error??? Used to take it here all the time but not anymore take at own risk. Hope it does not happen to someone else.

Very poor organization and customer service and this includes the manager. Arrived at this location today, the employees were standing around outside flipping signs out front attempting to drive customers in, I'd imagine and the bays were empty. The optics on this is that they had no customers waiting since the bays were emtpy. Once arrived we were told they had one customer waiting for an inspection and the wait would be 25min. We left our car there after we filled out our data card. Came back 45m later, they had pulled in other cars, that presumably came after us since we were told there was one car ahead. We asked one of the staff memebers who turned out to be the actual manager about the status of our vehicle. He was very dismissive about our concerns. The owners/management need to give the crew there some specialized training in customer service. We pulled our vehicle out and left. I can't connect the dots in my head why the staff was standing around not doing anything with the bays empty, while cusotmers are waiting on their vehicle. This is poor customer service and have zero consideration for other's time. Will not be returning. Do not recommend if you value your time.

This experience was awesome .waited in my car while Miguel Garcia took care of everything the guys were really professional explained what I needed and what wasn t necessary at this time I m so impressed .i am for sure coming back .see u guys soon

I visited on The weekend to service my car, and they were open, ready and very fast and professional. The customer service is awesome and their products are great quality I saved money, time and got treated with respect. I will continue going to get my car service there.

I highly recommend this place. They are so professional and quick. This is my favorite place to bring my car to and been coming here for a while now because they take their time to explain to you every detail about when servicing your vehicle and also this place has the best customer service.

I visited the Resler location two days in a row for state inspections, Miguel and Christopher did an excellent job both days, very efficient, fast and extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning for oil changes and will recommend this place!!! Thank you for the awesome service.

Well I have Ford Fiesta for so many years and now I m here in El Paso and I went to have service the I need. Was three guys working at the store and no one come to asked me if I wanted anything so I just left and come home talk to me husband the situation his sending letters to corporations because I have 5 years free service!! That s why I went again to lube x -press realer thank you for your existence God bless your teams work

I had a quick, joyful and successful visit yesterday! All of the employees were kind, answered my questions, thorough, and professional. For some reason I m unable to select oil change, but that s the main reason I went. Awesome place!! Typically, I do my own oil changes due to bad experiences. Didn t Have the chance this time around, so came here, and it was an excellent experience. Everyone s super knowledgeable. The Manager Israel took the time to explain each product that they have and how they work and only recommended the things I needed. Fast and friendly service. State inspection was performed quickly. Staff recommended air filter replacement by showing me the condition of it and the new one to compare but without being pushy.

Got right in and they went systematically through the check points. Everything was explained clearly and the car was well taken care of and re-set with fluids, monitors and air for the tires. I m worry free for the next 3-6 months
