Very professional employees. Very efficient and quick. Told me about an oil leak on my oil pan that I had a suspicion of for a while. The Manager, Carlos Hernandez, checked his employees ensuring everything was completed correctly. I will definitely be back.

Excellent and very helpful and friendly staff, extremely affordable prices and my oil changes were quick and done right. I like and trust Lube X-press Dyer so much I take both my cars to get service. I highly recommend them for your maintenance needs.

Went for an oil change and state inspection. Super fast, very friendly. Did not try to sell me extra items i did not need. They even do top ups after 3 months between oil changes!! Great service all around.

Dyer location was great. I needed an inspection done. There were 4 cars ahead of me. It went fast, soon I was sitting in their very clean waiting area. Very I pressed. Mr. Solis was great, very nice and honest. He took care of everything quickly.Great service, great location n clean, great prices. I will definitely be come back to this location.

The service at this shop is superb. The employees are not only friendly, but very knowledgeable. They treat you like family. We trust this shop and will not go anywhere else. Special kudos to Carlos. Our car was not running well and he told us what the problem might be. Our car is now running great. Great job!!

I have been going to Lube X-Press for years. I've always gone to the one off of Zaragoza but in my recent move to the Northeast I came across the one located on Dyer.They are so nice and so professional, I wish more companies and businesses were conducting their businesses this way.Carlos was so nice and friendly while still maintaining professionalism. Customer service is exceptional and I will always highly recommend them for any of your Automotive services that they provide.

All I can say is wow! The staff was amazing! I pulled in at about 5:30pm after work and they treated me as if I was a morning customer. The services weren t rushed, and everyone was very nice and respectful. We even held conversations while they were working on my car so it wasn t awkward. Shout out to Justin for explaining everything in detail to me, and going the extra mile to explain what other services were needed for my vehicle. Will definitely be returning again!Update: I returned today to get the other services my car needed and they were just as amazing as the first time! Isaiah was so nice, and so patient with me! He as well explained everything in detail to me, and I left just as satisfied as the first time. I will definitely be returning in the future

This place was amazing! It was clean and the staff was very friendly! I had to get my state inspection done on a Saturday at 4:00pm. The staff was great and they finished the job quickly. We even got a nice free air freshener at the end. Thank you so much for this great experience and friendly service. I will definitely be coming back.

Really fast and excellent service. I m a regular at the east side location off Pebble Hills. But we bought a home in the north east, and it was a 5 minute drive. Was there no more than 30 minutes. I believe the gentleman that assisted me was Justin, super sweet man! Very helpful

Raymond and his team took care of me from start to finish. I did have questions regarding my new Chevy Cruze and wanted it serviced. From needing an oil change I wanted to get the coolant serviced as well and they took care of both fast and efficiently. Raymond did tell me I needed a new air filter and wipers, unlike most places where they give those recommendations even though their not needed, Raymond took the time to actually show me what needed to be replaced and the wear and tear that was caused to those products. I will definitely be back and continue to bring my vehicles here!Carlos had also helped me with getting my inspection done another day as well. Hospitality makes the visit so memorable. Thank you guys!

I usually wait to review a place after going 3 times. Today was the day! They have a very friendly and very knowledgeable staff, very patient, by the way. As a woman in this cruel world, they treat me with dignity and respect. They explained everything in detail, Justin and his co-worker really went overboard for their customers. I couldn't get his name, but wow, they're a duo! I waited only 20 minutes or less. Thank you so much for being an honest and very efficient business!

Update: Upon a second visit, I still highly recommend this location! Richard was honest, prompt, kind, and incredibly helpful with my state inspection and air filter change.Highly recommend for state inspections! They were very professional, quick, and polite! As soon as I parked in the state inspection lot, someone came out to greet me with a cold water bottle and appropriate paperwork! I hadn t even called ahead! The inspection was done quickly and they even gave me complimentary air freshener. The waiting space has great air conditioning as well. Most pleasant state inspection I ve ever had! Highly recommend, I would definitely come back.

They were so nice and incredibly professional. As a woman it can be intimidating to go to places like this, but not here. They did not make me feel bad for not knowing something about my vehicle. When it was done my technician explained the added on services they offer but never once made me feel intimidated to purchase them- -like some other places tend to do. I fell safe & welcome here. Definitely will recommend & bring all of our vehicles to this incredible business.

Very courteous and friendly staff...from the person who first greeted me to the one who ended up servicing my vehicle! I was initially advised how many cars were in front of me and how long it would take, which I appreciate. The service was pretty prompt and speedy. Oh, and I must commend them on the clean restroom! Very pleasant! The location is actually pretty far from me, but I will continue going there because of my pleasant experience. Thank you guys!

I got there early to ensure getting my oil changed as soon as they opened. The workers took me in before they even fully opened the shop. They were very communicative and worked fast and efficiently. Service is always great, this is why we continue to come here.

Amazing customer service. Richard was great! Brought my car in for an inspection and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was treated very kindly and was given important information about my car and the services they offer for future reference. Will definitely come back, 10/10!!

I went in to inquire about getting my fluids flushed and filled, coolant etc. I spoke with with Carlos and he explained in detail , he was very professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that it didn't take that long .I'm especially happy that I got the injectors induction. I can tell a big difference how my car starts and take off. I'm very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this business. Ask for Carlos , he'll get it done in a professional manner.

I had a wonderful experience. I was pulled into the bay and was asked what I needed. I was able to stay in my vehicle while they worked on my oil change and Isaiah was extremely communicative letting me know exactly what he was doing as well as offering thoughtful upgrades. I had great service and would definitely come back again.

Went to get my oil changed and was in and out in under 15 minutes. From the start David and Richard were courteous and attentive. They topped off all the fluids and checked all the tires pressure.
