Great shop, took my car for custom headlights installation, it took 3 days to complete the job and I love how my lights also once I drop off my car they offer to take me home for free. Super great shop and super friendly staff

Went in yesterday to buy a tire for my 2500 sprinter and told them it needed to be a ten ply. Well I got a passenger tire and was told I d have to pay 65 more for an exchange. I told them I had already bought one they said the warehouse guy gave them the wrong tire that wasn t my fault and they still want to charge me $65 to exchange it. Then she said it s because 10 ply is more expensive .so she did know she was selling me the wrong tire. this mistake could ve caused a serious accident for me and my employees and anyone else around in the freeway..

I looked on getting some tires for my jeep and after seeing their reviews I decided to check it out, Jojo got me a new set of tires at a great price and within an hour I was out the door. I highly recommend this tire shop they really go above and beyond for their customers.

Went late one evening and I felt they went out of their way to get me the tire I needed but come to find out it was the wrong one the next day. But again they took care of us to make the exchanges need. Happy with the service they provided.

Very attentive and friendly didn t wait no longer then 10 min to get accepted for snap, and got my 4new tiers the same day!! Great environment hope I don t need to back to fix anything BUT maybe just to get some new rims for my new tiers

Came into the shop today for a tire repair and it was a quick in and out which I honestly appreciate on my day off. JoJo was the tech on duty and he was very honestly and polite and willing to work with you in any interests in his field of work. Definitely coming back for the headlights and switching out the rims bro thank you

They guys @ Jay's are top notch! had an issue with the kit I had put in by them and they bent over backwards to make it right!!You don't find Customer service like this anymore. If you want tires and or service done THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!Thanks again for the service!! AA++

Had a nail in the tire with slow air leak. Was looking for a place where I could just roll up and get it fixed right away without a wait. Got lucky and found this place and this fixed it immediately at a very reasonable cost. I was in and out in about 30 minutes more a less. 5 stars for the quick easy service!

No one else had the tire I needed except Jays. Great people and they have quick service. I highly recommend going here if you re looking for tires

So I had taken my F-150 and Blazer . I took the ford for AC work and the never figured it out. Turns out it was overcharged. The blazer had a transmission leak and that was not fixed. I ended up paying over 1,000$. The owners are good guys and know about tires but their mechanic was not good at all

I can't say enough praises about this business whether you are in El Paso or San Antonio everyone should come here for their tire needs dump those big names in red shirts that make you wait hours. Come down to Jay's tire shop where you're treated like family.

Called when both rear tires of our vehicle went flat and left us stranded. Really amazing and quick response time, got our problem sorted efficiently and for a great price. Can t recommend this shop enough. Great people, great prices, and great service.

I was the unfortunate victim of vandal slashing both of the rear valve stems on my Volvo V60. I was eating lunch in El Paso with my family on our way to California and came out of the restaurant to two flat tires. I called Jay s Tire Shop and the day was saved. He sent a service truck out to my location and removed the my wheels with the damaged tires from my car, took them back to his shop, replaced the valve stems and returned to my location to reinstall the wheels. My car was good as new and me and the family were back on the road to California within and hour. I would HIGHLY recommend Jay s Tire Shop to anyone that needs anything to do with tires or wheels. The shop does fantastic work and Jay is as honest as they come. Please consider giving him your business rather than the big corporate chains like Firestone or Discount Tire. You will be glad that you made the decision to use Jay s.

Had learned about Jay s Tire Shop when I visited from doing business with their neighbors. Glad I returned to get my tires for my Pathfinder there. They had awesome prices and even better service. Completely Honest about the whole process and I will definitely be returning to get my truck Tires from them. Great Local company professional Service and just took care of us from start to finish!!

Wife had a blow out, and my brother in law recommended Jay's Tire Shop. Professional service and I was in and out with a new set of 4 tires in about 1 hour. I will be coming back when I need to get tires for my other vehicle. Great service and an awesome price.

Excellent customer service. Came in with a flat on original Tesla 2020 tire. They managed to patch it up with reasonable rates and quickness. Would definitely recommend this shop!!

Talked to Jojo about tires for my truck. Gave me different pieces on different brands and explained the difference in all the tires. Very knowledgeable. Didn't feel forced to make a decision on purchasing tires. Will definitely go back and get the work done with him. He was recommended by my son who purchased some tires from him.

They have amazing customer service! Love the fact that I didn't get bullied into buying something that I don't need. They listen to what you need and they take it from there. Very friendly and helpful bunch of guys. Definitely coming back with them for my next set of new rim and tires!

I was traveling from San Francisco to Houston Texas and my Audi RS3 I have had an out of balance tire on the front. I drove up on a Saturday and they got me taken care of within 30 minutes and the car drove perfect the rest of the way to Houston They treated me like I was a regular.. Much appreciated!!!Great guys to deal with!

I highly recommend the shop, I needed arms and Shocks for my late husband s truck, Thank God they know what they re talking about also did not try and push expensive products on me, they just wanted to give me the best quality Product and Service For my budget. my late husband would be so proud of the work they did on the truck, it runs smooth no problems. They answer every question and take you through the whole process. Thank you God Bless you guys.

July 2021 Went back to Jay's Tire Shop with another lil truck because they are still the best in town! Great prices on Falkens and best customer service!November 2018 lil tire shop in TX. Excellent customer service. Jojo & Mike listened to my truck needs and recommended the best tires for my budget. They didn't try to sell me excessive tires, they simply sold me what I asked for. Their prices are better than the bigger tire stores in town. Honest, friendly and professional. I will definitely return to buy more tires from them.
