Recently took in my vehicle and was quoted $2800. Once they got into the job they found the issue was not as bad as originally thought. I ended up only paying $800. Very honest group that does amazing work! I highly recommend J&S.

Outstanding service at a great price!From the get-go, customer service representative named Katy was warm and friendly. I towed in my Diesel, a Jetta TDI, and the mechanics quickly got to work. My Turbocharger had blown due to catastrophic failure and I also needed a new intercooler along with a clock spring to fix my horn.They allowed me to purchase parts from my favorite online retailer. I brought the parts in and they got me up and running in no time at a great price. I wanna thank all the folks including Stuart, Andre and Jacob down @J&S Auto Works for the great job!Thanks a bunch!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

I own a commercial business that has 10 vehicles that must be up and running. Every time that one breaks down, we take it over to Stuart at J&S Auto. His team is quick to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. Had one commercial vehicle that was taken to the dealer and they wanted 2300 plus parts to fix it. Stewart did the entire job for $300.00. Appreciate the fast and honest service. Been using his company for over 10 years now.

We have been taking our cars to J&S since we arrived here in EP in 2015. My car overheated downtown and I asked our realtor if she knew a dependable shop I could have the car towed to. Since then, J&S has worked on all of our cars, RVs and travel trailer. Stuart never says no...he tries to figure it out. If it is not something he does / can do, he tells you so and recommends a shop that does. His rates are more than fair and when he fixes something, it works. I also appreciate that he allows us to purchase the parts. We don't go anywhere else!Update Oct 3 - He really goes above and beyond. The rear axle on our RV broke. The whole rear end had to be replaced. His friend was selling an RV with a similar rear end to ours. We bought it, had it towed to a friend's land. Stuart and crew removed the rear end and other parts, installed it, then modified the driveshaft. Once again she rides!

My car broke down halfway through a 20 hour drive and these guys within an hour of calling and having my car arrive at their shop, were able to diagnose the problem and tell me a quote for the repair. 3 hours later it was done and ready to pick up. I m extremely impressed and the courtesy, speed and professionalism shown at this business. If I could put more stars I would.

Stuart is amazing! My car broke down yesterday and got to his place at around 7:00pm, after hours. The part that broke had to be ordered. He knew I was on a time crunch, so he called around and found a part on the other side of El Paso. My car is now sitting in my driveway. It was ready by 1pm today because he took the time to find the part so I wouldn't have to wait till Monday. My family has been going to him for years, we've never been let down or overcharged.

Stewart and Chuy are the only honest mechanics I know. They have saved me from dishonest dealer repairs on several occasions. They've found excellent alternatives on expensive parts for me and guarantee their work. These guys are life savers!

stuart is better than any car dealership mechanic in town. he will never rip you off and only uses the best products and the service is quick. rudolph honda wanted almost 1000 for a timing belt service and the truck would need to stay all day. stuart used the same parts for 800 and i got it back by noon. he is the best

I highly recommend J&S autoworks. They are very kind and knowledgeable about their work. They were able to help me with my Volkswagen when other shops wouldn t even look at it. They go out of their way for their customers and are very reasonable in price.

If they hear a female voice your quote will go up by more than 200%. It doesn t cost 500 + in parts and labor for an alternator. Sexist shop hoping to work over vulnerable customers.

The shop didn't call me before they worked on my car so I got an invoice for an unexpected amount. The owner was pretty unprofessional about it when I brought it up to him. Disappointing.
