My experience was amazing here! If you are looking for a state inspection service this your place! So quick and Fabian from his staff was beyond friendly! Highly recommend

The front desk was extremely helpful! Shoutout to David he is great! I had to take my car back 5/6x within 2 weeks because more problems happened after I went for something small initially! But David was very helpful in making sure it all got done the RIGHT way with the RIGHT person!

Having to get your car towed due to cylinder misfires is never a fun experience, but the folks at this Firestone were an absolute godsend. I was able to get my car taken care of in short order for a very reasonable price, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in getting my issues fixed.

I always receive excellent service at this Firestone. Employees are so nice and efficient. The only thing is I was shocked by the $300 battery. That hurt.

Travel almost 30 miles just to go to this place because they have great reviews. It was definitely worth it. The staff are very friendly and honest about their job. They gave me a estimate of how much and how long its gonna take and they kept their words.

I need my work vans every day all day long and when I can get them in and out of the facility with the work required to keep them running safely and smoothly and keep my drivers safe then I will always recommend. Thank you David at the Firestone on Mesa and Executive Center.

went for a diagnostic, was told I needed a new fuel pump. paid for the new fuel pump and also received damages to my gas tank and hood. I would leave 0 stars if I could. definitely not going back

It's raining cats and dogs today, been in and out of the rain this afternoon. I only needed air in one of my tires and was going to do it myself, but Ari said they got it and insisted on doing all 4 even if they got wet. That was superb customer service!

The courtesy check is good since it identifies issues on the vehicle which has not been noticed by the car owner.

(Edit: I wish I could give this place more than one 5-star review! My old car had a couple of little issues over the last year and each time the folks at Firestone diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts, and had me out the door for a reasonable price. Super reliable and trustworthy place!) Here s my review from last year ->I ve been coming to this location for almost a decade. They take great care of my very old car and it keeps running. Most recently: they replaced spark plugs. A few weeks later, one turned out to be defective. They replaced them without charging me anything, even refunded the diagnostic cost. That s how you keep customers happy, returning, (and even writing good reviews online). Thanks Firestone!

Got my tires replaced from this place as well as got rotations/alignment done several times. Great service, no complains. Absolutely useless. Or lazy.Asking for help and after a generalized description of what needs done through phone. They say they don t have the parts and the guy who helps isn t in.Not even visually checking what s wrong.Btw it s a simple part replacement and I have the part.

Came in to get a couple tires installed, delivered by Tire Rack. They were very backed up but customer care and service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and worked around my schedule to the best of their abilities despite being super busy. Highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

So thankful this repair business was close by, as my vehicle would not start. Completely dead and did not indicate why. I had to call a tow and they allowed me to bring the vehicle to them on short notice. They did a great job on diagnostics and could not find any electrical problems. Weirder than that was the vehicle started right up after it was towed. They did not charge me anything. I was so grateful since I had to pay $$ for the towing. Very nice Firestone shop. Thanks.

Didn't bring my truck here. They quoted $470 to replace front shocks on my 2011 F350. Pep Boys did it for $140 (because I already purchased my choice of shocks for $145 total). Firestone ADAMANTLY REFUSED to install my choice of front shocks. Total time charge was 1.5 hours of labor at Pep Boys. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Overall poor experience at Firestone. Recently used this company for a replacement of a heater hose coupler for my VW jetta. It broke about 1 block away from firestone, so I figured I would take it close by and not have it towed to my regular mechanic (Big mistake)Background: My vehicle had no prior coolant leaks, I keep the vehicle in a garage and have always kept up on regular maintenance, oil changes, fixing the car as needed, the plastic was just brittle and it broke, dumping the reservoir coolant.I figured Firestone could handle this job. They fix the heater hose, perform their pressure test, charge me for it, tell me everything is in working order with no other leaks. in total, the job cost around $230. Again, no leaks prior to this episode. I arrive home that night and notice a small leak coming from the radiator. I take it back in the morning, they tell me it's cracked where the heater hose connects to the radiator, deny any wrongdoing then send me an invoice for another coolant leak test with a quote for a radiator replacement of $800+. I understand if things happen and something else breaks, it happens, but own up to it, try to make it right, Avoid this place like the plague. Spend the extra dollar (even if it means spending the extra $100 to tow or whatever) by taking it to an honest, reputable mechanic.

Until today, this location and staff have been excellent. Today, the Service Writer was sitting in back office, and I had to summon her to help me.Her help was to dismiss my inquiry, tell me I was wrong and prove it by having me speak to a mechanic, because as she told me, I was not one.Spoke to me with attitude and dis-respect! Quite surprising, given the Firestone motto!Did not listen to my request, and did not respond the the questions I asked. She did answer same answer over and over! No customer respect at all.20 years of patronage at this location was put at risk by her actions. I trust the Store/District Mgr will address this matter.

I scheduled an appointment for 12p and more than 1 hour passed while I waited to have my tire repaired. I inquired about my appointment and immediately, I found myself into a confrontation with the employee. He was extremely rude and at one point even raised his voice at me. Needless to say, I won't be returning to the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Mesa in El Paso Tx.

If I could leave a negative number or 0 rating I would. Useless, incompetent, liars, bad business. I made the mistake of using Firestone in El Paso and buying the lifetime alignment. In California I had no issues here the two I ve used in Mesa st bad bad bad. I brought my car here to have my vehicle aligned because I had a road trip the next day. I dropped off at 150pm and was supposed to be sue at 5pm. Assisted and told by Roman. I called around 530 to be told that it will be ready around closer to 7pm right before closing. I was told this by Claudia ( same woman that helped me and lied to many of us at the other Firestone at Mesa) I get there because never received a call around 655pm and Claudia was barely calling me only to tell me that the machine was down and they were unable to do the alignment. When I asked how long has they known the machine was down, no answer. So wasted day and I had to miss important. appointments just like a few days ago at the other Mesa Firestone, due to what Claudia had said and the incompetence of their tech. Don t waste your money and time with Firestone.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My wife had problems with the tires on her Tesla X and she went to firestone on July 28 because we had warranty on one tire that we bought last year. We dropped it off in the morning and after 2 or 3 hours later they called my wife saying that we need to change all 4 tires. My wife told them one was should still be under warranty (lifetime warranty) as we bought it around 1 year ago. After my wife told them that, they told her that only 3 tires needed to be changed not all 4 as the one with warranty was still good. My wife couldn't believe them after they had originally told her that she needed to change all 4. So we went to Tesla and Discount tire and both told us that all 4 tires were bad and that they all needed changing. Not to mention the ridiculous prices they have for those specific tires. They're more expensive than going to the Tesla dealership. Then on 6/4/2023 I went to buy 2 tires and had them aligned for my Hyundai Palisade because i was going on a trip. When I was driving I noticed that the steering wheel was pulling to the left and i had to keep it moving to the right. Then when i arrived to my destination i checked with another firestone and they "realigned" it, but on my drive back it was a little better but the problem was still there. I came back to this firestone and the said they would fix it but it wasn't. I had to call and take it to Hyundai to get it aligned properly. I went to 2 different firestones for the same problem and they couldn't fix their own mistakes. Bad service and bad bad employee training if they cant even get a warranty right.
