I don t normally write reviews however our experience was so outstanding that we knew it was a must.Our Escalade had extensive hail damage and it left our vehicle looking absolutely dismal. We came across El Paso Dent Repair via a simple google search. They were quick in scheduling our repair estimate and we decided to use them for our repair. Chet was great about communicating regarding the progress of the repair and provided a very fair timeline. We picked up our vehicle and I was absolutely blown away, they restored it to its original beauty and went above beyond.Great experience, 100% would recommend their work!

Can't recommend enough! Don't look elsewhere. My car was severely damaged by hail (insurance appraiser said it was the worst he's seen in a good while) and they literally made it look even newer than before! Chet and his whole team took care of me and made the whole process as smooth as possible. They were able to avoid cutting my car top which I really appreciated, and even updated my bumper to a sport version. Thanks again !

Chet and his team were nothing but honest, friendly, and communicative through the entire process. Reasonable rates and the repairs to my 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro were flawless! Good as new! They are true magicians... Every where I went, they wanted to do paint filler and clear coat match.. Not this business, they were confident and strategic in their work and were able to PDR. Every other place wanted to keep me car all day or over night. They were able to complete within 3 hours. Will be going back once I get matching touch up paint to finish up the work, and to take another vehicle to them to fix a dent.

I have had my truck repaired by them on two seperate occasions and both repairs were excellent. Even better was the amazing detailing of my vehicle they did along with the repairs. These guys are great! They did the work in a timely manner not to mention the customer service and knowledgeable team. I have a 2018 Subaru STI that had several dents all over the vehicle. Not only did they get it done same day but I can t even tell where the damage was! 10/10 for me, highly recommended.

Chet did a great job with my keep wrangler. I ve had one of the infamous mirror dents in the fender of my wrangler jk for many years now; I recently tried to fix it myself, but ended up making it worse. Chet had it fixed in about an hour and even corrected all the extra issues I caused from my attempts. Completely paintless repair and pricing was fair. They did a superb job on my severely hail damaged car. My car looks like the day I bought it! They truly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond with communication and thoroughness. The entire staff was very helpful and nice and went out of their way to answer any and all questions. Chet was extremely helpful and kind in explaining what exactly was happening with the vehicle in step by step manner as well as Sylvia was wonderful explaining the financial and insurance processes. Here s to hoping no more hail damage in the future but if so, I ll be sure to take it back to their shop!

Amazing customer service! The owner was really nice and explained everything with detail, ensuring I understood the ins and outs of the process. His work was impecable and service was done faster than I expected. Reasonable price and offers discounts to military/ border patrol. I would highly recommend!

I needed my car to be fixed and ready in a very small window of time and they managed to not only fix my car within that time frame, but did an excellent job at fixing my hail damage. I got a really good price and Tanya and the owner were extremely helpful and kept in good and constant contact with me to make sure I was up to date with what was happening with my car. As I mentioned, I was very satisfied with their work and definitely recommend any one to do business with them as far as hail damage as that's the only experience I have with them. I am definitely coming back here should I ever get hail damage again. A few family members saw the before and after of my car and they agreed they did a great job. One has hail damage and he will be coming here to get his truck fixed as well. P.S. I cannot stress how helpful Tanya was. She deserves a raise $$$ for sure, I absolutely loved her and her customer service!!

El Paso dent repair with Chet and his team once again did a phenomenal job on my truck. This isn t the first time I have used them for a repair and once again after coming in with an unreasonable deadline and high expectations, Chet and his team were was able to meet my needs and exceed my expectations! This business believes in unwavering customer service and perfection in all they do! I will be doing all my business with the shop as long as I am in the El Paso area and would recommend them to ANYONE! If I had a million dollar Lamborghini, I would bring it to this business without hesitation due to my confidence in their craftsmanship. All the quality work comes at reasonable prices as well. Great people, great service! Family owned and operated, they make you feel like part of their family. They went out of there way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The owner, his son, and crew were very detailed. Had several door dings, different sizes. My truck came out like new! Fair prices, very knowledgeable. Best dent repair in El Paso! Don't even think about going elsewhere....When I get more dings, I will definitely go back

Extremely satisfied! My Lexus had hail damage from the recent hail storm. I was careful and did my research on different shops because you hear about these pop up shops or out of town companies that will come in, and take your money. I stopped in to visit El Paso Dent Repair, and was very impressed with everyone and everything I saw. The owner Chet came out and gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to all of the hard working staff in the shop, showed me around, explained the process for repair, was very informative and knowledgeable and has many years of experience. There were many vehicles, a lot of nice higher end vehicles in the shop being repaired which also made me feel comfortable leaving my Lexus. I picked it up today and my suv is looking brand new!! Better than ever! Hands down, They did a great job. Over all experience was excellent.. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This place is extraordinary. El Paso Dent Repair are the best in El Paso and I can attest to that. I went in after looking all over the internet for a reliable place and I'm so glad I did. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Chet and staff are extremely knowledgeable and had my car looking new after being severely damaged with hail. I couldn't believe my eyes once I saw my car completed. It's like it was never in a hail storm. Not only do they do a fantastic job but the customer service is excellent, super friendly staff, clean shop, and Chet will make sure your car is well taken care of. Took our car here for some hail damage repair and our expectations were far exceeded. Everyone we encountered here was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. This place is awesome! A professional and extremely knowledgeable staff that has a huge focus on customer service. Tania, not sure if I spelled her name right, called me often with updates on every detail about what was being done to my car and with updates from my insurance while it was there for repairs. On top of that, they were really accurate with the time frames on when my car would be ready. Most important though, my car came out amazing!!! There was no evidence of any hail damage left and a lot of the original paint came out looking like glass! They also fully detailed my car after. Inside and out! Looks better than new! The owner, Chet, even took the time to buff out a paint transfer from a yellow pillar that jumped out and hit my car several months ago! I can t praise this place enough! Definitely using their services in the future if needed! Thank you El Paso Dent Repair!

I am very very impress with the job the guys performed on my mustang. Making it look like if it was New after being all beaten by the hail. They always keep you informed on every step of the way. I brought my car in for hail repair solely from the reviews online. From start to finish they were extremely professional, walking me through each step, and the costs associated with the repair. They did a fantastic job, and didn't want to deliver my car to me without it looking brand new again. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody, and if need be, they will definitely be my first choice.

I had gotten into a minor car accident that had left my passenger door needing to be replaced. Looked at all the great reviews this shop had and decided to give it a try. Tanya came out inspected my door and broke down all the costs and what was needed to fix my car. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. My car looks amazing. Amazing service, door took a dent at 840am called them soon as they opened. Took my truck in and it was good as new in an hour. Very professional and friendly staff. Even let me go in thr back and watch the process. Hands down the best service in el paso.

Very fast friendly service. I was able to have my vehicle repaired the same day. My car looks like new again. Hopefully i won't have to return but i will definitely come back if needed.I returned again on 04/12/19. I cant speak highly enough of the customer service and work done here at El Paso Dent Repair. I cannot say enough about Chet and El Paso Dent. My husband and I went there for some hail damage on our leased vehicle before we turned it in. We were moving and we explained our haste to Chet and he worked with us immediately to get our car worked on. When I went to drop my husband and his car off, my car battery died! The awesome guys at EP Dent jumped my car and actually helped me to diagnose the issue and install my new battery. It was so nice in that vulnerable moment to have Chet be honest with me and really make me feel like I could trust him. Later that day, we went to pick up my husband s car and it was perfectly dent free! This is a family business and Chet truly treated us like part of his family. If you are trying to decide where to go, I encourage you to give them a call and check it out. You won t be disappointed with their transparency, hard work, and kindness.

They provided great service for my for scratched up baby. The price seemed very fair although I do not know what the dealership price would have been for comparison. But I came because of the good reviews and I can attest to this. They offered me a ride to and from which was nice. Everyone I interacted with was nice and professional. I would recommend!

I had a couple of dings on my GMC Denali HD2500 and contacted the folks over at El Paso Dent Repair and never regretted one minute of it. The owner (Chet) and his entire staff were fantastic, professional, polite and took care of business very, very well. The work was completed on time and was beautifully done. I doubted that the dings would be removed but Chet did OUTSTANDING work. The damage disappeared!!I highly recommended and will definitely go back if and when I need some work. Thanks for a great experience!!

El Paso Dent Repair did an amazing job on my truck. It looks brand new! They detailed it before giving it back. They also placed me in a rental car for 5 days after painting had to be delayed do to weather. Superb service and professional experts. I highly recommend this place.
