Excellent Service! Ray, my sales man helped me get 4 new tires on my corvette by the very next day and even installed the locking nuts for me. Kevin, the manager was as professional as you could wish for. Thanks guys! You'll have me as a customer for life.

Best tire shop in El Paso. I had issues with some tires I purchased a few years prior, and the tire wore out sooner than they should have. The first store I went to told me they couldn't help. I came to this store where Marco and Kevin helped me out and made things more than right. They offered exceptional customer service and a very helpful attitude about the whole situation. Kevin got the tire ordered and gave it 5 to 7 days to come in. They arrived in 3. I went to the store and was in and out in less than an hour. These guys have given me the best experience with discount tire in the last 15 years. Thank you

Yesterday I changed the rear tires on a box truck there. I bought four new tires.The workers removed the valve caps from my wheels and did not put them back on. Wheel valve caps are very important.Two tires were inflated to normal pressure of 65 psi, and the other two tires were inflated to 85 psi. Is it dangerous. The maximum pressure written on the tire is 80 psi. I drove 500 miles with this tire pressure.The wheels on the left side were also installed incorrectly. I asked to put the white wheel on the outside, and the old and dirty wheel on the inside. The guys replied that they were the same. I will attach a photo of how it was before the visit and how it turned out.

Great experience, Kevin the store manager helped me out in a time of need. My Tire had a screw and could not be fixed, and I don t have money for a tire, so I have to use it with a screw in it until I can afford a tire, but it was in a dangerous place and Kevin concerned about my family s safety offered to put a new tire on it and I can pay for it when I have the money.God you and Thank you

Had an unexpected flat tire from a nail i received probably from all the dumb construction going on in the east side, I contacted Discount Tire about any potential appointments until I was told that I could just come in as a walk-in, long story short Adrian helped me and was very welcoming and professional and I got my car up and running in less than an hour. Staff here is great and they get straight to the point. Appreciate you guys!

Dropped off two wheels to get new tires while rebuilding my front end. After i got home with the tires, i realized that one of my tpms had been broken and replaced without telling me. For those that are unfamiliar, the sensor has to be paired with the car on certain models, mine being one. Im mostly disappointed in the fact i wasn t made aware. Had I drove my car in, it would have been noticeable from the beginning as id have a tire light on, which im assuming they knew i wouldnt notice until my car was put back together. Pictured below is both tires, one with a brand new sensor and the other original sensor. Now im stuck with a tire light and feeling little trust in this discount tire.

Staff inside are nice and attentive which ends the positive.Twice I came here for wheel balancing and both times they couldn t get it right. During the second service they damaged my brand new rim without mentioning it to me whatsoever (I discovered the damage at home after closing hours). The garage staff clearly don t care nor are they attentive. Do not come here if you care about your property.UPDATE: They did replace the damaged rim, no charge. Kudos for the simple resolution with no push back.

Great customer service! They do poke a little but its never too busy! Thank you for always doing the job right the first time! My life is literally at your mercy after getting new tires, wheels rotated, etc.

Had a flat tire that could not be fixed due to the location of the screw that punctured the side wall. It s always a good thing to have a warranty. The staff at the Montana location were very professional and offered many different suggestions on tires that they had in stock. We were able to get a new tire and have it installed in no time. Awesome service and friendly staff.

Went in for tire rotation and balance. They finished a little too fast so I checked and the tires where in the exact same place so I took it back. Sure enough, none of the tires were balanced or rotated

Staff is very helpful and polite. I ordered tires on a Monday. I was notified by email that the tires came in the same day. Called the store to make an appointment for installation. I arrived the day of my appointment before the allotted time paid for the tires and turned over my keys. The clerk said it shouldn t take more than an hour. After an hour and 10 minutes I noticed they were barely pulling my vehicle in. When I asked what is going on the clerk said they had other people with appointments both before and after me. Of course the people with appointments before me should be taken care of first but what the hell did appointments after mine have to do with anything. Why bother to make an appointment at all!Generally the service here is good and the prices are great but today was a disappointing visit.

I had a 5 inch chunk of tire come off from a broken cord that took up about 40% of the tire. I drove over there, talked to Luis and he got me fixed up in just over an hour. They are fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Make the drive if you can. Its the best one in the EP area.

"Chuck" (Charles Smith) was the most attentive gentlemen I have shared the pleasure of getting it right when it comes to wheels and tires! He took the time to listen to my needs and wants for lowering my truck and getting it prepared for the toyhauler dreams. We found what I had researched, placed it on the truck and found out I was wrong. However in spite of my mistake he helped me get it right between the spacing of the wheel to the tire size I wanted! Very patient and understanding, great customer service!! I will and would recommend anyone to him! Thanks Chuck! See ya in 5000 miles! Lol

They were very cheerful, polite and faster than expected. Service is great and quick. If this is an accurate representation of the entire chain then I'm satisfied and couldn't ask for more. Prices are reasonable as well. The front desk could use some help when they get busy but other than that I flagged someone down when it was time to pick up my tire and they just helped me out so I didn't have to wait in line again. Top notch.
