Very good place for your tire services, employees were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. You can make an appointment or walk in. Even though they were busy, I was able to leave and come back and not lose my place in line. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend this place for your tire services.

Nothing but awesome things to say Thanks to David and Richard they helped me find the right size tire that would fit my leveled 21 Trailboss they test fit a couple tires and showed me what they recommended ended up going with the Nitto Ridge Grappler awesome nice and quiet tire and rides smooth will definitely come back to see these guys awesome customer service

Went in to the store to get some all terrain tires. Dave was who helped me take care of everything. He worked amazing at fixing the tires I wanted around the price I wanted. When a hiccup happened and my tires were stuck at their warehouse. He drive there and picked them up for me and instantly had them installed once I showed up. 5/5. I m very happy with my tires and Dave for helping me.

My front tires on my Chevy Trailblazer were in need of replacement, David and Islas were walking me through all the process and explained to me I need a wheel alignment. I took their advice and my vehicle is safe to be on the road.Thank you

Bought 6 tires for rv, $2600. Got home and was installing tire monitors and found they misaligned the rear tires on one side. Took it back a week later to align the tires to access the valves. Also wanted to have the extension put on and check the air pressure on all tires as somewhere low due to extension install.Was told they'd have to take the tires off to fill the air due to the outside air hose only went to 90 lbs, and the tire was rated at 110lbs. So, I just asked to check to make sure all the air pressures were good. It's a big deal in an rv, especially one that is traveling to Alaska.Got home and reinstalled tire monitors and found one tire at 83lbs.Obviously, they didn't bother checking the air pressures as promised and stated in the work order.I've bought tires from 4 different discount tires and finally found one who didn't have excellent customer service.

I have never been disappointed with Discount tire. The staff is super nice and they always do an exceptional job. I will say that it s always super busy but even with the long wait times, they always do their best to service everyone. They are very accurate with the time that say they will be done and the even gave me a water bottle while I waited. They never try to sell me anything I don t need and they do honest work. I always go her and I always will recommend it

My wife's suv low tire light came on. We stopped to get tire aired up. Young man was very polite & asked if we'd like all 4 aired up. We agreed & he did. Discount Tire always goes above & beyond even if you're not a customer

Return defective tire got back a tire store loan me but with out my tires chrome stim and green dot cap on tire rim. Still waiting on new CS5 Cooper touring tire and chrome green cap and stim replacement. Just got a answer from store associate, saying when tire is received at store they will be able to replace chrome stim and cab. Cool!

Izla at the front desk was super helpful and amazing customer service. They told me it was going to be an hour wait but ended up getting my service done a whole lot faster. Thank you to everybody who worked this day on my vehicle

Went in at 930ish to get a fix flat, they couldn t tell me if they can repair it until 11:30ish , really it took that long. Yes I used the app and it should there was no wait time so I didn t make appointment, just walking in. Actually I even called before going, to see if they can repair it. My tire was at 4 grip and wanted me to buy another one at $190.

Ordered on their online website. Set up appointment. Arrived on time. Employees were quick to attend to me. My vehicle received 4 new tires and service. Was out within 40 minutes.Fastest service at this Discount tire in El Paso. (P.S. I've been to 3 other locations in the past).

They have construction going on so you re waiting outside under a tent. There is a portable AC unit but it s not doing much. I wish they would have giving me a heads up. When I tried to talk to a technician, I didn t get much recognition other than we will be with you shortly and would just walk past me. I decided to leave. I saw Martin tires across the street and as soon as I walked in was greeted by two workers at the desk and immediately helped. It was so refreshing.It was about 30 minutes after my appointment time when discount tires finally called to assist. Not worth the time and hours sitting in the heat.

This particular location and working crew always go above and beyond. They know how to talk to people. I guess a requirement to work at this location is "Was you raised right?" It shows.

Always have a pleasant experience. Everyone is very attentive and courteous. Always respectful and prompt service. They respect your appointment when one has been scheduled. Always have your best interest. Have been buying my tires here for many years now.

I was just passing through El Paso when my tire sensors went out on all four Tires Plus the spare. They had the job done under 1 hour. I was very impressed

I had a really good experience at Discount Tire on Montwood. In store, Adrian was helpful and explained everything about my tires very well. Over the phone, there was 1 associate who was a bit dismissive but it may be because they were busy. But overall my experience was quick and easy.

I woke up this morning and realized my rear tire was pretty low, figured I'd go here and get my tire filled and get pricing on a set of Nitto tires. The guy who was filling the tires at the time, a bald guy wearing a red discount tire shirt was pretty rude, reason for the two stars, so I decided to skip getting pricing and take my business elsewhere.

I was on a road trip from Houston to Arizona and I discovered that I had a screw in my front passenger tire. I called ahead and explained the situation to the friendly staff, they told me to get to the store safely, I was driving from Van Horn,TX. Upon my arrival I was attended to by a well managed store, I was out in less than 25 minutes! Thank you guys so much for saving me and my 2016 Camaro SS

So I ve come to the conclusion that this is the best Discount Tire on the East side. Again today I had an issue with 2 vehicles that have been checked and have found the reason for both. I took one of them to the Discount Tire I. Goodyear, AZ last week and they said it was my wheel. When I returned back here I took it to this Discount Tire for a second opinion and they found the tire wasn t good, and showed me where and how. I have been to many different tire places including Big O in NM and all either balanced wrong or didn t know the reason why I was having an issue. Big shout out to all the staff for being professional, courteous and customer friendly. I will continue going here and getting tired here.

This is DEFINITELY the Discount Tire location to receive service at!Luis has gone out of his way every time to help me whenever I have an issue. All the staff at this location have been friendly and efficient, which is hard to find these days.Sadly, not every location offers the same exceptional service. In the future I will make sure to come to this location for any concerns.Thanks!!!
