These guys are fast and efficient and friendly! Customer service is on point! they found the best deals and got the job done in the same day!! To the guy who took the time to greet us, to the guys in the back putting on the tires everyone was great! These guys know how to hustle! Thanks guys!

Great service from David Lopez and Tony on our new tire purchase. The technicians forgot to install my new lug nuts as the left the old ones. I noticed before I left and Tony got my truck back in the bay immediately and corrected the issue.

I was surprised that Discount Tire offered a price match pricing offer. I was able to save $50 on two tires from a Walmart price screenshot. I am pretty likely to go back using price match! UPDATE: I went back for two more tires a week later, and they HAD NO PROBLEM matching the Walmart price again! Discount Tire really is serious about wanting everyone's business!!

Great customer service but every time I go they break my lug nut or hub cabs. Now I'm here at brake masters waiting for my truck for four hours.

Of all the Discount Tires stores, this is the worst store, the wait is very uncomfortable because they have customers under a filthy tent without air conditioning to wait para balancear 2 llantas 2:30 hrs. When I arrived they told me from 1:30 to 2 hours, 2:30 had already passed.... It is incredible that this corporation does not have the resources to install a place with air conditioning for its clients

Big Dave at Discount Tire by Lee Trevino took care of my set up. He advised me on different tire/wheel setups and took the time to find the best fit to my desired outcome. David was professional and extremely knowledgeable and made me feel confident I was making the right choice. The technicians were careful and professional while installing and carried out an amazing job. I 100% recommend these guys and shout out Big Dave (David), I can't emphasize enough how instrumental he was in getting me into a really cool setup.

This people loose or break the rim center caps and don't tell you. Then after you let them know they don't feel responsible and make you buy them on your own.

Took them brand new tires to mount on some brand new rims. I had to return twice so theyCan fix them. Once the mounted the bag and tape the the rims came in, between the rim and the tires. The second time we had a real bad vibration, and turned out that they dropped something in the tire and mounted into the rim. Felt like a heavy rock inside. Very unprofessional and the attitude of the manager made it seem like it was and inconvenience to them. I will never again take and of my customers cars there again.

What Hondopass store couldn't do, this store did!!! Thank you David!! This store is always extremely busy because they do help. Not like the other discount tire stores. Thank you David. You exceeded expectations!!!

I went to get my tires checked before leaving out of town like always and they told me that only 1 tire was border line. A month after I went back to another Discoubt tire to swap out all tire and long behold No lug lock. This store on Gateway blvd forgot to put my log Nut lock back it's its box. I called to let them know and Mike hung up on me. Called back and David supposedly said that the youn man handed it to me in my hand. Never again will I go to this store and I will be taking my fleet to Big Brand whenever I'm in El Paso. Just a heads up.

If I can give double zeros I would. Needed help with air in my tires and they had people still servicing and was denied a quick air pressure check. I ended up getting a nasty flat with my 3 girls so sad since they saw my tire needing it and they offer free air check.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service Santiago gave me.The team really works hard and takes good care of their customers. I don't see myself going to any other tire shop , great prices and service. Highly recomended.

I booked an appointment for a set of tires on my wife's Tahoe at 0830 and I was gone by 0930 hrs. I was greeted at the door they took my keys and done. I recommend buying and booking on line. Great staff

Excellent service for air checking and filling! My Honda needs nitrogen for coming back to Houston, but the store only have air. Consulted with the rep, and he confirmed mix was fine and better than low pressure. Eventually, it made me drive home safely.

Today, there was excellent customer care. David did an outstanding job. He reviewed my vehicle and found out my front two tires and windshield wipers need replacing. I also found out if you are driving your vehicle constantly, you need to rotate and balance new tires every 5000 miles. But since we are getting it done today I still have time to continue with the tires that are getting rotated to the back. David was very informative and courteous. This experience was very pleasant. Thank you, David.

I have very good credit.I did not get credit card and,System here is wrong. I had my tires rotated..my rim was not installed but, they are ordering a new one.

Made an appointment online for 12:30p. Received a text with a link to check-in. Checked in using the link and sat in the lobby for 45-minutes. Went to the front to see what was taking so long. They did not have me checked in. The employee told me, "we don't use that, I am not sure why you did it that way". After explaining that I did not search for it, it was texted to me to "avoid the line". He laughed and said, "yeah, you should not have used that". I asked him to check me in as it was already 1pm. He said they are running behind and it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Terrible customer service. I was only there for a tire rotation. Never going the this location again.

Disappointment! Went with the illusion on buying 4 new tires with them. I was helped by David. Even before he touched the car he started telling me the lug nuts were gonna break, he stated someone had worked on the suspension and it was wrong... etc. I took my keys and walked away. He started getting defensive. Mind you, i had worked many years in the automotive business. This guy is a real piece of work. We ended up buying all new tires at Martin Tire on Montana with Benny. A little bit of advise for David, listen to the customer needs and dont worry on how your gonna fill your pockets.

The attendants had an efficient method of receiving and taking care of customers. They greeted me, listened to my concerns and quickly addressed and resolved my issues. They were professional and efficient.
