Discount Tire has always been good to me for the last 35 years. I visited today after scheduling an appointment for 9:30am. I arrived on time and was driving away at 10:15. I was surprised. I went in for my 5k mile inspection and tire rotation. My truck drives better than ever. Well worth the visit and 45 minutes. They offer free air anytime they are open. You can sit in your car while they dirty their hands. You are driving a safer car. Check 'em out next time you need air for your wheels or looking for a good deal. On New Tires, of course. Stay safe and enjoy yer ride.

SO impressed with this place. They were able to fix my flat tire very quickly. Philip helped me out and he was amazing! All staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning here for future needs!

Jacob, Michael and Wesley are the best. These guys went above and beyond, to get me back on the road quickly.When I was in a tough spot they delivered. Keep up the great work, gentlemen. I'll be referring business to you guys From this point forward. And I'll be always coming back to this location to have my vehicle serviced.

Would give a million star-rating...in addition to fixing my flat for free, everyone was courteous and professioal. I had already bought a used set in case the tire couldn't be fixed as my tire size usually has to be ordered. I called to make sure that the would install tires purchased elsewhere and to find out a good time to come. They would have replaced my rear tires, for a fee of course, but I didn't even expect to have my flat fixed for free. Love the text notification letting me know the status and when my car was ready. I can wholeheartedly recommend Discount Tire.

I want to especially thank Phillip at this location. He has always made repairing my vehicles tires a breeze. Any time I've had a nail, needed a replacement, or just purchasing a new set (I did once for one of my employees) he took care of everything for me. People always post the negative but never take the time to post the positive. He's definitely an asset to this company! Thank you Phillip!

Best location hands down, super friendly, helpful, and customer service was A 1. Jacob is a hell of an employee. Thanks for always making everything so simple and easy with no issues and knowing that I'm a always scared when people touch my car

Fast and best tire solutions. I went there to check air pressure. There's always counter for free air pressure check. Some how, tire flatten during pressure check. Then they solve the issue free of cost. Though it took 3 hours to get my car to the service due to long line ahead of me. So I left the car there and went back after getting the text that my car is ready.This Discount tire is recommended just prepare for leaving the car or have at least 2-3 hours to get the full service.

Good prices and service. I had my car be tires ordered and installed. We have been customers for many years with servers cars.The waiting area needs a major redo. Not a confortable place to wait for your vehicle. They do not even have a TV, limited sitting, they could at least offer coffee or water...

Extremely pleased. The staff were friendly, thorough, and patient. At no point did I feel like I they were price gouging or being dishonest.They just quickly fixed my tires and I was on my way.I would definitely recommend this location for replacement tires or repairs.

First time coming here. Right off the bat the gentleman that assisted me (Eric) went outside with me to check my tires for what I needed; Tire Club on Tony Lama didn't do this, I had to go outside myself and check for something I didn't know how to. Friendly service all around at this location, the workers are fast-paced, and it's overall good quality. The only thing to be cautious about is the finished results of whatever project you bring your car in for. The plastic behind my tire overlapping the wheel appeared to be burnt and the plastic fasteners came loose so this resulted in noise-making the next day, which worried me. The fasteners were an easy fix, but I'm pretty sure that burnt hole in the splash plastic was never there before. You're not supposed to go in to fix a problem and come out with another, so points for that.

Bought new tires for my truck - was in/out within the time I was quoted. Price and employee service was great (Discount Tires - Mesa St, Westside El Paso Tx).

Avoid this location if you walk in they will keep bumping you to the end if you don't make a appointment while quoting people that come in afterward less time. They do not give priority to waiting customers.

Really great experience, all the staff from front desk to service are extremely kind and professional. I had a huge piece of metal impaled on one of my tires and they took care of it same day even though they did not have the tire at that location. I have placed my trust on this location for all my tire needs for the last 10 years and they never disappoint with their services and affordable prices.

Anytime I travel into El Paso, I have tire issues and this is the only place I can trust. The entire team has been helpful anytime I go. From reasonable price, honest information, and quick service (considering how packed it gets there, waits not as long) I recommend this location. Thank you all!

Top notch service at this location! I walked in during an extremely busy Tuesday, I was still helped within 5 minutes and they had my car ready way sooner than expected. Fabian helped me today and he was great answering questions and making sure I had a good experience. Thank you!

The place is always packed, but the service is impeccable! It doesn't matter which service person helps you, they're all very knowledgeable and friendly... They have a glass door fridge with complimentary water bottles while you wait. This is my go-to tire shop! I came in today with a slashed tire, from road debris on the freeway; they got me back on the road in less than an hour.

Mr. Fabian is by far the most professional employee I've met. He took care of me when my rims were not shipped on time. Discount tire is lucky to have this gentleman working for them. His customer service should be an example for all businesses to follow. Give this man a raise!!!!!

I have not been compensated in any way by Discount Tire for this review.My first experience with this shop was several months ago, I had busted a very worn tire that could not be repaired. At that time, I explained to the salesman that I wasn't looking to buy a new tire and frankly couldn't afford one. Bryan helped me find a quality used tire that absolutely met my needs, and he didn't pressure me to buy new; rather he meet me where I was at financially.In the preceding months, I knew I was due for an entire new set. I did appropriate research and came in knowing what I wanted. Louie helped me this time and spent an hour talking to me, reviewing specifications of different tires, pros and cons. Again, there was no pressure to buy, neither did I buy that day. I got an estimate and went home and shopped around online ensuring I got the best price; I'm sure that felt like a wasted hour for a salesman when the customer walked out the door without buying...Nonetheless, Discount had the best price and best benefits like maintenance etc. that I could find. I came back in the very next day to buy, and was even able to negotiate a small amount off what was already the lowest price around.I cannot praise enough the honesty, integrity, and ability to seek the well being of the customer that I experienced here at this Discount over the last few months. Top marks for Bryan, Louie, and the rest of the team at Discount Tire N. Mesa

I walked in while it was extremely busy. The guys at the counters continuously acknowledged everyone in line letting us know they d be right with us. Once I got to the counter, I told them the issue, we went to look at my car and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. The workers made my experience fast and easy. Fast considering I was a walk in and there were plenty of people ahead of me who had appointments. Thank you for your help today!

I've been buying new tires here for 20 years and they have alwaystaken care of me and honor their warranty, rotate my tires and fix flats at no charge. There road hazard warranty is great value.

Top-notch best service ever!While visiting to get my daughter settled at school, I busted her tire a few blocks away and got in their lot on the rim.It was closing time and they were packed. I decided to leave it there and get an uber and try tomorrow. Jacob noticed I was stepping out and asked if I had been helped. I told him it was okay that I could come back tomorrow. He said, "let me finish this customer and I will see what you have." With the best attitude in the 109 heat, he saw that my girl's car needed 2 new tires. He looked at those in the shop and said - I think we can get you taken care of in an hour. And they did just that! Jacob, Steven and David and others -- were working hard and took care of everything! It was closing time! You could tell it had been a long long day in the extreme HEAT. It is rare to find employees that truly want to work like this! I do not know what secret this management has but they need to keep it going. So impressed!Took what could have been a horrible experience in a new city and made it the best! Actually glad this happened before I left town and now I know if she has issues -- I feel like we know exactly where to go and she will be in good hands. Such a relief. -- Thank you
