If u are serious about haulling anything anything around come here. Do not waste ur money else where this is the place for good trailers that will last u. Built to last, one year warranty on them, this place sends all the info for ur registration. I know there is some deals out there where u may pay less but in the end u spend more. Check it ot for urself n see the great quality in the product they sell. Talk to Mark.

This shop goes above and beyond to help their customers. We were stranded with a broken axel on our trailer. They prioritized us because of our time crunch and got us back on the road in less than 5 hours with a fully replaced axel! They are honest and fair. 10/10 would recommend!

So everyone always thinks. How are they going to get over on me this time? Well at this store that is something you do not have to think twice about. These guys are strait forward and honest to the point of costing them money. I had an issue with my trailer needed new breaks. Left the trailer and went to check the town out. Shortly later got a call saying. "You have pretty much brand new pads I would feel bad doing the work you wanted and charging ya the 1000 plus" we talked and figured out it to be a warranty job.Long winded review I know, basically I believe these guys to be very upfront honest guys in their business. And refered to a great local breakfast joint too.

My trailer was broken down on the side of the freeway. I had broken the U bolts that held the axle in place. It was important that I could get the right parts the first time. The staff at Desert Haven Trailers was very courteous and knowledgeable. They had the exact parts I needed. I was waited on quickly and the prices were very reasonable. I returned to the trailer for my roadside repair and the parts fit perfect. I was back on the road in no time. Thank you Desert Haven!

Shaun is the best!!! He was there the whole way through the process. The guys in the shop were great as well. Always explaining things and answering my questions. The only place I'll go for my trailer needs. And they're prices are better then the competition!!!

I called them expecting to be put in a line to get electric brakes for a horse trailer worked on. The person I spoke to Mark encouraged me to bring it by, I went in during my lunch hour, Shawn was very understanding of the problem, I was told to drop the trailer and they would phone me back, I phoned them at 4 and I was told the trailer was ready. The customer service and honesty was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Our 16' enclosed jobsite trailer suffered a bearing failure that ruined one of the axles. Mark had to order one from out of town because it was an oddball size. While we were waiting for the part they fixed a laundry list of other small stuff that was wrong with it: new door hinges, new jack, roof vent, ramp door hinge pins, etc.Once parts arrived it was done within 24 hours. The whole crew is very professional and you couldn't ask for more knowledgeable and honest folks to work with. And I forgot to mention- the price came in lower than estimated. These guys are awesome!The trailer works great now, and we have peace of mind knowing it was done right.

Traveling from Washington to Florida, lost a bearing dust protector off our trailer.Camping World didn't have any parts we needed. One of the girls behind the counter gave us the number of Desert Haven Trailer and told us they will what you need.They had exactly what we needed and helped us by loaning tools to make the repair.Great friendly guys..

Needed a few wheel hub grease seals and caps. You sold me your own bearing installation tool that you use in your shop. Worked very well.. Now that s service. Sorry for delay in replying. I was there in November 2017. Thanks again

Professional, informative, polite, and FAST!I had a blowout on my boss's trailer that ripped off the fender. They were able to quickly find, paint, and install a new one. It's kind of funny--the new one looks ten times better that the one that was not damaged. When I was picking up the trailer, they spent some time with me to go over some of the safety features of the trailer that I had no idea about.Thanks guys! I will make sure to get you some more business!

Returned a gooseneck lock that didn't fit, they wont tell you that it might not fit and they will charge you a restocking fee, which also they wont tell you. So if you but things here make sure to ask if it fits to your equipment and definitely make sure you ask what the return policy is.

These guys have everything you need for your trailer, no matter how big or small. They can tackle any trailer repair no matter how big or small. Their customer service is wonderful. You won't leave disappointed.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. We showed up half an hour before closing to buy a trailer; they stayed late and made sure we were taken care of! Definitely recommend!

Special ordered a trailer, it came in half the estimated time. I think Big Chief has the thinnest possible sheet metal you can put on an enclosed trailer. I think I'll go with a different brand next time.
