Called to see if they had a battery for my motorcycle the person I spoke with told me to hold while he checked. Waited about 15 minutes on hold until the phone hung up tried calling back 3 times in the last 2 hours and now they won t answer the phone. If you don t have the battery why not just tell me that, horrible customer service.

I am here now. Asked for a battery and the guy answers in 2 seconds we don't have it. Doesn't even check. Never looks up part number. Horrible customer service. I usually always come here but I guess not anymore. Rather pay more else where

Great place to find new and used batteries for cars, trucks, fork lifts, and just about any type of vehicle. Good pricing too, if you are looking to save a few bucks

This has been my 4th battery i bought from this place . On all my 4 vehicles and they all been on point. I called and been given a different price but when I tell them who I spoke to they respect the price given to me on the phone.. I will always buy my batteries there same warranty as autozone but half the price.

Sold me a battery only lasted for 3 months then gave me exchange battery no paperwork and only lasted 2 months... Spend the extra $20 you save here to get a good battery

Sold me a bad battery leaking out of the top went to go get it replaced. They told me it wasn't a bad battery 2 weeks later the leak is worse and now my car doesn't turn on and on top of that they all had bad attitudes if you don't like your job work somewhere else. Better off getting a new battery.

I have been part of customer service for years now, and this is truly one of the worst customer service interactions I have had. The manager/ owner not 100% has no communication skills and lacks any type of customer service. He s rude, and and makes you feel unwelcomed. There was an older gentleman who happily helped us out and was truly the only saving Grace from the experience.

Warranty with them is useless. I went to check my battery at PepBoys because I kept having problems with turning on my car. They recharged my battery but told me that the battery was defective and that I needed to replace it. I went back to this shop since I had warranty on the battery. When I arrived, I showed them the attached receipt from pep boys showing the diagnostic. They then checked the battery and told me it was working perfectly fine and that they couldn t change it. I do not recommend buying your battery at this shop.

Good luck on returning them under warranty. They say they work and they dont. Especially the ones for mobility scooters and chairs. Spoke to general manager and he backs up his employee , but all he is doing is loosing customers.

Manager is not a man of his word, he gave me a price of an original mini cooper battery and when I came back he raised the price for almost 30 dollars. From $98.00 to $125.00. Arrogant manager, rude, and doesn't care about his customers.

Rudest customer service, manager says battery is good when is not, they dont keep their word of changing a battery under 2 year warranty.

Awesome deals. Only bummer is you do need to change battery yourself or take someone that can do it for you, but at least you save a good deal. Other places charged me from $150 -$200 and they only charged me $100. Second time going here (for different cars)

Defective battery, arrogant manager, horrible customer serviceMy one-year-old Continental battery went dead twice in six weeks. The rude, arrogant manager at this business insisted it was good and refused to replace it under warranty. He came up with every excuse he could think of to blame me or my car for the problem. Neither was the cause; the battery is clearly defective.This business, as well as the regional manager in Dallas who I contacted about the issue, offers NO customer satisfaction.If you buy a battery here and it goes bad, don't expect the warranty to be honored. You're on your own.UPDATE: The battery failed again twice since my original review. I bought a new one (NOT a Continental). The shop where I bought the new one tested the Continental battery and confirmed that it was bad. So, bottom line, Continental Batteries of El Paso refused to honor the warranty on their undeniably defective product. Avoid Continental Batteries at all costs!

There rats they dont honor your 24month warranty they checked the battery infont of me it doesn't hold the charge. So I requested the warranty exchange the guy says did u check the water acid levels in the battery. I look at him dead in his eyes like sure I'm a battery technician no U DF that's your job. I brought it back because it doesn't work the worst C/S and they make up B/S not to honor your exchange. SADEST COMPANY IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.

Batteries dont work and u go back to return them and they tell u they are new when they are not..these batteries are used and will leave you stranded
