I ve been to quite a bit of ford part locations and this has been by far my best experience. They actually picked up the phone when I called. The parts were set aside for me and ready when I arrived. Oscar was extremely helpful. I will gladly make the 4 hour drive every time I need to order a part for my vehicles.

Tried ordering a 50 dollar part from them. They canceled the order and quoted something about shipping charges. I then offered to pick the part up. They refused to sell me the part at the price they had listed online and in the end didn't even have the part in stock. Was told they do not honor online pricing, and would only sell me the item at a significantly higher dollar amount. Not worth wasting your time on. I'm out 45 bucks for the next week cause they don't know how to do business.Update: Was able to order the same part for the same price from a dealership in Illinoise. Shipped yesterday. Not sure what Casa's problem is.

Bad news for older autos they don't carry parts so disappointed I bought my truck there I've taken good care of it now I have a problem and they inform me we don't carry those parts just disappointed

Fui a una cita a casa ford por unas fallas que salieron de agencia en la troca llege y no tenia trabajador asignado ped� la sita alas 7am para salir de ah� y irme al trabajo pero resulta que tenia yo que esperar de 6 horas a 48 horas y no puedo faltar a mi trabajo por ese tiempo de 2 d�as ped� un carro prestado por mientras que encontraban el problema y no prestan carros y pues no me quede no puedo perder 2 d�as de trabajo

I took my truck in, the radio was working and I wanted them to fix the rear camera and the rear camera doesn't work and the radio won't turn on.Lleve mi camioneta serv�a el radio y quer�a que le arreglaran la c�mara de atr�s y no sirve la c�mara de atr�s y no prende la radio
